Very poor service dept. took 8 hours to change one tire. Took them 3 hours to even look at car, told them needed car by 5, they agreed, called at 4 since they never called me ,was told still no tire. Finally tire was changed after 5. Was told by Clay Murray to call him direct next time I needed service. Called him following time . left message, someone else called and was told to bring car in and they would provide ride home. Sat there for over an hour waiting for ride as I watched them take someone else who came in after me. Asked why I was still waiting and attendant gave me an attitude. Finally asked for my car back and did not leave it, they could care less. Came home and left another message for Clay, again, no response. I feel managers and owners should pay more attention to service they are offering. Car was not free and I would definitely never buy another car there. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. Very disappointed ex-customer.

Seven days ago, we went to Curry Chevrolet and long story short and after a test drive, we chose a 2025 Chevy Equinox with the salesman, Mike. It was a little higher than our price point, but we were willing to make the sacrifice. Mike told us that if we were approved in the finance department, we could drive the car home that day. We liked the car and agreed to purchase. Mike said he would "find out about the title" while we finalized finances with Mr. Torres. We went through and signed all the paperwork and put a major payment down. After this, we were told they didn't have the title and we would have to wait a day or two until the previous owner found the title and the second set of keys. Since the previous owner couldn't find the title, the dealership had to get a copy from the DMV. So now, 6 days later, we still have no car, and the only way the dealership communicates what's happening is if we repeatedly call-then if we are lucky, they return the call. We ask for managers and get other people who are unable to assist. Because we have a busy lifestyle and family, and are down to one car, this is more than frustrating. It's a major inconvenience to our family. The dealer should have known his merchandise and the dealership should not offer to sell cars if they don't have the title in hand! Now today they said they called and the DMV and asked for the title to be FedEx’d. Doesn’t this mean this is the first time they contacted the DMV?? We asked them strongly to give us a lender and they would not. If they make this right within the next day or two, I may amend this review. As of today, I feel we were duped and they don’t deserve an amendment.

Picked up a car from Curry at the end of 2025. Everyone involved in the sale (Will, Rel, Steve, & Mike) were beyond knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and have reached out to me numerous times AFTER the sale to check in and see how the vehicle is meeting my expectations. My next vehicle purchase will undoubtedly be from Curry. 5 star experience.

Had a great experience at Curry Chevrolet. My salesperson, Aurel Brahaj, was friendly and helpful and understood what I was looking for. It was a delight to work with a sales person that didn’t feel overly pushy and listened to exactly what I was looking for. The whole staff at Curry was helpful. I came in late in the evening and was still able to make a deal and drive a home in a new Silverado the same night. A notable thank you to Mike Dimiceli for helping out Aurel and myself get home at a reasonable hour by lending a helping hand with some of the intricacies of the new vehicle. He even helped me charge my cellphone at his desk. Also thank you to Steven Mazurek, one of Curry’s Sales Managers and Michael Torres, Finance Manager for helping me with buying out my leased vehicle while managing to keep my monthly payment on my new vehicle at a reasonably low payment. This was simply the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership.

Service dept is terrible. They charge for things they don’t do when servicing your car. Three times in a row they have charged me for tire rotations after not doing it. I even numbered my wheels with a marker upon arrival and still nothing. Same thing every time when addressed. “We will do it now”… I purchased my car here and have the oil change package which I regret because now I’m tied into having to use it here.

So this is a combined review, I give 4 stars to the sales department and that side of the house. So if you do the math you know what I am going to give the Service dept, a big fat 0! Hope that you don't have anything to fix that requires parts! They don't have any. They don't update you on the status of your vehicle. They are not prepared to accommodate you if your vehicle is required to stay at the facility. Buy the car here, service it elsewhere.

