He was just riding around the neighborhood. We didn’t even park in a no parking zone or a towing zone…… extremely unprofessional of the guy driving with his underage daughter in the front.
Really disappointed with this towing company. My best friend’s car was barely even towed before they already had it hooked up and were demanding hundreds of dollars just to release it. They originally tried charging $450, and after we filed a formal complaint, they suddenly lowered it to $400, which honestly made the situation feel even more questionable.
The car was not even fully removed or taken to a town impound lot, yet they still attempted to charge an outrageous release fee. From our understanding, New York State has strict regulations against excessive and predatory towing practices, and this situation felt completely unfair and potentially illegal.
Nobody should feel pressured into paying hundreds of dollars just to stop a tow that was barely completed. We already filed a complaint regarding this matter and hope the town and state take a serious look into these kinds of practices so this does not continue happening to other people
My girlfriend parked her car in a parking lot where she usually does her nails in Coipage. They know her there. The tow truck came within 30 minutes and was waiting for her. They originally wanted to charge her $450 dollars to drop the car. The guy supposedly talked to his boss to drop to $400. A $400 trip fee is outrageous and should be illegal. If anybody knows what I can do about this please contact me.
I had my jeep in a sunken driveway past side stairs and Blue came and pulled it out without a scratch! There was maybe a combined clearance of 5 inches on both sides.
Hes very good at what he does and I recommend you give him a call if your vehicles is in a tight spot.
SCAM!!! Went into the mall, within 10 minutes a random man in the mall came up to me asked if it was my car and said it was being towed. I ran outside my car was gone the guy in the tow was parked on the street, he said I had 5 minutes to get $272 and he would release my car, mind you I am a young teenage girl. On the sign it said cars will be towed if in fire lane, or on yellow line. For $120. I acted quick after being told I only had 5 minutes so I gave the money. To later read the sign and find out it should’ve only been $120. SCAM!! He saw a young girl, used it to his advantage and made up a price.
I agree 100% with other reviews that this company is about scams. The scam is not with the tow, but with the outrageous, illegal fees they are charging once they pick up or tow your car. There are laws about the amount of fees that can be charged and they are not following the law. They love towing cars by ATM's or any location where they know you may have access to cash for their absorbent fees. They are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB), so they have no concern about their reputation being ruined. There are legal actions that can be taken for businesses doing illegal activities, and we the consumer must ensure they do not get away with their illegal acts. Scammers for sure.
tows my vehicle to wrong location and the guy on the phone defends the fact he misheard what i said as he repeated something different TWICE! then wants me to pay again to tow it to the correct location. This is terrible business practice and service. Would never use them again.
I called because I needed my car to be towed. Was told 45 minutes I agreed to price and time waited for over an hour and they would not answer my calls, eventually someone answered my text saying it will be another 20 minutes more NO ONE SHOWED UP! I had to call for another tow company that came out within 15 minutes of me calling.
Fatt Towing is the best! I gave them a call for a tow and they came in literally 15 minutes after hanging up the phone. Very professional, no damages was done to my car. Price was a good deal compared to other towing companies.
