Great people to work with! Silva’s Auto Body helped me after my car was damaged in a hit-and-run while it was parked outside my job. I was pretty frustrated at first, but they got me into a rental car right away and handled the process with my insurance company smoothly. Everything was completed promptly, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I would definitely recommend them and now know exactly where to bring my car for any repairs—hopefully not anytime soon.

I have had to go there twice for different cars and service is great and the work is impecable.

I got my car done there and my hood was pushed in and I told them it won’t open and I need that to be fixed . Trying to put oil in my car and the hood will not open . I want to know how do u not fix that it’s really important.

The body work was excellent. What blew me was they detailed the car as well! It feels like driving a brand new car. Outstanding!

About 5yrs ago, Mr Silva did some work on a car that I had. During that whole process, I asked him to powder coat my rims. He did, and they were great. I sold the car to my friend who lived in Florida. I saw that his rims stood up to the salt/sand and blasting sun heat. So when I bought my '24 Lexus, I drove my car to NY from S.Florida to have him powder coat the stock rims. Again a beautiful job. Yes, there is powder coat places in Florida, yet they wanted to hold my car 10 days along with a ridiculous high price. Tony does the work in 3 days with a very fair price. Mr.Silva, Tony, is a professional and and gentleman. I can't recommend this place more than I do. My ride home to Florida was great with my new rims. At each gas stop, I was constantly receiving compliments on my rims!! Thanks Silvas auto body!

Took my car here to have the front bumper, left fender liner, and lower intake scoop fixed from hitting a raccoon on the highway, Upon picking up my vehicle I noticed my passenger side headlight with full of water condensation, When I questioned the body shop They first said, they didn’t touch the headlight, and tried to point out other issues stating to be the factor! If my headlight had previous damage, Then why didn’t the water condensation damage the headlight before bringing to this place???!?? Something no one from here can answer Photos of before and after body work done Please stay away from this place!!!!

Rather than doing a complete inspection, they take an approach of “replace only the obvious stuff.” When a part they missed stops them in their tracks, they have no problem holding onto your car for longer. To add insult to injury, they have been struggling to reprogram the car computer for more than a week. I’m very disappointed.

Got my car repaired here as it’s GEICO shop. Repairs came out decent, had an issue with clear coat which was fixed on the spot. However, interior of the car was covered in dust and smudges/handprints all over the driver door and steering wheel - this is lacking basic respect and professionalism.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Silva’s Auto Body. If you want a perfect job- these are your guys. Customer service; TOP NOTCH. My car looks like NEW!!!!

Can't say enough good things about Silva's. On our way home from vacation, we were in an accident in the area. A long way from home and not familiar with anything in the area, we took to google and looked up top rated body shops and found Silva's. The staff were very pleasant to deal with, answering our never ending questions, keeping us updated on the progress and the quality of work was top notch. Highly recommend.

Everyone was very nice and my car's scratches were repaired within the initial time frame I was quoted. Very pleased with the results and would definitely use them again.

Excellent service at Silva’s. This firm participates in a joined up program with Enterprise Rent-a-car organised by GEICO. Full repairs and automated rental extensions for the three weeks it took to order and install parts. Very comprehensive damage assessment including photo details within a few days. Other driver fully responsible for rear-end collision so we paid nothing for the repairs or rental car.

Silva’s Auto Body did an excellent job repairing my Nissan Maxima. The staff was courteous, professional and kept me updated on the progress of the work, and helped me with the insurance claim process. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, and recommend them to family and friends. Thanks guys!

Phenomenal customer service from Steve & the whole team at Silva’s Auto Body. Gave them my truck on a Monday & had it back fully repaired, cleaned & detailed on Friday afternoon. Open lines of communication throughout the process & no funny business at all. Top notch service!

I've been to Silva's twice for collision damage (2 different vehicles) and have had a stellar experience both times. Owner is friendly and the crew goes out of their way to make sure your car is repaired & cleaner than when you dropped it off. Will be returning for any future work I need done on my car. Awesome, smooth, nonirritating experience. I'm easily annoyed. So some dude slammed into the back of my Acura baby. The entire bumper and trunk door were smashed in. STRESSED. Geico referred me here, there was a very handsome man who provided a reasonable size rental (paid $3.80 per day/my request). My car was perfectly fixed and ready for me in 10 days

My vehicle was taken to Silva’s Auto Body after hitting a dear. I was seen and taken cared of right away. Customer service was fantastic. Max made sure that all the paperwork work was in order with my insurance agent and assured me that my car was in good hands. My vehicle was fixed in a very timely manner, and all replaced parts were aligned perfectly. The owner himself came out to inspect the car, giving me quality and professional assurance. Overall great work by Silva's on my mothers car. First time using them referred by "geico". Very satisfied with the work, fender and door job. Clean, plastic trim placed back on and they placed my pre tinted window back as requested. They were responsive when contacted and had the vehicle finished on time. If you are affiliated with geico I would strongly recommend this shop and use them again. Outstanding.