Definitely don’t recommend this dealership. They spent over an hour trying to get a trade-in value on my car and they made me fill out this condition form when they could’ve just gone outside and looked at the condition for themselves. Never dealt with a dealership this inefficient before. Then they mark up the retail pricing and mark it back down to make it look like it’s a black Friday deal. After Black Friday ended, the retail price came back down, so there was never a deal to start with lol. Good luck trying to negotiate with them too. They will lowball you on the offer and not take off any money on the asking price.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Curry Chevrolet! From start to finish, the team made buying my new 2025 Silverado 2500 High Country Diesel an absolute pleasure. Joseph, my salesman, was fantastic, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely excited to help me find the perfect truck. He walked me through every detail of my new truck and made sure I felt confident in my choice. He even went above and beyond by driving around with me from gas station to gas station to help me find DEF so we could top off the tank before I hit the road. Joseph also stayed late to make sure everything was perfect before I left, which shows how dedicated he is to his customers. Steve in finance made the paperwork process smooth and stress‑free. He explained everything clearly and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. The entire team went above and beyond, even staying late to make sure my deal was finalized and that I could drive home in my new truck the same night. A troubled service dept. No chain of command when dealing with problems. Constant change over of service manager personnel. I went to have something replaced on the warranty and was told that I owed money because they raised their labor rates. Then I got my vehicle back and when they gave me my vehicle key, it was damaged and they refused to replace it and even entertain it. I spoke to the General Manager and he assured me the they would take care of this properly. But all he did was deligate my issue to some body shop manager there who then refused to do anything and charged me for a new key. I got my vehicle out of there and will never go back and I will make sure anyone I know doesn’t go there also. This place is a disaster and they just want to charge you for anything they can.

Scam artists. Unprofessional. Bad business. Went there on Thursday night; got the loan approved and signed a purchase agreement. Originally was working with salesman Mike and manager Steven. Got the insurance and registration sorted out the next morning. Went around 3:30 to pick up the car on Friday. Salesman from the night before wasn't in so we were meeting with Jill, told us the car was mine and she was putting my plates on when we arrived. Went inside to give my card for the down payment. They made us sit in the dealership for almost 2 hours, no updates, "waiting for the keys". Then told us that the car was being sold to someone else, and they were in the finance room finalizing the purchase. We asked for a manager, and they sent over Mike. Manager Steve, with whom we were originally working with, didn't even have the decency to come talk to us. All Mike said was "Sorry, nothing we could do". These people are truly demented, and I'm not even sure what they did was legal. Reported to the Better Business Bureau. Don't go here.

Micheal is a great sales person. He showed us the car and was transparent about everything that we wanted to know. Adrian in finance helped us in making a final deal. They are very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this dealership. Update - 10/15/2025 - brought 2019 used car in June, paid full in cash, its transmission is out, I called them and they said it’s past 3 months and can’t do anything. I am given a run around from sales to service and back with no resolution. New transmission costs over $6000. Now I m stuck with 15000$ loss and a junk car that won’t run. Don’t buy from here. I do not recommend. If you do buy make sure you get everything checked up from your mechanic otherwise you will be at lost like I m.

I rarely write reviews, but the way Curry Chevrolet handled my car repair was beyond unacceptable. I brought in my vehicle (purchased from their dealership just this past February, with only 6,000 miles on it) on a Monday morning to address three serious issues: - The car honks randomly at full volume. - The engine latch was never installed. - The rooftop cover had come off its rails. After wasting over two hours onsite just trying to get a timeline, I was told to leave the car. Three hours later, they had done nothing to address any of the problems: just an oil change. Their excuse? “It’s Monday,” and I should come back Tuesday when the senior techs were in. I agreed, despite the inconvenience, and returned the next day. Shockingly, the person handling my case wasn’t even there. I had to re-explain everything from scratch. By Wednesday afternoon, I called for an update: no parts had arrived, no progress on the honking issue, and they claimed the roof issue was “an afterthought” despite it being one of the original problems I reported. They didn’t even touch it. No loaner car. No rental voucher. No ride home. Their driver was “in Long Island,” and I was left stranded without a vehicle or any support. This is not just poor service: it’s negligence. We’ve now filed a report with GM to have the car officially classified as a lemon. Curry Chevrolet sold me a defective vehicle and then failed to take responsibility for fixing it. If you value your time, your money, and basic customer care, look elsewhere.

