My husband hit a pothole on the taconic State parkway the state police hada towing company tow the car to there shop. I was told there was nothing wrong with the car. After, my husband and I drove the car we heard a loud thumping sound we took the car to ALM we waited like 10 minutes n they took the car for s test drive after put the car on the lift . Chris had me go for a ride with him n explained what the noises were. They are going to do the repairs and we will have a safe car to drive. I would recommend ALM to all that's looking a great and honest mechanic shop
When my car broke down on the interstate and I coasted into ALM on fumes just before closing on a Friday, they took great care of us and completed major work by the end of the day on Saturday, knowing we were from out of town. Highly recommend.
