I went for a photo inspection for a new car insurance policy. I didn't have an appointment, but needed the inspection and decided to stop by while I was in the area. I'll admit, I got there right in the middle of a busy day. Nonetheless, they had me in and out in like 15 minutes. It was much appreciated!

First time using this shop and I would highly recommend it to anybody who needed body work on their car. The work was done on time. The work was and the people were great.

Joe and his staff were a pleasure to work with , a branch fell on the roof of my car and having to go through insurance was a pain at first but Joe made the process smooth and easy . Had an issue with the rear bumper on my subaru, and these guys hit it out of the park. Completely transparent and upfront. Made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Any auto body issues in my future and it's coming here.

Took 3 days to fix scratch in my bumper after being told it probably take a day. Picked up car and there were rums in the paint. I looked like they painted over the dirt on the bumper. Had to leave it again to be re-done. Picked up the car again and there was a lot of white over spray on the black plastic of the bumper. Had to go back a third time to have the over spray removed, they did even get it all off.

I’ve never left a review on ANYTHING but these guys deserved 5 stars!! I’m so amazed by the work they did and how quickly they did it! They were able to get the dent and chip in my traverse out before I went on vacation and for that I’m forever grateful!! It looks brand new!

honestly blown away by the work they did. i dont sugar coat when i say that. i couldnt believe it was my car. spotless and very precise repair. he even took money off the deductible which i almost feel bad about. recommending this place moving forward

The guy at the front desk didn’t seem remotely happy to try and help me. I wanted several things touched up on my truck regardless of the cost and he told me to just leave it be. On top of his complete lack of enthusiasm, numerous times in our conversation he pulled out his phone to send text messages and at the end he told me that there was an issue with the “thing” and he would have to call me about the price. Weeks later I still don’t have an answer because the guy felt chipped paint and rust wasn’t a concern to me. I went with a different shop and I couldn’t be happier

My truck was recently hit in a parking lot and had damage to 2 of my doors, we called JFA Auto and Salman handled everything for me from putting in my claim to having the adjuster come. When I got my truck back it looked brand new! Not only did they fix my doors but they touched up all the little scratches on my truck and rims. Salman was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend everyone I know to come here if they need any type of body work done to there vehicle.

A family member recently had an unfortunate automobile accident and had damage to the rear of her vehicle. Over the years we had needed to have auto body work done on some of our vehicles and used local shops in the area. JFA Auto Collision and Towing was recommended by our insurance broker as a reputable shop. After having reasonable experiences with some of the local shops I decided to try JFA. I called and spoke to the shop manager Sal who really made me feel comfortable and confident that he would do everything to make this unfortunate event turn out positively. I brought the vehicle in the same day and Sal said he would have an estimate ready in a few days, and he did! Afterwards, when I came to the shop to authorize the work, we spoke about what he would do to repair the auto. Sal put my mind at rest and said he would take care of everything. What was amazing and unique about Sal and of course John the owner of JFA was that they did everything that they said they were going to do in a very professional way. All the calls to the insurance company were done by Sal and JFA. My vehicle was finished on the date they said it would be and looked amazingly better than it did prior to the accident. Because of Sal and John’s attention to detail and excellent customer service this experience was ALL positive for us.

I got a verbal quote as John looked at my truck to repair all the paint peeling off the whole front end and bumper of my pickup truck. After he brought it in he made recommendations to repair the paint on the door handles and the things in the door from those pesky shopping carts and other doors in parking lots. He also detailed the inside and outside of the truck and even though I didn't ask him a price for the extra work I found his invoice to be very fair and reasonable. My truck was brought back to life and now looks brand new!

needed hood repair and real body work and paint for my Bronco. other body shops didnt want anything to do with that kind of work. John and his team did such a awesome job ! couldnt be any more pleased. price was very fair got back truck clean and looking like it belongs in showroom. thank you.

John and his staff are Top Shelf! I don’t want to say that I’m a frequent flyer at a body shop but my family and I have been customers for about 20 years. They handle all of the phone calls and paperwork. The cars come out in showroom condition and in the shortest time possible. They also do special jobs such as this... my new tailgate....

Amazing service! Zeshan was able to give an elaborate and through estimate on my vehicle’s damages and repair costs. The work done at this shop is flawless and makes your vehicle look just as good, if not better, as it did prior to any incidents. JFA did a GREAT job on my truck. At 60, and my 1st accident ( I wasn't even in the truck), I didn't have a clue as per the next step. I was directed to JFA by my friend/ mechanic Rich at PriceRight Transmissions. John, Jessica, and Ashlee couldn't have been more helpful, really, from the estimate to the delivery.They told me how things would go and they were right on the money. They dealt with the insurance, handled my rental, on both ends of the rental. The fix they did was outstanding, couldn't even tell, at all. On top of all that, my truck was spotless when I got it back. I couldn't believe how awesome my truck looked, inside & out. Absolute PROFESSIONALS !!!

I had a car accident on my way into work a few weeks ago and being that I just started this new job, was very unfamiliar with the area. I immediately Googled auto body shops and chose JFA based solely on their amazing reviews, and I'm so glad I did. From the time I called them mere moments after my accident they were extremely helpful and I could tell they cared about my situation. I was concerned about not having my car for the Thanksgiving holiday as I had a trip booked, but they made sure that my car was done quickly enough that I didn't have to cancel my trip. I'm convinced that my car looks even better than it did before my accident, and they left it absolutely spotless inside and out. To my surprise, they even refilled my wiper fluid that was low! I can't thank JFA enough for making the extremely stressful situation of having a car accident easier for me. Hopefully I won't need to use their services again, but I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!

I went to 5 other shops that all had good reviews because I like to do my research before walking in the door. This place had the most comprehensive approach to helping me. This is not a large place you go into and never see the owner. The owner is there because he owns and operates. My wife went in there to get a quote on out collision damage and he was the most helpful of all 5 shops we went to. They were very honest, very helpful, very knowledgable and very very good at what they do. They got our vehicle repaired sooner because they saw we needed it soon because we have kids and no other way to transport them. They treated me like I was part of their family. Thank you JFA. I will be back if I need great work from great people.
