If there is more than five stars, I would give him, Jeff helped me put the new headlights i got for my car, he did absolutely a great job, he is a honest and helpful person. He made sure to give me a ride back home until he gets my car done, I really appreciate him and recommend him for everyone. It was so nice making a business with him and I will definitely come back to get anything done for my car.

Jeff has been servicing my cars for a solid decade now, and I can tell you with 100% confidence that you won’t find a better, more honest mechanic in the Hudson Valley. I had been burned by a half dozen mechanics before begrudgingly taking my father’s advice to see his mechanic — I should have listened sooner, but I’m a stubborn daughter.
Ever since I came to my senses, I’ve been sending friends and strangers to Jeff; people new in town, people that have wanted to break up with their previous mechanics etc. Everybody is happy with Jeff, not only because he’s fair (I swear, sometimes he’s even more than fair but I won’t complain about that ?) and skilled at what he does, but he’s also just a good guy! It’s refreshing, as a woman who doesn’t know much about cars to deal with someone friendly and not sleazy. I never feel like I’m getting the run around from Jeff.
A word of warning: Jeff is nearly impossible to get on the phone, but don’t let that discourage you! I almost always have to drive to the shop to talk to him or schedule a service appointment, but I’d drive across state lines to bring my car to Jeff if I had to. I see it as a sign of a good mechanic — being too busy working on cars to answer the phone means this guy is doing something right! Regardless of how busy Jeff is, he always fits me in in a timely manner, and on the occasions that I’ve needed my car back in working order he always gets me back to rolling on four wheels quickly.
Five stars all the way, I cannot recommend Import Enterprise enough!!
Smitty is just a good, honest guy. Nothing to hide, just trying to get by like the rest of us. He genuinely cares about doing the right thing, which seems harder and harder to find these days. I'm thankful for Jeff, that he was able to help my friend with a safe, reliable vehicle for an honest price.

The mechanic there who goes by Jeff is by far a perfect 10/10 mechanic. Does great work, always tells you issues wrong with vehicle and discusses with you whats wrong with vehicle before fixing it (which some mechanics don't do). All in all, I HIGHLY recommend him. He has and always has done excellent work on my vehicle's. Thank you Jeff!
Jeff, is one of the best mechanics that I have ever deal with. He is not only a excellent mechanic, he change a fair price for the work he does. You may find someone cheaper, but you won’t find anyone better. I thank my daughter for telling me about him.
I had recently purchased one of the cars from Jeff’s garage and so far it is an excellent car. There was one issue with the sway bar shortly after it was purchased and it took one visit and it was fixed without a problem! Jeff is an honest and reliable guy and he will most definitely be the person I go to with any car issues! He is extremely professional, honest and fair. You will not find another place around like his shop!

Just wanted to say that having Jeff down the road within walking distance from where I work is a Godsend! Jeff always gets me in quick, is honest as the day is long and extremely reasonable with his pricing. I had to ask him twice what I owed him when he got done troubleshooting a nasty heat shield rattle in my wife's Subaru Outback as well as oil change and tail light bulb replacement. He could have taken advantage of me and charged me 3X as much. Guys like Jeff are few and far between in this business. So glad to know him...
Jeff is awesome. I feel he's always done right by me, he's really good at what he does, and always fair. Just today I had a issue, it was a relatively simple fix... He had a new battery in stock...I walked in told him the problem and fixed me up right then and there. Awesome!
JEFF REFUSES TO CALL ME ABOUT MY VEHICLE. JEFF HAS HAD MY CAR ALMOST 2 MONTHS. JEFF SAID HE WAS SELLING IT FOR A FRIEND BUT BEFORE HE SOLD IT TO ME HE SAID THERE WAS ONLY 1 THING WRONG IT AND HE WOULD FIX IT. HE GAVE IT BACK TO ME KNOWING THAT THE ENGINE WAS BLOWN. HE SAID THE OWNER WOULD PAY FOR THE ENGINE AND I WOULD HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER $400 TO GET IT BACK OR HE WOULD GIVE ONLY $800 OF MY MONEY BACK. WELL AFTER A MONTH HE TACKED ANOTHER $100 ON BECAUSE HE FOUND SOMETHING ELSE WRONG WITH IT. I HAVE KIDS MENTAL ILLNESS AND APPOINTMENTS TO GET TO BUT HE DOESN'T CARE. I HAVE SUFFERED FROM HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE DUE TO ALL OF THE STRESS. ON TOP OF ALL THAT I'M PAYING $200 CAR INSURANCE FOR A CAR I DON'T HAVE AND DON'T KNOW WHEN OR IF I WILL GET IT BACK FOR A THIRD MONTH I ALSO HAVE A TOW BILL OF $250 HE COST TO BRING THE CAR BACK TO HIM. SHAME ON YOU JEFF YOU SHOULDN'T TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS IT IS UNACCEPTABLE A GOOD MACHANIC DOESN'T DO THIS TO HIS CUSTOMER'S AND YOU SHOULD BE PRESSING WHOM EVER YOU SENT MY CAR TO.
Rare to find a mechanic that still cares about the customer and doesn't try to talk you into buying tons of unnecessary parts. Fast, professional, honest. Hard to believe in this day and age...Highly recommend.
