Great local service. I asked for a quote on Sunday night, figuring maybe by tomorrow afternoon I would hear something back. Nope Monday morning 8am text and voicemail. All done by 12:30ish picked up and truck loaded. Nothing really to do on my part. Driver was very friendly with us. Customer service was excellent!

These guys were so quick to come pick up our van... Called them this morning the person was very pleasant and only took a short time to answer there questions and got the price they offered. The person on the phone said I would be getting a call from the tow truck driver shortly. In about 20 mins I got the call said he would be there in 30 mins. He was on time picked up the suv an handed me the cash said thank you to me and off he went. I would diffidently use them again. Both men were very pleasant and friendly. Thank you!
Everything was organized and planned over a single phone call. They came and met with my fiancé while I was at work, she said that the driver was extremely polite, professional, and skilled. Really nice guy who made sure I knew that my next step is dropping the plates off at the DMV ASAP to get the insurance and registration refunds. He advised me that there's a daily fine for not turning the plates in - I never would have guessed that.
Point is - he was looking out for me to make sure I didn't run afoul of the DMV and get fines or problems. Here's an operation that cares about their customers.
My old blue was still true and running but wouldn't pass NYS inspection. Good experience because Chappell's had flexible scheduling so we just arranged a time to meet at the CR 46 facility and traded the keys for the cash.
