Quick service, friendly faces. I was treated with care; they gave me a coffee and snacks and gave a reasonable estimate. When all was said and done they still gave me a better price than quoted. 10/10

Went in spontaneously for an inspection, which was completed quickly. The office section of the shop was comfortable, clean living room atmosphere complete with snacks & beverages! The staff, especially the receptionist, was wonderful and very helpful. Highly recommend this place!

I've been a customer of Ossie's Auto for over 20 years and their service has been consistently great all along. Yesterday I made an appointment online and they were able to squeeze me in. Everyone from the front desk to the tech's have always been easy to talk with and they've always addressed my car care needs.

Found Ossies by luck. A mailer came for a 50$ synthetic oil change and I thought, what a deal. So I went. As soon as I walked in the front door I was so impressed The kindness and great attitude from everyone was so nice. The cleanliness of the auto shop was amazing. My Nys inspection and oil change felt like it took no time at all since the waiting room was like sitting in a comfortable living room. I now take all 3 of my cars there. Ossie went out of his way to repair the exhaust system in our van which was damaged in a mishap. Being out of town, it was crucial that our vehicle is fixed, so we could get home, which was hours away. His team was professional, courteous and understanding. The price for the repair was also very reasonable. Big THUMBS UP for Ossie auto Repair!

Very wonderful staff Ossie and Edgar up front are knowledgeable and friendly, the technicians John, Ian and Dom are efficient and professional. Super clean bathroom and waiting room was very comfortable, outfitted with some little snacks and drinks. They fixed my issues right the first time which is something you don’t see now a days! 10/10 would recommend this shop to any of my family/friends.

Service is absolutely fantastic. Wont go anywhere else. From a simple oil change to a bigger job they’re consistent with pricing, availability, and they’ll tell you how it is. Not pushy at all if something additional could be done. they also do the little things that make a big difference. Example my back right tire for whatever reason was a bit lower and when I got my truck back all of them were perfectly balanced. 10/10

I had noticed on a carfax report that Ossies was the primary place that a vehicle I was interested in buying was brought to for service over the years. I had already felt hesitant in buying the vehicle and decided to reach out to Ossies if they could give me any more information on the vehicle and if it would be a good investment. The woman I spoke to on the phone was WONDERFUL. Some of the best phone customer service I've ever experienced. She researched the vin number and provided me with details on the car which helped me make an educated decision and to know there was nothing the dealer could hide from me. Based off that interaction alone, I'd feel more than comfortable bringing my car here to be serviced if I lived in the area.

Great family oriented business! The shop is run very efficiently. They definitely can be trusted to not try to give you services you do not need. They are always very educational when explaining to you things about your car and what maintenance to do in the near future. Great atmosphere and waiting area which is nicely decorated and has coffee, snacks, and a TV to pass the time while your car is being worked on! Would 100% recommend to any family member, friend or anyone in general!

I've been Ossie's customer for many years and have recommended his shop to family and friends. My college student just purchased a used car. I brought it to Ossie's shop for them to inspect it. Ossie gave a comprehensive computerized list of components that were good and components with issues to be resolved. After following the recommendations, I feel confident about the car's reliability and safety. There is no better place than Ossie's Auto Repair! I was recommended to Ossie's several years ago after my regular mechanic retired and closed shop. Ossie's is an honest, caring repair shop. No work is ever done without a detailed report sent by email or text, with pictures included and all repairs are thoroughly explained. Each time I bring my car in they update me on the health of my car, what maintenance is needed and why it's needed, but never pressured into having any other work done at that time. I trust that what Ossie and or his staff recommend is needed to keep my car in good condition and keep me safe on the road.
