Been going there four years getting life time brake pads never ever had to pay to get new ones now all of a sudden I get told they won't give me new one that's how it always has been will never go there again in my life time

Sold me a fuel pump for my truck and told me he was 95% sure that it would work. Went to put it in and found out it was the wrong one. The only way to tell was to put it in the tank. He refuses to take it back, then refuses to sell me the correct one. Happy he won't because he's charging over $100 more than Auto Zone. My husband is by far abusive, he got frustrated and loud once the owner started using profanity.
