The employees here are so nice and helpful! They don’t take things too seriously in the best way possible. Def what’s needed in 2026. I literally travel further to go to this UPS because of the service, cleanliness, etc. also much much better than FedEx down the street. Thank you!

I was in a huge rush - the team was incredibly helpful, responsive, kind. Could not have asked for a better experience. When I think about what I really want in a customer service experience, they hit every mark.

The employees are extremely helpful,.polite and patient. I come here often to do my Amazon returns and I've always had a pleasant experience. Kudos to the management. Something that that the FedEx office down the road can learn from.

Very unhappy with their service. The owner is rude and went back on her word. Employee Jordyn was very pleasant. I didn’t catch the young gentleman’s name, but he was nice too. The owner was rude, arrogant, and she first told us one thing then went back on her word. Won’t be coming back.

Jordyn was so helpful and so genuinely nice at the UPS store today that it honestly made the whole experience feel easier. She went out of her way to make sure everything was handled correctly, answered every question with patience, and treated me with such kindness that it really stood out. It is rare to meet someone who brings that much positivity to their job, and I truly appreciated the care she showed.

The staff at UPS Central Park Ave Scarsdale is my favorite UPS store since it opened. My family take our passport or ID photos there, mail out returns and they are helpful, kind nice and warm people. Jordyn is the one who took my photo but all of them are very good there. Thank you for opening at Central Park Ave, in Scarsdale.

Say is always so incredibly nice and helpful every single time I talk to them! They go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, and you can genuinely tell they care about people and what they do. They’re patient, understanding, and always have the warmest, kindest attitude that instantly makes you feel comfortable and appreciated. No matter what I ask or need help with, they take the time to make sure I’m completely taken care of and always do it with such a positive spirit. It’s so rare to find someone who truly takes pride in helping others the way they do, and it means so much. Every interaction with them is just such a joy , they’re a total gem and deserve all the appreciation in the world!

Very convenient spot for mailing and other office (notarizing, scanning, copying) needs, as well as Amazon returns. Both Garth and Zakia are delightful employees who greet you warmly and efficiently handle whatever your needs are, and are completely unfazed by cranky clients. The place gets very busy, but they remain cool and focused on their work, while remaining friendly and engaging. Really nice business (the owner is a lovely woman too - really cares about the customer experience). Highly recommend.

So glad this store opened in my neighborhood. It offers, among many other services, easy shipping and return options and supplies. It’s also very convenient as I am able to have my packages held there for pick up when I know I won’t be home to receive the delivery. The staff is always personable and professional. Highly recommend!

Do not ship with them! They took $25 to send something priority through USPS (because it's to a PO box) and USPS returned it to me after 3 days because they never received the money from UPS! Now the documents are late and they won't resend them or refund me! The owner, Ms Kumar, didn't want to come out and speak with me, so I had to talk to her through one of her employees. I'm filing a complaint with UPS because this is theft! Don't ship with them - you've been warned.

I was in yesterday and was returning box free packages. I had 2 items. The attendant went above and beyond to see that the 2 packages had been consolidated into 1 return.. He read the little comment and alert… Amazing.. to me thats customer service. Thats dedication to your job to get it right… The owner was there with the store manager and I couldnt rave about the clerks enough. The store is clean. The staff is polite and knowledgeable and courteous…You dont see that often anymore!! Bravo ? UPS store on Central Park Ave in Scarsdale NY. I meant to write this review sooner but kept forgetting. I was shipping many fragile items from my parents’ home, and the entire staff was absolutely wonderful to deal with. They had such a positive, can-do attitude—it was truly a pleasure working with them. The owner/manager and every team member were terrific. I honestly can’t thank them enough for how carefully they packaged everything. All the items arrived completely unscathed!

This store. located at 656 Central Park Ave., Scarsdale, NY 10583, provides consistently excellent customer service. Today the UPS Reps May and Meeta were outstanding in processing a shipment for me. This is the best shipping store in the area. Well done.

I came to this location on Central Avenue in Scarsdale today to return some items to Amazon and to get some paper shredded. The bin for the shredding was extremely full. Jordan helped me and we got everything in that I needed to have shredded. They are so kind and so helpful at this location. I highly recommend it.
