The fireplace was even better than I had expected. The quality was superb and exactly as I had envisioned. Extremely helpful, accommodating and efficient staff from start to delivery of our purchase. Wide and beautiful selection of antique and reproduction objects. We bought a fireplace mantel here after looking at a number of antique and new mantels at other places, and are delighted with our purchase.

Great experience. Joe and Siara were wonderful to work with and communication was great. I bought an old Stainglass window and had it shipped to Atlanta Georgia. It was packaged extremely well and arrived in perfect shape. Would highly recommend these guys.

Love our new mantle! Joe was responsive and easy to deal with. High quality marble mantle. Very good value compared to other places we looked at, and totally up front pricing. Fast delivery. He gave us accurate dimensions for the rough out before shipment so that our contractor could get the demo / installation started right away. Would absolutely deal with Joe and his team again.

Tl;dr: We spent ~16K on a supposedly high quality marble gazebo FromEuropeToYou, which was neither "high quality" nor "from Europe". I would highly recommend other buyers to keep their eyes open while buying from this seller. You are dealing with someone that is keen to hide behind technicalities rather than stand behind his product. Take your thousands of dollars elsewhere! Details: We ordered a 6 grecian column 10 foot marble gazebo from Joe. The item got delivered on 10/10/23. 4 of the columns had their individual wooden encasing but were packaged together on one palette. My husband met the delivery guys to receive the item, and left it in its original packaging including the palette, plastic wrap etc.It sat there untouched in our lean-to area of our barn through the winter. With weather improving, we recently started getting ready for our spring install. When we split the 4 column palette, we discovered that one of the columns of the "solid marble" gazebo was delivered broken. Note that it still was in its plastic wrap which was unripped. The break wasn't visible in plain sight due to it being broken on the surface turned inwards facing another column. When asked if it was even solid marble as it is unusual for it to have broken on shipment - Joe indicated it would take extreme pressure to break it, and suspected perhaps the column fell on its side that caused the break. He insisted that he had several guys that inspect these shipments for a living and that he is confident he did not ship it broken. Isn't it absolutely ridiculous to speculate that a column packaged on a palette in our barn; weighing HUNDREDS of pounds; needing a forklift to move around - somehow fell and broke on our end, and stood right back in place on the palette with its plastic wrap and encasing intact? The most infuriating thing is that Joe showed zero empathy for our concerns of a safety hazard due to structural integrity issues. Instead, he downplayed our safety concerns; claimed to have sold millions of dollars worth of these items; harped on a technicality that we didn't report it within 48 hours as per the contract etc. All these arguments deflect answering one direct question we had for Joe: Are you going to make this right by us by shipping us a replacement column? And the answer is No, just repair it on your end! Wow! Thanks for the lousy customer service FromEuropeToYou!

“From Europe to You” and its owner and founder Mr. Joseph Bailey provide the most outstanding products at very reasonable costs for individuals attempting to improve their properties and capture the charm and allure of masterpiece productions from Europe and elsewhere. I have personally found their service to be superior to anyone else in the antiques and statue business. I proudly display a replica Bethesda (NYC Central Park) fountain on my lawn; a full sized replica Statue of David; a copy of Perseus and Medusa; Roman soldiers and female warriors; a full sized Neptune; and marble lions. My lawn is a masterpiece thanks to Mr. Bailey. This company and it’s owner are world class and the service is personal, honest, reliable, and precise.

We take issue with how this corporation describes its merchandise. We drove an hour to find that "From Europe..." were actually Chinese copies of Italian originals and "antiques" were brand new. We have no problem with Chinese goods,when they're labeled truthfully, are not knock-offs that hurt original craftspeople by taking their business, and not European-priced. Items seen online were on scrutiny good enough, but not as advertised, so we left without buying. * 4 years after posting review, vendor replies with "uneducated buyer" and "all is antique." Latter statement is utterly false. And as to the former, it is not surprising for a crass schlock merchant to resort to insult when called out.

My wife and I purchased two marvelous Lion statues from Joe and they are simply magnificent. Him and his staff were beyond reasonable, helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to take care of and make sure we were happy with the purchase, which we are beyond! I would definitely do business there again and recommend their services!

I have purchased several pieces of antique furniture from Joe over the years. His prices have always been fair and often times much less than others. Always a great experience and great true old world original pieces. People in other reviews mentioned China items and yes he has had a few of those items for individuals not willing to pay for original German, Belgium, Italian furniture. I chose to spend more and get the real antiques and have always been thrilled. Joe is a class act but if you go in offering stupid prices or become demanding and rude...he will not tolerate it. Rightfully so.

We bought a custom stained glass front door from them last year. It was made in China. The price on this door vs American made was 6x cheaper. 6 times!! I usually advocate American made but I think stained glass prices here are just too much. It took a long time to get here but we weren't in any hurry, and the freight company owner Joe works with is really awesome. Quality was not 100% but exactly what I expected for the price. AND I get to have a stained glass custom door instead of a standard Home Depot door (which, by the way, is also made in China) for the SAME PRICE.

i bought a mantle from these people back in may of 2016 and its now November.. I was promised to receive the item not to mention that was 6,000 dollars within 90 days. I kept calling to see when id receive it for months and it was always an excuse just trying to beat me around the bush. I never got an answer. After i finally got it last week, the mantle wasn't even packaged and the whole thing was broke into pieces!! Then Joe had the guts to say that he knew the mantle was broke but didn't care that it was. I also have proof from a text that he knew it was broke Stay away from these people!!!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I asked Joe the "Owner" of this company for the size of that pieces I was ordering and how long it would take to deliver them on the invoice so i could pay him the same day. And it wasn't a few hundred dollars... It was $6,000 dollar before the shipping...I asked him a simple question to send me a invoice and he said "Im not going to deal with you anymore" he was extremely rude!! I told him i was going to write a review about him, then he told me he would sue me??? Who does that? I believe that this company just wants your credit card info then runs with your money!!

My wife and I have been doing business with this establishments for years, both buying and selling and we usually deal with Joe who is the greatest person ever. However this new guy Karlis has not been so great. Today was the last day that we had to get our belongings out or they would have been forfeited which was fine and we said that we would and truthfully we had forgotten about it because we were not notified or sent anything in the mail. Well this guy was extremely unpleasant because he wanted to purchase our property and was extremely nasty and mean to my wife actually making her cry and all he can say to her and myself is that he is the boss now and has the power to act and say what he wanted. So I expressed he was wrong and he said i'll make it better for you now you have until 2 O'clock or your not getting it back to I had to leave work and drive 30min to and from. Long story short this place is w decent business but I will not step foot back in until this guy is gone so buyers beware he's a BULLY...!!!
