If this is the day that I think it was when I bought the new caliper I'm going to go back and see if I can get the same one for the other side if so then I guess everything was good even if I can't get the other one right away I guess it's still good

They have a lot of parts on hand if you need something and they’re always helpful if you’re not sure what part you need.

Probably have everything you need, but you have to find it on your own as employees generally behind the counter.

The manager Jonathan was one of the most helpful individuals I have ever met at an AutoZone. He went above and beyond his duties to help us get back on the road as we were stranded in New York on our way home to Kansas. Thank you Jonathan and AutoZone for all your help.

I took my truck to Autozone and had the battery and alternator tested. They found out that my battery was not good so I bought another one and they installed it for me at no cost. They guys are great and so helpful...Thank you so much!

Very helpful!! Actually went and got it off the shelf for me!! I bought a rear window wiper for my Jeep.

I frequently shop here, may end up going to advance or napa from now on.. over heard the parts manager tell a customer some false information( an oil filter is just a oil filter. If you are a car guy, a gear head or a mechanic you know this is bs). Of course I did say how could you say that workifor a parts store. then he talked about me after I left not knowing one of his employees is my daughters boyfriend.... do I return or just take my business elsewhere?

They had the parts I needed and I was in and out of there super quick! I have also done the order online and pick up in store and that was super fast as well! Great place to go for auto parts!

Super helpful staff. I actually was looking for a different auto parts store but they had all closed up. I walked in and was trying to figure out the best product for my problem. Decided to ask at the counter. Both guys were helpful and friendly. They steered me in the right direction and don't do the best they could at diagnosing the problem.

I needed a new battery for a car fob. Randy at the Waterloo store found the battery in stock, changed batteries, and was done in minutes. Very fast and professional. Greatly appreciated.

Poor service we came no offer to help to fine what we need. He was just sitting behind the counter. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

They keep track of your warranties. Can get replacement parts covered without the receipt, even if across the country.

Always a helpful crew. Clean store. They do recycle used motor oil.

Super friendly staff.Answered all of my questions and even recommended a cheaper part option that was unadvertised.

The people here were SUPER helpfull. We broke down on a Saturday afternoon and they went out of their way to help us find a mechanic that would work after hours.

Not my first choice but they have good parts and service is ok.

I live in Tenn. and have a dog rescue van broke down 3 miles from your store there. I talked with Andy about some problem that might have made are van break down. He was VERY HELPFUL and knowledgeable. Auto Zone should be proud to have Andy as one of there employees. Thanks Andy
