One of the worst place that you can ever go to is 5:20 and they close the door and they don’t serve anybody that comes before 5 even they are open until six and the manager is very rude. She is a horrible person.

I've gone to this business for more years than I care to remember. Easily 10+ years. The service team is knowledgeable and they work diligently to help every single time. And the parts have been consistently reliable.

Purchased 6 quarts of Castrol oil on August 22nd for 12.99 a quart. 10 days later it's on line for 6.89 . Called the store and was told that's the way it is . Also no one responded to my online question . No credit or adjustment was offered. This is very poor customer service.

Worst auto parts i ever been to, waited an hour almost for a part that i ordered 2 days ago, person who works there had no idea know what she was doing and was unable to find the part , the other people who work there were treating me very rude because i didnt have a receipt... but were able to find the part number through their transaction history because i already paid for it. i canceled the order and demanded refund for the amount of time it took to just find a part that i ordered . Received No apologies from any employee, i will never going back there again.

Napa has always taken good care of their customers. Be it buying or returning any car part the staff in this specific location always go above and beyond to ensure a good experience.

I usually use napa store for most of my need to have immediately car parts. Order online pick up in half hr. But not this store ordered on a tuesday got email same day that my order is ready, showed up on Wednesday and didnt have my items ready. Told me they will have them in a few hrs from another store, I show back up and yet still no items that I ordered. Now I have to take another half hr trip to get what I paid for. I can't complain about employees that tried to help me, but the incompetence of a few messed it up. A shame the yonkers store had its roof collapse.

Worst customer service ever ! I bought a NAPA battery from them about a year and a half ago. The battery started giving me problems. So I took it back to a the same NAPA store I purchased it from in Elmsford NY. The guy tells me that I have to call NAPA Corporate in order to exchange it. At this point I am annoyed and ask him to prorate it, which he tells me he cannot do. I decided to take my business elsewhere. Autozone was so much better and super helpful with my battery. Thank you Autozone!!!

Good parts selection but the store is old and poorly lit. I stood on line for almost 10 minutes without being helped. Some employees just stand there and pretend to be busy.

Not impressed with this location. Friday, Jan 11, 2019 was my very 1st time in this store. I purchased a canister for my Honda CRV, got to my mechanic and it was a used product. I go to return it and they didn't give a damn that it was used. A guy stated " well just return it". The attitude was unbelievable and my absolute last time I will walk into this location.

Needed a specific engine oil for my car. The clerk was very helpful and friendly. Also needed a bulb for my headlight. He showed me how i should replace it. Thanks NAPA!

Nice selection of oil,accessories, light bulbs. Located in Elmsford, Westchester, New York the shop is nicely located close to gas stations and you can even have your dunkin donuts across the main road. Easy parking behind the shop. Lots of replacement parts, wipers, light bulbs , oil but also all you need to washand wax your car. It is a simple affair, rather easy to navigate, open every day. Overall no thrills but useful car maintenance shop.

They have plenty of stuff. Spent a day doing my brakes and they helped with parts and even took my old calipers back for a core deposit. Savings

Been my usual go-to spot for car parts since I was 16 years old. Keep coming back cause they always have what I need. The fact they have park parking in the rear and it's nearby me help too.

This is my preferred auto parts store in the region. They have a good selection of direct replacement parts as well as some customization items. Prices are good too, staff is always helpful.
