We've been in a dilemma for a while about how to go about leaking jets at our bathtub. And we're not even using the jacuzzi it was really a pity to have the bathtub out of use for a couple of months. Until I found Hudson Valley Resurfacing, I reached out to Adam, and he was so responsive, I sent him a couple of pictures of my tub, and he right away gave me an estimate, and we set a date and time for when the work will be done. I'm so amazed by the communication, Adam showed up exactly the time we confirmed before, and here we go a day later. He deleted all the jets and everything around and made it for a brand new soaking tub. I'm so grateful for finding the perfect solution.
Adam came 9:30am to fix a crack on the floor of my bathtub. I thought I was going to have to order a new one. He did such a fantastic job, you’d never know there was a problem with it. I was a bit uncertain what the end result would look like when I had my kitchen counter resurfaced by Hudson Valley Resurfacing in May 2023, however, I could not have been more pleased! Adam and Devon did a fantastic job protecting the area and did a significant amount of preparation for the actual resurfacing. Everything was carefully taped and masked off before the resurfacing, and neatly cleaned up afterwards. The end result definitely exceeded my expectations and I'm still thrilled with the results every time I walk into the kitchen. Communications from beginning to end was excellent, questions were answered (and there were a lot of them) and they worked with me to address any issues which arose. This is one home improvement which was done right, on time, and at a reasonable price. I'm going to have them resurface the bathtub when I redo the bathroom... These guys are great!
Absolutely perfect, the prep work of taping everything and the job itself was fantastic, I didn’t even know that they were here. Quiet, quick cleaned up nicely and the job is beautiful. Can’t say I’ve ever dealt with workers in and out and never stopped till the job was finished. I highly recommend them. Looks like brand new walls & tub. .
We contacted Adam for a bathtub and tile reglaze and we’re thrilled with the results! He is super professional and made it so easy for us—all we had to do was give him a time and place and he showed up and took care of the rest. Our tub has a small crack. Trying to find anyone to fix it was impossible. (In today's world of "reduce, reuse and recycle", why is the instant go to: replace?) I researched how to do it myself and luckily HVR reached out in response to my inquiry (and likely saved me from making it worse). It looks brand-new. And the cost is much less what I would have paid for supplies and inevitable marriage therapy session had this been a DIY.?
