I needed to have a car towed from Central Islip to Northport. I called Rescue and they were very helpful from the very beginning. Angelo and John are professional, courteous, expert operators. I could only rate this company as the very best, and v ery dependable. If you need a towing service call Rescue, you will not be disappointed , they are also reasonably priced!
Called this company to pick up my car, was told 45 minutes and ended up waiting an hour and a half. Attempted to call them 10 times with no answer. Called another tow company that came in 20 minutes. Took about 30 minutes For them to pull the car out and This company still didn’t show up!!! Call 9th street instead.
Left me hanging.
Was refered to by the service station.
Waited for hours for them to arrive.
Upon arrival they told me they needed help and had to come back and promised they would return early in the morning.
Put all plans on hold and then waited all morning, and all calls were forwarded.
Finally called other company- Who sent a small truck that pulled me out and got me to service station without any issues using a small Pickup truck in 25 minutes.
Use another company, Dave said he would be back because he wasn't able to hook up a cable by himself, he needed help.????
So Another company came and did it by himself with a pickup truck and pulled me down the street. Took 25 minutes.
Paid more, but ill pay more anyway for honesty and integrity.
Was going to Tip Driver 100 cash but instead gave it to another company!
These people are amazing ! Please use them for any towing or saving ! They saved my mom IN THE FLOOD WATER ! The guys at rescue towing came out ASAP ! We Called hendrickson towing and commack towing and they never came for hours and lied
I bought not one, not two, but three short school buses in an auction and then realized I couldn't drive them home. Bus 1 had no keys and had a dead battery, Bus 2 had a flat tire and a dead battery, and Bus 3 had keys, working battery and good tires but no license plates.
Angelo, Angelo and Dave of Rescue Towing and Recovery came to my rescue, literally. Oh I forgot to say that the buses were at different locations and I wanted them towed to different locations.
Making a long story short, they gave me good pricing, answered their phones when I called, even on the 100th call, understood my specific instructions such as make sure and park the buses straight so that no neighbor would complain, and completed the entire experience where we are still on speaking terms. I am even calling them "darling" on the phone.
I plan to buy a full size bus soon and they are my definite go-to guys. I don't even have to worry about locations, pricing, anything. They would work it out for me and get my bus home. They would always be my "darlings."
