One of the guys that work here are great ( I thank his name is Joe ) but he knows a lot about cars and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful he honestly deserves a raise.
Wish I had asked for the young man's name. It was last Friday on 2/6/25 - 5:30 PM and getting dark. I needed a back windshield wiper blade to be replaced. Old one shredded. I got stuck at my job and couldn't get there earlier. A young man looked up the blade part ( paid $16.00--would have paid $35+ labor at the dealership). Asked if he would assist in putting it on. He sprinted into action and attempted to replace the blade. When he had trouble he you tubed it and had the new blade on in less than a minute. It was freezing outside, and he didn't even blink. Thank you young man!!!! You are an asset to your Company. Hard to find these days!
Went here to see why my car wasn’t starting and the most helpful and kind sales associate Vic knew exactly what to do and tested everything for me. She also changed my key fob battery which seems to have been the issue! I have a very old Honda and she knew so much about all the little quirks that it could have. I am so thankful I went here because I have been very stressed with my car not starting here and there. Thank you again to Vic, I’ll be going back here when something else acts up. :)
Bought wiper blades this morning and a really nice young woman named Vic helped me and even came out into the cold to put them on for me! Knowledgeable and helpful!
The manager or whoever the lady that works here is is horrible she usually just standing around giggling with two other worker while one young worker with glasses usually is attending the people this has happened to me twice it makes me feel bad for the young gentleman his like being overworked. Horrible management

Needed to replace my car battery, Taylor was amzing! She tested my car battery to ensure that I actually needed a new one, then changed the battery out for me. I was in and out within 30 minutes.
I do unknown problem brought my car here. Jasmine helped me. She was awesome tested my battery which I thought was the problem. Another simple test determined it was the alternator not happy with the information but the service couldn’t have been better.
Hiyomi “assisted” me when a alternator I received from a warranty exchange at a neighboring autozone store wasn’t the correct model. I told him about the issue but he did not resolve the issue he told me couldn’t do anything and didn’t even bother to check one of the two alternators in stock and compare the one I was given. Thankfully the Patchogue Autozone was able to help me out and verify that I had received the incorrect alternator and had a better attitude when helping me out.
I needed assistance with removing stripped license plate bolts. Andrew was extremely helpful and patient with providing me the necessary guidance and products to complete the job. Thank you!
The clerk inside was grumpy. The battery was heavy and I wanted to help, but the clerk yelled at me. I wondered if he had a problem. If he didn't want me to help, he should have just said so. There was no need for this.
I had a very good experience with AutoZone the manager Arsalan there helped me with my battery and wipers he was so kind and did it very fast and efficient I would def come back here for sure
The guys that work here are awesome. I had to get my battery changed about a month ago in my car and they helped me do it. Today my husband's car wouldn't start and we called ahead to see if they can check the battery. Of course they did and it was still under warranty. We had to take it out of the truck due to the difficult placement but they were able to swap it out for us and now we are back up and running! They were more than helpful with the questions we had. I would recommend seeing the guys at AutoZone for your questions to be answered. The manager also went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of.

Tried to replace a car battery that won't hold a charge, which was purchased brand new 3 months ago. They told me to "call corporate", and would not replace it. Will never go there again, customer service is worst I have ever experienced.
I’ve lived in Bohemia for 40 years, I’ve been going to this auto parts store ever since it was a Aid Auto Stores. I would rather give local businesses my business, then Amazon. That being said every time I go into AutoZone, the workers have an attitude and it seems as if they’re doing me a favor by helping me. I wish they would be retrained in customer service
I wish I could leave zero stars literally or actually -25 stars. I was in there five guys that work there standing around doing nothing. Two people at the register. One guy is going through 35 phone numbers for awards. None of them worked by the way so I sat there for 10 minutes and finally said I’m done. Horrible customer service absolutely horrible, do not go there go to another store
Never again will I go to this establishment. I came in on Sunday night the 21 to return an alternator. The worker was completely rude, and condescending. He’d ask for my information then when I proceeded to give him the info, he start speaking in a very passive aggressive way. He was working with the manager Mike on Sunday evening. That was my last time going to this store. To the worker whom this is about, stop taking your anger out on customers. Because the company loses customers like that. Because of your action I’ll never shop there again. I already did a survey on auto zone cares and gave it 1 star if i could give it 0 I would. I’m calling when they open tomorrow to get his name and report him. Unacceptable Behavior, whilst scrolling throughout the reviews rude workers seems like the norm at the bohemia AutoZone.
Honestly one of the worst customer experience I have ever had. Too long of a story to go into with the employees that work there looking at me like I have five heads waiting for them to return an item to me. If I could give no stars I would what I would believe to be a manager was unprofessional just telling the cashier to just give me a random part. I will not be going to any autozone ever again. Also don’t reply to this with a contact us email cause I doubt you will even help.
Nan really helped me out with a power steering pump that I was being sent all around for. They didn’t have the exact part but was able to offer another brand which did the trick. Thanks again for the great service.
I called was in need of a battery and needed it installed, amazing service over the phone and told me he had my battery and would hold on to it till I got there. When I got there my battery was on the counter waiting for me, the guy who helped me was so sweet and very helpful and put my battery in for me quickly, he saved the day for me and I wish I could remember his name right now but he knows who he is.. he really helped me big time went above and beyond for me. I was in a rush due to my mother being rushed to the hospital and I needed to get there, she thank God is home safe and my car is up and running thank you so very much!!
Went in store to purchase lug nut lock set only to be told that the item in my hand which I grabbed off of their end cap could not be sold to me. I even told the gentleman that the item was showing up online which is why I came to purchase. The employee would not even look at me when telling me he just shipped the product back to distribution within 2 minutes of me being at the counter? Customer service skills lack greatly in this store.
