I'm giving this business a zero star score. Regarding your employee Josh Simon. Josh is taking junk parts from your work and then selling them to women. Lying and saying that the parts are in good condition. When he clearly knows they are junk. My wife got ripped off on a set of tires. Josh refused to return the money for the tires. He tried to give me another tire that has completely different tread that would also screw my truck up. Had my wife put these tires on her truck she could have died. Im hoping someone can contact me back regarding the exchange I had with your employee. I am concerned about how many other unsuspecting people he has ripped off.
The absolute go to to get awesome quality OEM parts at a fraction of the cost new. Southern parts, and low mileage drivetrain make all the difference. This will always be my go to place!!!
I tried calling central auto recycling 3 times and no one answered the phone and their customer service is horrible no one answers the phone if I could I would give this place no star's
Woman at the front desk was very unpleasant, snippy. Had 10 signs scattered everywhere “must wear a mask no exceptions” but upon walking in all the employees didn’t have masks. The part was great and worked fine. The price was fair. Other than the lady up front great place!
I live these guys! Customer service is on point, they have what you need. If for some reason they don't have an item, they will go out of their way to help you find it. Now THAT'S what I'm talking about!
VERY POOR AND SLIGHTLY SUSPICIOUS EXPERIENCE. I needed a switch for my window that would not close - with rain in the forecast I needed it the day of. Checked their website which said the part was in their inventory ANDDDDDD called ahead to confirm they had the part before leaving work to pick it up. When I showed up they said they could not find the switch but instead could order one for me at DOUBLE the price, with a no return policy or guarantee that it would work, and better yet it would take them a day at which point my car would be soaked. They made zero effort to rectify their “mistake” which was costing me valuable time I could have been spending at work but instead wanted me to wait a day and spend more money. Does that make any sense to you???
I ended up going to a pick-n-pull salvage lot for the window switch and found it for $16 which I assume is the same place they would have gotten the part for me and then charged me $52 for the next day. Seemed to me they were trying to pull a fast one or just didn’t care at all about my service. If I could give zero stars I would.
