Bought a Hyundai sonata 2007 they sold me this car had exhaust problems looked like the put pipes from a basement and aluminum tape underneath the car air didn't work car had a problem with getting to hot old dry tires and slapped an inspection sticker on the car it reallyy hurt because I bought a Limon
I bought a red Blazer from Hiawatha Auto, 2 days later the check engine light came on flashing with a misfiring cylinder. I went to Hiawatha Auto and was told to change the cap and rotor,why they didn't offer to fix it I don't know. Then after a month and a half the engine spun the rod bearings and who knows what else. I called that day and all I was told was that you didn't have an engine for it, so I spent all of my July 4th weekend changing the rod bearings, during the weekend Hiawatha responded with, call us if you need any help. Changing the rod bearings took away the deep knock but I still have a very loud rattle and I can't call for any help because they are closed and I am without a vehicle now. They have now blocked me and refuse to answer my attempts to contact them.
The place is a little brash but they have to be with some of the people they have to deal with !! But, they always have treated me an people I've sent there Great !! They go out of there way to help people get services and parts and piece of mind there not getting Ripped Off !!!

My husband & i bought a 2004 jeep cherokee from the owner on jan 13th 2021 2 weeks later the car starts turning off while driving in the middle of the road. we paid this man 3'300 roughly for this car. we had it towed back to his location, about 5 days later after keeping it on his property he says he has been running the car everyday and cant find anything wrong with it and says that we should take it to the Chrysler dealer so we pick it up from him and the next day it starts shutting down again it literally sat in our yard now for a month and a half before we sold it to a junk yard the funny thing the tow truck driver just told us they picked up another car yesterday that was bought from this owner and the same thing happened to them .i highly recommend you dont use this scam artist.........
Picked up one of his cars last year paid him 2000 for the car when I picked up the car he had manipulated the price down to 1495 so he could skirt the lemon law Also he put a inspection sticker on the car..the wipers prayer did not work the Horn did not work front left blinker did not work all 4 new tires had been removed and 4 dry rotted tires were on car.....
There's nothing to not like about this place, beautiful cars, great personalities, and most of all, the prices are not bad for buying a used car either.
I drove all the way from Rochester to Syracuse to purchase a wheelchair van. I specifically asked Mr Mike if there was any rot under the vehicle. He said no it's clean been great shape. THE FRAME WAS ROTTEN ON THE RIGHT REAR IN FRONT OF THE SPRING SHACKLE HE TRIED TO WELD TIN PATCHES TO HIDE IT. ALL THE BRAKE LINES WERE ROTTEN AT THE ABS UNIT AND GOD KNOWS WHAT ELSE HE HID It was a GMC 3500 with a commercial wheelchair lift: BUYER BEWARE!
If you seem like you don't know much about vehicles and pricing they will try to get you! Thank God my best friends father is a mechanic , if anyone over charges me he lets me know, plus I bought a rear light assembly from them and they sold me the wrong one.
They provided me with great service. I was visiting my girls & had gotten a flat. Knew I could take it to them & they would fix it for me without overcharging me for it.
A very honest used car company- for once! I was looking for a long time for a decent used car. Couldn't find one on fb sale sites, craigslist, and all other dealers around here were rude! We came here by fluke and the guy is straight forward. Let's you test drive the car. We even put a computer to it to test it. The Jeep I got was perfect and a steal! Great deal $1,500 for it! Not a lot of miles, no rust. I love my Jeep. My fiances mother and father also got their Dodge Durango from there and they love it as well.
The guys here really go the extra mile. They won't talk you into things you don't actually need, and they're very nice. My family has used them for 25 years and we've never had an issue with them. You'll be a lifelong customer, trust me.
