It is true that the facility does not accept residential debris from local residents. I personally experienced this when, after loading my stuff, I was redirected to drive five minutes away and pay a disposal fee. After going through the effort of loading everything, it was frustrating and not worthwhile to bring it all back.

1st time visiting. Staff was very helpful and took all my harmful household chems, even old gas. They even gave me a hand getting an old bulky tv out of my car.

The women that work the scales are nothing but professional and very polite. I can't imagine how anyone that is humble and kind would have an issue......

Went there on Monday 12/27 after Xmas weekend and it was closed. I was told by others attempting to drop off trash that it was closed because employees don't come to work after a holiday which is commonplace. Tax dollars hard at work! And, how no one answers the phone?

They close early every day. We are trying to make a living and get ready for the next day and they are trying to go home early everyday. It’s ridiculous and an abuse of our tax dollars.
