When I have a problem with my Audi that I cannot fix myself, I head to Euronutz for their expert service. Good work, done right, reasonable prices!

Obviously everyone’s experiences with mechanics are unique to whatever they’re dealing with, but I feel like I need to balance some of these super negative reviews by sharing that my experience was absolutely smooth from start to finish. They did new brakes, rotors, tires, filters, oil, sensors for my Mercedes sprinter. Estimate was sent immediately, work was completed in a timely manner, hourly billing was fair and not inflated, final bill matched estimate besides some stuff I approved over the phone. They recommended some future work that the vehicle may need down the road but weren’t pushy about it. All in all absolutely no issues. The haters can all calm down.

Straight frauds wasted 1 yr reaplacing a motor just for it to blow up 5 miles later. Stole 5k cash no receipt and refusal to warranty

I brought a complicated problem to them, they explained their diagnoses and repair plan, and worked on it until it was fixed without exceeding the original estimate cost.

I've been coming here for years never had any problems with there Cars and or Service's

There a very expensive shop, instead charge by the time that is listed on the books not how long they really took. My car was there for two months in a half. They don’t call you if you want to put new parts on your car. They just bill you for it and think you have 10k just laying around to invest it in to your car. Payed 10k in parts and labor. They don’t drive your car respectfully instead they treat it like a race car. I went on a 4 hour trip with my Audi s5 and lost my clutch and brakes in the middle of the highway doing 85 and was very close to an accident. Will not go there again. I do not recommend you take your car to euronuts. Bring your business elsewhere.

First of all if you’re looking to bring ur car to this shop DONT. THEY ARE LAZY!!!! I Brought my BMW to them because it was having starting issues. My car Was there for over three weeks and they didn’t look at it how they state they did. They didn’t know what they were talking about they were trying to get me to start put a new parts on the car not knowing if that’s the issue just saying we need to start somewhere which is very unprofessional. I ended up having to get the car moved to another shop so I had to pay tow again And on top of that they want to charge me $400 for doing nothing it’s ridiculous do not bring your car here!!!!!!!!!!! bad business.

Went here three times first to get a timing job they did the work pretty quick and at a reasonable price. Although I asked if the could fix my rattling heat shield and the did not, but they decided to fix a section of my exhaust without a calling to inform me. Coolant hose popped of on the way home and they quickly drove to my house and fixed the problem. At this point I was still somewhat happy with they’re services. But then I brought the car back for a shake and brakes did the brakes(very expensive labor) and they just assumed this fixed the shake. But the second I drove off the lot I knew it hadn’t been fixed. Brought the car back again for them to tell me it was drivers side wheel bearing and quoted me a 2.5 hour job. My buddy and I did the job in half the time and it still wasn’t fixed. Drove over to Good Guys Auto in saugerties and blaze hopped in the car immediately told me I needed to replace the other wheel bearing. This solved the problem. Moral of the story Euronutz are not bad people just very lazy with their work would highly recommend going to good guys. They will actually diagnose you’re problems.

I paid for nothing to get fixed and them to tell me what I already knew a complete waste of time and money

Very pricy and they lied to me what was wrong with my car and told me he would buy it for $200. He knew it was really an easy fix for him to resell. Shady Crooks that lack integrity as a mechanic shop. Do yourself a favor and bring your business elsewhere

Lousy. Very poor service. Crooks. My vehicle came back in worse condition. Screws and parts all over the floor. Paint scratched. Bill was inflated beyond belief. Broke the hood latch and said nothing. These guys are bums. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP. unfortunately I learned the hard way.

The guys at Euronutz are really knowledgeable, stocked the part I needed, and turned my Audi A4 around quickly, even getting me in at the last minute on a Monday. Was told today they hold back appointments on Monday to deal with out-of-towners like myself who face problems over the weekend. Pricing was reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to take my car back there.

