I was extremely disappointed at how filthy my car was returned to me. Prior to dropping it off it had a full tank of gas and had been thoroughly cleaned. When I picked it up the drivers side mat and doorway was covered in mud. The passenger side had about 5 screws laying on the floor. The car itself was completely covered in pollen and a good amount of gas had been used.
