Lug it Away trash removal service was true to its word. Billy answered all my questions and worked with me as the “pile” grew. Jimmy showed up fifteen minutes early ready to work and fast. 90 minutes later - all gone!
I would highly recommend lug it away junk removal, Billy was professional and easy to work with. They made remodeling much easier with the quick removal of all the old things we took out of the house. I removed my floor in sections over a few days and they came multiple times to remove the old flooring making it much easier to work. Would definitely use again!

Was replacing my deck boards and had a small mountain of old boards to get rid of, found these guys. They got me a dumpster on site quickly at a very fair cost based on the other companies I’ve used. I highly recommend Lug It Away Junk Removal LLC for all your removal needs. Not only do they coordinate around your busy schedule, but they also leave the place looking spotless. They came three separate times for a roof replacement project since it was done in sections. This 100% separates them from other companies in the business because most companies only want to come one time, but they’re more than willing to put in the extra work, and effort to make things work with their customers. Billy personally cleaned off the tarp and left it out nicely to dry since it was wet so it was ready to put away at our convenience. Not only are you supporting a great company, but also a growing family!

We decided to rip the old hardwood floors out of our house which was a daunting task! I was unsure how to get the 5000lbs of wood flooring off the driveway. Lug It Away was able to get me a perfect trailer that they left in my driveway for a day. I was able to fill it up and then they took it way for a very reasonable price! I would use them again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend them!

Highly recommend!! They were quick to respond to my inquiry, upfront about costs, super professional, on time (early), polite, and just great to work with. The trailer is spacious and was expertly parked exactly where I asked. I especially love that they offered to donate a bunch of sports equipment and salvage all sorts of metal.

They were so professional and friendly, came right on time and did the job in a professional manner and for the very reasonable price estimate they had quoted.
We hired them to remove several pieces of furniture and haul them them away when we had bought new furniture. They were able to provide a convenient time the next morning, came on time, and did the job neatly and efficiently even though it required carrying the furniture down a set of stairs with a right-angle turn. The furniture included a sofabed and they proactively tied a band around the bed portion of it to secure it so it would not fall out or damage anything. They gave me a very reasonable price quote based on photos I provided of the furniture and stairs and did the work for their quoted price. They were very pleasant and professional and I would definitely hire them again for future work.