First I do like the people, the owner, his wife, the mechanics, but I took my BMW there for a problem with check engine lights evap codes etc, well it was like 3000 dollars (car cost 2500) and I still had to pay another shop to clear the code. Additionally they said my rear springs were broken and so I had those replaced and soon after a strut mount failed, so I went back and got it fixed, then the other strut mount failed, brought it back, replaced and then failed again, which I replaced myself. Altogether I spent between 3k and 5k and had to do more work or take it to another shop on every issue.

Knowledge and experience with German engineering is required to be a 5 star shop. These guys have it.

Had a great and fast ? appointment for an inspection & oil change. Every employee I talked with was professional and personable.

I did not have my vehicle work done I was there putting in new garage doors but they seemed very busy a lot of people use them to fix their European cars they seem to have very knowledgeable mechanics and the staff was pleasant

I have been having my car serviced here for 15 years, and I have always been happy with the level of service and the way I am treated by the staff. I think the prices are fair, and the advice you get is honest.

We were returning to NYC when our 2007 jetta lost power and a flashing engine light came on. With pets and family on board, I needed a hero mechanic to get us back on the road. One of my Woodstock friends recommended Jamie at Euronutz, and that was the beginning of a fantastic experience. After pulling in and the initial formalities, Jamie and his staff, shifted their other projects so they could work on our Jetta right away. They had the necessary parts on hand, a couple of cylinder coils, and swapped them out within an hour. It was so amazing to be back on the road heading home in little over an hour of meeting Euronutz! Thank you so much Jamie. My repair was simple, however, as the professional that he is, Jamie did take the time to look over my 2007 jetta and pointed out the few things that he observed that would need attention in the future. I've worked with a few mechanics in the past 30 years and I don't have any real complaints about any of them, however, Jamie at Euronutz impressed me so much with his knowledge, his neighborliness and professionalism that I'm writing this review.

Yes, very unfortunate that one disgruntled customer / bad experience (or complainy person?) can damage a good company. I've been using Euronutz for the best part of a decade, mainly because they are the most competent mechanics in the area, they are super friendly, and they always tell you what NEEDS to be done, and give a heads-up about what else you could do, or might need to do along the line. This helps me plan my maintenance. The staff are also very flexible with schedules and prompt. Jamie and crew also know my car, and hev its history on file so there's never a ton of explaining to do about parts, NYS inspections etc. And yes, they are very competitive price-wise. Go and talk to them (they also sell cars and keep them in tip top condition, some real bargains to be had with a guarantee that the car will run and run well).

You would have to be nuts to go to euro nuts, Euro a fool if you do. If you have been screwed by these two clowns call the DMV in albany and file a complaint, They have over 50 complaints against them already !! Please don't wait. Also call the town of Saugerties building dept. and ask them to clean up the junk yard the have it looks like they parked all there cars that they screwed up trying to repair out back.

I scheduled an appointed to bring my car in which I did. We knew ahead of time what work needed to be done but understandable they wanted to inspect the car first. After the inspection I was told that they needed to locate the needed parts and that they would call me make later that day regarding finding the parts. It is now 4 weeks later and I have not heard back from them. What a wasted afternoon for that inspection. I guess they could not find the part and decided to not call me back. What great customer service they have. The one thing for sure is that they will never see my car in their shop again.

I've been using Euro Nutz forever. Why? Well today, for example, I paid them more than one thousand dollars less for the same work that the car manufacturer repair service would have charged. For the same work! I showed Jamie the estimate I'd been given for work that needed to be done. Jamie said, "I think we can do better." He sure did. Why do I go to Euro Nutz? Always prompt service, always nice people, always a good job at a great price.

One of the really disturbing things about the way the internet works is that one person can damage the reputation of an excellent business by posting an unsubstantiated review. I don't know who Justin Lazard is, but I do know Jamie Cohen and his staff at Euronutz -- not as friends, but as careful, knowledgeable, honest mechanics I have relied upon for years. I'm not alone in this. They have a sterling reputation in the Woodstock-Saugerties area. Myself, despite moving across the river to the outskirts of Hudson, NY, I still bring my two cars back to them for servicing and repair. In addition to their good work and their good attitude, they are also very accommodating about scheduling appointments at my convenience.
