The worse towing truck company in long Island ny i call them for a road services my short drive shift need a u jont came toke my drive shift to they shop less than 1 hour came back and.said I need new drive shift that the company can't help me I was charged $784 14 for doing nothing
if I didn't pay my drive shift we not return back to me
Mark in service has been good to work with. Currently still have an ongoing case with the tow department, will see how this is resolved, and will add a more descript review afterwards.
Overcharged for 2 minutes of work to find and hit a hidden reset button for a solenoid. Never using them again and advising all friends and family to stay away. Close to $500 and they wouldn’t cut me a break even though no actual repairs were done. It’s obvious they don’t care about the customer or about them returning.
I had an air can spring break and had a flat separate from that. All the flat needed was to be aired up. They sent out a service truck that had next to no tools and had no parts in it. All they could do was cage the brake. They couldn't even air up the tire because they didn't even have an air cannon or air. It was nearly useless to call them. The driver/road guy was sympathetic and apologized that he couldn't do more. The road guy was as professional as he could be under the circumstances.
Great guys especially mike who took my mechanical problem personal and ensured my truck was back on the road as soon as possible and at reasonable price , I will reccomend these guys from Long island to any driver.
We own a motor home and this shop has been the most professional place I have been too. Kevin is a knowledgeable and patient individual and an asset to the company. They have a “ base camp” app that keeps you informed as to everything they do to your vehicle in real time. Never saw that before and appreciate your style and professionalism.
Needed a tow for a big dodge pick up in a tight parking lot . The driver was super helpful and the price was great. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Really enjoyed your truck missing me by inches, almost being rear ending me on the LIE and then driving aggressively swerving through traffic. This was memorial day at 2 westbound on the LIE.
If you have a Spartan based motorhome....these guys are great. Couldn’t be happier with their service and thanks to Andrew who is a great asset to this company!
The absolute worse place to EVER take your truck. They over charged me, did work I didn't authorize, didn't diagnose my truck they just changed the most expensive part without reason. I got 10 miles down the road before the truck was doing the same thing!!! I ended up at another shop that charged me a quarter of the cost and guess what....MY TRUCK WORKS!!! I can't say anything good about this place. I would rather sell my truck than take it back to these people. In a city that large with as many shop options that there are you would be a fool to take it to these people!!!