The service is quick and efficient but I had a questionable experience when I worked with them through Geico. Two of the parts in my car that were fixed were under warranty and they "threw them away" instead of returning them to me the way I asked them to. I am in the process now of fighting with Geico for the $280 of parts I was suppose to return to autozone. I contacted the Geico representative in their shop 4 times this past week and he has not returned my call.

I had a great experience with Silva's Auto Body. They repaired my vehicle with all OEM parts. Communication was excellent. When it comes to fixing something important, communication is everything. The repair took a certain number of days because special parts needed to be ordered, but I received daily text updates, which provided me with the reassurance I needed. On delivery day, the car looked great. They did a nice job detailing the car. I appreciate the extra mile they went as not all Auto Body shops detail your car. JoJo is also really caring. What a great employee. The way she cares for the business and her customers is really something special. I would also like to thank Stephen from Geico for his prompt and courteous service. Even though we live in a society that seems to find that it is more fashionable to complain then compliment, I had to break away from the norm. Being in the automotive business as an owner for more than 35 yrs I have seen the best and the worst. I first met Tony Silva 5 yrs ago when one of my lifetime customers got into a bad accident with his 6 month old Mercedes. He called me for a reference and I gave him the name of a shop that I dealt with over the years. He called me back shortly and told me that the shop I recommended to him could not deal with such a late model "Exotic" and the car was already at a shop called Silvas Auto Body in Elmsford. Since he was such a good customer of mine I told him that I would run over to the shop and assess both the shop and the owner. My initial impression of both the shop and the owner were very impressive. ( It takes a lot to impress me!) Tony told me at the time that even though the car was worth over $100,000 the insurance company might total the car as the damage was so extensive. I asked Tony to keep me in the loop as this was a very good customer of mine. Tony called me back a few days later to tell me that he got the ok from the insurance company but it would probably take a few weeks to finish the car. Three weeks later my customer came to my shop to show me his car. I was truly blown away! Being a stickler for detail I spent 20 minutes looking at every thing on the car in addition to bringing it into my shop and putting it on the lift to check all the structural repairs that were done. The car looked and drove as if it just left the factory! I called Tony the next day and told him that he was my new body shop forever! Over the past couple of years I have referred dozens of my customers to Tony and got nothing back short of amazing. I was prompted however, to write this review from the last customer I just recently sent to them. My customer had a 1992 Buick that was in mint condition and got damaged on one whole side of the car. Since the car was so old he did not have insurance so he decided to fix it anyway and pay out of pocket for the repairs. Months later this customer brought the car to me for some general auto repair work and once again I was amazed at how good the car looked. When I spoke to my customer he then told me that originally he contracted and agreed with Tony on a price to fix the car and basically wind up repainting almost half the car. The customer told me that when he went to pick up the car that Tony had then informed him that he had to repaint the whole car as the paint would not match correctly as the old paint was already 25 yrs old. Tony did not charge him one cent more than what they shook hands on! If I could give Silvas Auto Body 10 stars I would! It is not often that one meets someone like Tony, I'm only sorry I did not meet him many years before.

I have been a customer of Silva's Auto Body for many years and I have always been extremely satisfied with the service and finished product they provide. They are very meticulous and detail oriented. They stand behind their work and make good on any work they perform. The shop is state of the art and well maintained in a safe and secured lot. Easy access off of the highway and main street in Elmsford. Tony the owner really cares about the people he services and his staff has been with him for several years. That alone says a lot. I would highly recommend anyone to take their vehicle to Silva's Auto Body.

My Lexus had a deep scratch on the door of the passenger side of the car. I wanted to get it repaired before it got rusty. It also had scratches in the front and back bumpers. Silva’s Auto body shop did a very satisfactory job in three days, removing all dent and scratches, and painting them, and blending it with the rest of the car in such a manner that the car has been restored to its original condition. The staff were courteous and helpful. The serviced was also reasonably priced. I am thankful to Tony, the manager of this outfit. Vembar K Ranganathan Jan 24, 2015
