Al in all, great service. A bit disappointed that even though I had an online coupon (just printed that day) for a full synthetic oil change and service stating for $59, when I got there they stated that it is now $69.

I was a long time customer of Freemans in Monroe before I moved out of state and I was always happy with the service. Now that I am back in New York I was very happy to find out there was now a Freemans in Warwick. The service was quick and reliable. Mark, the manager was great. He answered all my questions and made me feel confident in their service. I also thought the pricing was fair and I will definitely continue to use Freemans for all of my automotive needs.
I tried to leave a new review but the link kept returning me here. I returned to Freemans, of course, for my state inspection and everything went well. It was determined that I need a wheel alignment and tire rotation. Not surprising it hasnt been done in over 3 yrs. I trust Marks crew to do a good job and keep my car operating safely. And by the way, they have the cleanest waiting area and restroom Ive ever seen in an auto repair shop.
So here I am the 3rd time unable to leave a separate review. No worries. Came back for my much needed wheel alignment, tire balance and tire rotation. Immediately I could feel a smoother ride. No vibration in steering wheel and no pulling to the right. I continue to trust Mark and his crew to keep my car running smoothly.

This was my first experience at the shop. I left my car at 8am for a knock sensor and they were done by 10am. The car is driving much better and the code hasn't come back.

My car had a dead battery on a Sunday night. I parked my car at their Monroe location and left my key in the drop box. By 8:30am Monday I already had an estimate for the battery replacement. By 9:30am I received the invoice and my car was ready for pick up. Seamless, reasonable, and I had my vehicle back so quickly. Will def use Freeman’s again.

I brought my car in for the 75,000 mile service and had a positive experience. The pricing was fair and clearly explained, Marc communicated well throughout the process. He took the time to go over what actually needed to be done and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, which made me feel comfortable and confident in their recommendations. Everything was completed on time, and the whole experience felt honest and straightforward. A complete written report listing/detailing everything that was done was provided.
Very friendly and efficient. Went above and beyond and this was just an oil change. They always look at the wear and tear of your vehicle and provide affordable quotes to get the job done. Highly recommend. Also beautiful waiting area with refreshments and coffee.
When my check engine light came on, I went to Freeman’s Auto & Tire. Dan from Freeman’s took the time to look into it and told me my car was still under warranty. I was there today for an oil change and tire rotation. I was charged for both services and the gentleman at the desk reviewed the bill with me. When I left, I noticed that the wheels were not touched (no visible hand prints on snow/ sleet residue covered hubs). I called and the gentleman confirmed thay they did not perform the tire rotation for which I was charged for. He apologized and refunded me cash. In this business, there has to be honesty and trust! They fell very short today! Extremely disappointed...
First time customer and very pleased. Of course, the cost of car repairs just goes up like everything else did, but I found the Freeman's team to be courteous, professional and thorough, from the time Daniel greeted me to the time Mark reviewed the work with me and handed me my keys back. I'm confident I had the repairs and maintenance done right and that I was treated fairly. I will not hesitate to go back. Highly recommended.
The shop was very cleaned and well organized. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My car was tolled the night before due to issues with the license plate light and they actually charged them at no charge. Additionally, the two mechanics on site ensure all of my lights were functioning properly before I left the establishment. I will highly recommended you to use them.
