Terrible customer service in addition to a misdiagnosis or a bad part. I would never recommend this business and I really suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere. We had to get towed to the place on a Sunday night and called Monday morning to discuss the vehicle. We anticipated a diagnosis on Wednesday based on that conversation but patiently waited until Friday to hear back from them. They ordered the part and fixed it on Tuesday. We really didn’t have a problem with waiting but being from out of town we missed a week and a half of work. Now it’s 1 week and 2 days later and we are broke down AGAIN! Same issue… Either the part they got was bad (and we are going to have to go through warranty work with out of state complications) or they misdiagnosed. A transfer case was replaced but it might have been the actuator all along. I just wish they cared about the inconvenience this has been and they attempted to understand/explain the warranty they sold us.
Assume... Took me in and did my inspection. Accommates best they can. Very busy. Friendly. I watched him with others and I like the way he does business. I highly recommend! Thanks again.
I take my truck there for all service related issues. They usually get right to my truck after I drop it off. They communicate well regarding the request to "check and advise" before going ahead and making expensive repairs. Never had a bad experience with the service they provided me. I'll continue to take my vehicles there as they need repair.
Stu and his staff are always professional and I believe they are very honest. Have had three different vehicles in their shop and always satisfied. He is a car guy - who best to fix your vehicle!
Beware !!!!! This business over charges badly!! They fix things that you don't ask them to and then charge you an arm and a leg! They charge much more than most repair services!!
The car had its brake lines fixed here and a week after bringing it home, the other brake lines broke in the middle of driving. It doesn't make sense why the car was ever allowed to be brought home if there was even a chance the same thing could happen again. People could have been hurt but the manager didn't seem to care that a car left his lot not being completely safe for the road. We took it back and it's since been fixed but the trust is lost.
Not impressed with the way vehicles come out of here! If you are paying excellent condition book value plus for a vehicle it should be in excellent shape not leaving with tape on tail lights or vent shades missing or broken shifters hard to move things of that nature
Went to this shop for A/C problem. Paid 95$ for diagnosis and Freon charge(which I didn't need). They told me that the compressor is gone and the only option is to replace it. They wanted to charge me almost a 1000 dollars for the repair. I googled the problem for 5 minutes and found the solution, bought a clutch coil in amazon for 25$(one day shipping included) and replaced it at home with very basic Walmart tools in 1.5 hours (20 minutes shop work). Not sure if it is a rip off or just luck of basic mechanic skills both are not good.
Based off of sales. They are another rip off specialist. Taking advantage of folks that may be in a bad spot. Currently making my payments in a vehicle that we needed. 30 day after driving off the lot service engine light came on. Within first 6 months had to replace front end and the exhaust. Back end needs replacement also. They do not male repairs before they sell you the car. Robbery... quote from one of the salesmen " it's used what do ya expect"
