Always a great experience at Sawyer Motors, Sal in sales and the service department always great and helpful. On Thursday Dec 04,2025 another great Sawyer experience, Justin in service, was fantastic, he takes time to explain everything. I purchased my truck from Sawyer, the best dealer experience.

Had the best experience with Brandon, told him my non-negotiables and he found exactly what I was looking for, he made the car buying experience so easy. 10/10 definitely do recommend the team at Sawyer Motors, no haggling and no dealership add ons he went over all the details to ensure we understood everything. Absolutely love my GC!

The atmosphere is amazing. Filled with amazing vintage car, boat and other collectibles with a 50's Texaco gas station inside. Staff and sales were great too! Very knowledgeable, patient and professional. Highly recommend!

I utilized Sawyer motors for the past several years because they were always the best and I like to support local and those businesses that appear to give back to the community however the last time I retuned a lease and was looking into a new lease I was given the run around, it was a hassle just to get someone to talk to me or call me back and I posted a bad review to which I then received a call and everyone seemed to be at their best helping me with the transaction, a miracle. Now I am over my miles and looking to get into a new lease and I was told 2 months ago that one specific sale man would get back to me and he didn’t, I called again two days ago and explained the situation and was told someone would get back to me promptly and still nothing. I honestly can’t wait to get out of this lease one way or another and move on to a dealership that actually cares about all customers not just those who bring in the best pay day. I don’t know if management has changed or they’ve gotten to big for their own good but I would not recommend, nobody should have to chase a dealership for a sale, lease, for answers to questions, etc.

They fixed my car promptly and even helped me get the towing service to pay for the additional damage they did to my car.

The salesman are honest and do their best to get you in to the vehicle you are looking for, at the best deal they can get you. I live in Brooklyn NY, purchased my 2020 grand Cherokee high altitude from Sal at Sawyer Dodge and ever since then we are like family! Took my car there for service that jeep in Brooklyn had no clue what needed to be done. Sawyer Dodge team from Sal, Jim, Danny, Todd & Ofcourse Bob are extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable, professional in every way. My jeep thanks to them runs like new! Joe from Sawyer Motors was easy to deal with to evaluate my used car. Price offered was acceptable and my car is sold.They came to my residence which was helpful to me and no b.s.in the transaction.Will recommend to anyone.

My girlfriend had a vehicle inspection done in January, told it passed and was good to go. Last week was pulled over and told inspection is out of date, showed receipt of inspection being done, and police said to have it checked. Called the service department and was told by the service manager that it’s a DMV issue, call them, it’s wrong on there end. I call and speak to same service manager and told him it’s an issue on their end, again told it’s a DMV issue brushed me off. Went to two different T DMV offices, first one said dealership issue, go back to them. Second DMV office told me dealership issue, check the VIN on car and paperwork. Check the VIN, sure enough, they don’t match. Called service and spoke with Danny yesterday looked over everything on his end and noticed VIN was wrong. Had me come in today and was in and out, everything was corrected. Service manager came to me and admitted he was wrong. I can’t believe that after the back and forth calls of saying it’s not on the dealership end, that I had to do all this running around and come to find out it was on the dealership end. Half my day wasted driving around trying to fix something I couldn’t.

I inherited a vehicle that was purchased from here 11 years ago but needed a copy of the original invoice to transfer it out of state. Lisa was so helpful and took the time to figure this out for me, even though there was no money to be gained from it for them. Very helpful and kind of them.

Recently purchased a vehicle from sawyer dodge. Customer service was 10/10 seamless and easy purchase. Offered a very reasonable trade price for my used vehicle. As well as meet the owner which owns two dealerships prior to coming here I went to the other dealership he owns where the sales rep over there was excellent as well. Top notch service! I took my RAM 2500 in for a oil change/tire rotation. Seyer got me in and out, had a very nice waiting area and the staff there were very friendly. Also their price for service was very reasonable and much less than another local dealer. They have a good reputation that is well deserved. Even though I live much, much closer to another dealer I'm making Sawyer Motors my go to for any of my RAM needs and I will keep coming back!

Excellent customer service. Everyone I talked to on the phone or in person was extremely pleasant. As a new customer, I came in for first visit to take care of a free factory recall service on a used Wrangler I just purchased. I asked Sawyer to do a thorough check on the car at the same time. When I picked up the car, expecting to pay for the check, I found out there was no charge. That's unheard of. Looking forward to bringing my Jeep back to Sawyer for years to come.

When I went to Sawyer to lease my Jeep 2 years ago I had an amazing experience and couldn’t wait until the next time. That time has come as our family has grown quite a bit and though it was a slow start it was yet another fantastic experience. It’s a very fun environment and the staff is very friendly. They were so patient with my 15 month old son who touched every vintage item in the show room and they even gave him a cool little gift! I truly enjoyed working with Ray as he was very communicative and really managed to work within my tight budget. Macy was also wonderful, warm and welcoming. I love my new SUV! Once again can’t wait until the next time :)

The staff here is absolutely amazing. From the second I walked in I felt good energy. Mike helped me with getting the perfect car. He was honest about what I may not need to make it affordable for me. He was very patient with me and helping me make last minute changes and kept me updated throughout the process. He didn’t make me feel like I was annoying him or bothering him ever which I usually feel when buying a car. I almost am never fully happy with a buying process and I can honestly say this was the best experience ever. Don’t have a single complaint! I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!

I drove by two other Dodge dealerships to get to Sawyer. Jasson went above and beyond to get me what I needed at a fair price. I’ve also dealt with Sal, who’s equally as great! The whole experience was one of the few positives I’ve had while vehicle shopping. (And I’ve bought many over the years) the vehicle itself, promaster, hasn’t disappointed.... the employee who drives it is much more efficient with the extra room and reliability... he’s also driving in comfort with latest technology.

Called and talked to Eric Sasso after I went to another local Dodge dealer that was giving me such a "great deal" I couldn't possibly refuse... Well we did and it turned out we saved $50 a month (yes a month) by going with Sawyer. Everyone at Sawyer was friendly and we felt like they wanted to get our business without being pushy.