I purchased a 2025 Equinox Activ from Curry a few months ago. The sales guys are great, the service center is not. There seems to be a known issue with the 2025 Equinox line where the cars sometimes have severe vibrations when driving. There is an entire Facebook group dedicated to this issue. Recently, I was taking my family on vacation and we packed up two suitcases of clothes and some bedding into the trunk. Less than a mile down the road, we got a terrible, loud vibration throughout the vehicle stemming from the rear. The entire car was vibrating and scared the heck out of my kids. I had to return home and load the suitcases into my VW Tiguan, which had no issues carrying the load. I took the car to the Curry dealership service center twice and they claim it is vibrating because weight was added to the trunk and the all terrain tires that came with the car aren’t meant to be driven on the street. This is very disappointing. The car is nice, but can’t handle a bit of weight from two suitcases of clothes, a few blankets, and pillows. I told the service center that GMC put out two bulletins about this issue. One bulletin instructs dealers to inspect that the mics in the vehicle’s active noise cancelation system (ANC) is properly working. The write up that I received from the service center states that all terrain tires are not meant to be driven on the street. So, why do they come with the car? I don’t think the service center fully investigated the issue. Additionally, before I brought the car in for the second time, I called and left messages for the service manager and was told he would call me back. I wanted to discuss the issue directly with him. He was also copied on an email and did not reach out to me. That’s not good service. Very disappointed.

The experience at the dealership was fantastic. Karl, our salesperson, was incredibly friendly and straightforward throughout the entire process. He genuinely wanted to ensure that we were comfortable making the decision to purchase our electric vehicle. In addition to providing excellent customer service, he demonstrated compassion and teamwork among his colleagues and with the customers. We absolutely love that! This dealership is not your typical one that just wants to make money. They genuinely enjoy their job and want to ensure the consumers are satisfied.

The sales team was so great in helping me purchase my vehicle and even held the it for me because I was traveling from Rochester NY to Scarsdale. I was in the market for a 2025 Suburban RST, and Curry Chevrolet had the exact spec I wanted. I was able to make an offer online, which they promptly accepted over the phone and confirmed. I drove over from Ozone Park, Queens, to Scarsdale, arrived around 3 PM, and was out by 7 PM—one of the smoothest car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. My salesman, Deenar, was fantastic. He spoke my language (Punjabi/Urdu), which made my parents feel comfortable and included throughout the process. He even took me on a test drive, which was great. They also accepted and matched the APR I got from my credit union prior to going there, making financing quick and easy. The entire buying process was smooth, and at no point was I pressured into unnecessary add-ons or extra fees very different from my previous purchases at Mitsubishi and Mazda dealerships. I purchased a 2024 Chevy Colorado Z71 from this dealership. Adrian was my Salesman and smoothness was the name of the game from start to finish. I saw this gorgeous truck was on the lot and placed a call to the dealership and spoke to Adrian inquiring about it. The issue at hand was my wife and I were about to get on a JetBlue flight for Aruba for the next four days. I spoke to Adrian and told him I was willing to put down some cash if they would hold the truck for me until we got back from our vacation. Well Adrian advised me he would have to check with his check with his Sales Manager and give me a call back. Well long story short, my wife and I got back on a Thursday night and Friday afternoon we were driving this truck off the lot. I can’t tell you just how smooth the entire process was from start to finish with everyone involved and that includes all the paperwork with Miss Marsha. An absolute complete pleasure to work with everyone at the dealership. If you’re in the market for any type of Chevy I strongly and highly recommend you stop in Curry Chevrolet and ask for Adrian.
