So I took my prized possession that I had sold and bought back 21 yrs later to Combined for paint and exterior assembly. Words can not describe the finished product. Absolutely stunning and it floored me when I first saw the finished job. Ty John, what a work of art, if you care about your car use Combined!

The people there Nick and Marcella and all were as great as their work was! A totally positive and perfect experience for me and for the work done on my car.

After my parked car was struck by a garbage truck, I was unsure of what to do next. My father recommended Combined Auto, and I am so incredibly glad I took his advice. From the moment I walked in, Jackie was an absolute angel. She went above and beyond, personally helping me navigate the frustrating insurance process, assisting with the rental car, and keeping me updated every step of the way. Her knowledge, kindness, and professionalism made a difficult situation so much easier to handle. I picked up my car this morning and was blown away. The repair and paint job are immaculate! It looks like nothing ever happened. I couldn’t be more grateful for the care and attention my car (and I!) received. I will only be going to Combined Auto for any future repairs. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality work and genuinely compassionate service.

Jackie was an absolute angel and made everything so much easier. She is quick, responsive and knowledgeable. I absolutely recommend, this was a great experience. I originally tried going through insurance on my own and got nowhere. The second I got Jackie involved my life was made a million times easier!!!

We had gotten rear ended and brought our Chevy Colorado here. The girl behind the counter is a bull dog and I mean that in the most respectful way. The way she handled the entire claim from start to finish, from the insurance company, to the rental company, it was just flawless. I wasn’t worried about a thing. She told us what to do and what to say to make sure everything went smooth. When we got our car it looked better than it did the day we picked it up from the dealership. Seamless and painless experience! Got into an accident and Jaclyn made the whole experience a breeze. From dealing with the adjuster, to getting us a rental and also handling the back and forth communications on out behalf. Honestly , this is the place to go if you want to be taken care of right!

Highly recommend combined auto body, especially Jaqueline. I was rear ended and had to deal with a very difficult and inept insurance company. A ridiculous amount of phone calls and emails needed to be done but Jaqueline got the job done. Jaqueline went above and beyond to try and help me. She is a little dynamo and I really appreciated her help.

First and foremost i wish to explain that my family has dealt with many auto collision companies. Always having one problem or another stressful and difficult at times. This time I was hit head on practically destroying the front of my Outback. My Outback was then flat beaded to Combined auto collision, looking at this small shop made me wonder how good of a job they would do. As they say, never judge a book by its cover. My first contact was Jaclyn.. let me just say how precious and valuable she is to this company. She not only eased my stress level, she was very professional in dealing with my situation. She handled everything from start to finish keeping me posted with the insurance and completion time. Picking up my car has never been more satisfying. The staff not only vacuumed the car inside and out.. the work was absolutely outstanding!! I have never been so satisfied. Combines Auto did a great job on my Subaru. They dealt with the insurance company and car rental to make the process easy. The finished repair was flawless.

To start off the New Year January 1st 2024 my car got hit as I was right in front of my house. I was very upset about the damage, but Combined Auto Collision saved the day. They were amazing handling everything from towing my car early the next day to dealing with the insurance company, to repairing my car like new. I honestly would have never knew there was any damage to my car. I got it back very quickly within two weeks looking better then ever. I give them five stars. Definitely the best Auto Repair around here. The staff was excellent in keeping me updated as well.

I've had 2 of my vehicles repaired at Combined, once last year 2022 and twice this year 2023. I was completely satisfied with the job they did 100%. Also, Jaclyn and Marcela went above and beyond what's required and dealt with the insurance company to have my claim settled. I was in Florida and had someone run into the side of my car at the gym. I received a few quotes but got the run -around on what they would cover. I waited to get back to New York because I trusted John at Combined Auto Collision with his meticulous details in his work. He covered everything and it looks like new. It was well worth the few weeks wait to return to NY and I would highly recommend the shop. They are all very professional.

They do Stella bodywork. But after my case was closed and I realized an electrcl issue I called and was told my file would be pulled and they'd call me back. Still waiting for that call 😔 UPDATE: as turns out the woman who answered the phone didn't have my number correct and couldn't return my call. Still having the problem, I called them. Sometimes we need to breath and have patience with others. They took the car back and turns out the problem was not caused by the accident. Combined has been reparing mine and my family cars for years. They do an awesome job. Hopefully people stop hitting me, but my next repair will be with them.

My truck bed had been hit by a Tesla between the rear wheel and bumper. They took a long time to repair it but I didn’t mind so long as it’s done right and it came out beautiful. But then only 6 months later I’m noticing all these bubbles started popping up in the paint so I went back and spoke to John. We talked about what it could be including rust but he said he would take care of it since there were no bubbles before the accident. They fixed it and it looked great but a few weeks later the bubbles came back so I went back but John wasn’t there so I told another gentleman who was very nice that I just wanted it done right and I would work with them on a solution including paying into it if it wasn’t covered in the original job. He said john would call me but didn’t so it called back but john was busy and would call me back but he didn’t. I guess they are great so long as they’re making money

Highly recommend!!! My car was hit as it was parked and my passenger side was dented in and scratched up. Took it to Combined Auto and they did an amazing job. Fast, great communication, and overall a great group of people. I have gotten several compliments since I got my car back about how they did a wonderful job and how beautiful it looks. My most recent experience was horrible. The initial time to fix the car was 2.5 weeks. It ended up taking 9 weeks. I found a sunroof for them that they said they were waiting on and one of the last parts they said they were waiting on was only ordered a week before the car was finished.

HORRIBLE business. Beware. Zero transparency. My car was hit by a tree right before Christmas. The original estimate was 2.5 weeks, we're now at 8 weeks and still don't have our car. We have called weekly for updates and were repeatedly told they're "waiting for parts". When asked to provide a list of the parts they're waiting for, they conveniently sent to the wrong email and then didn't respond for days. One part they were looking for, my husband called a local dealership and found. Another part, my husband called the dealership they ordered from and it turns out they only ordered the part last week. So it took them 7 weeks to order a part they knew they needed weeks ago? I don't believe a single word they say. Three times we've been told that they had the parts and it would be ready in a few days, only to them be told they're waiting for more parts! I would never go back to this place and I would strongly urge others not to bring their cars here. The level of unprofessionalism is mind blowing.

My BMW was hit by a drunk driver. Combined Auto Collision was professional, friendly, and the body work was excellent. You can trust they will do right by you...I highly recommend these folks. My car really came out mint!

Combined Auto is literally the best! The staff is so nice, professional, and thorough. My husband and I have been using them for years. They’re work is perfect.. and they return your car to you sparing clean! They make an otherwise stressful situation completely easy!

This place has been the best to me I drove in a day and 19 hours to Long Island New York from California my window stopped working out of nowhere and I went to three different shops that told me it would run me about three to $500 to fix it but when I came to them they put my window up for free they ordered my part had it on time and only charge me $100 I recommend them to locals and foreigners they can definitely help you get out of a big hole. Also they take a look at your car before they give you an estimate which where the previous shops I’ve visited minutes before I showed up at combined auto didn’t even touch my car and told me an estimate

These guys are great! They were so helpful and got my car back to me very quickly. They handled everything with my insurance company so I had nothing to worry about. My family has been going to this place for years, even before I was born. I highly recommend them!
