Slid into a ditch the other day... called for some help and Mike came out within an hr in bad weather and had me out in a short time. Great attitude... great price.. would use them again.. thank you for the help
Toe truck driver with 2 vehicles on his truck doing 80 in a 55 flipping me off for literally no reason at all. If this is the type of person they allow to drive their trucks I would never use this company. I drive all day in a company vehicle and there is no excuse for this type of behavior. Absolutely ridiculous & disgusted. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
These guys are absolutely fantastic!! We stopped in on valentine's day for a simple purchase of a battery. The son of the owner saw that it was only 2 years old, at which point he insisted on testing it; rather than having us buy a new battery.
Turns out my battery is just fine. They could have taken our money for a battery purchase, but instead gave us good advice.
The family was extremely personable and we left with a sense of trust. I will go there for repairs moving forward. TRUST is key nowadays when it comes to mechanic. #loyal customers from now on
They tow ya car without your permission than everyday they have it they charge u 40 dollars extra and doesn’t say that on any sign they have they get over on u an they are very rude this place just need to be shut down .
Over charged for towing. Cursed at my son and kicked him out of the building because he asked to see an invoice. Big guy with no shirt and the dogs escorted my son out. They thought he came alone. The younger tow guy spewed some racially insensitive comments. We overpaid and got the hell out of there.
Customers beware! Had a flat tire, just needed air. Called the closest garage to me, about 15 minutes away. Was told a half hour wait; guy showed up an hour later (he was nice). He didn't have enough air in his compressor tank to fully fill my tire. When I called about being charged for this or at least a discount,... Nope. He was told to return & refill his tank and I would wait another 45 minutes to an hour to have my tire filled. Obviously all about money for this company and nothing to do with customer experience. Do NOT use this business! Not to mention almost $100 just for air in my tire!
Great service very family oriented and fair prices. Not the cheapest but far from the most expensive. Bub does what he can to work with you in hard times and Rachel (his daughter) is a pure delight and always smiling. The mother known as momma sue is straight forward and as real as they come. Love the service and treatment received from this FAMILY BUSINESS!!!
Great customer service. Ran by a family, which I really like. They always go above anf beyond for us, whenever we need their help. I'm thankful for all the help we have received on tows and vehicle repairs from AAA Abandon Auto.
Absolutely horrible!!! This place is a cleane rip off. These guys towed my vehicle that was working complete fine before i parked it in a handicap parking spot with my sighn hanging . They towed my vehicle and said that it couldve fell on to the dash bord because that's were it was when they towed it. So when i went to get my car it wouldn't start.They said they would look at it for me and told me my battery post came a loose 5 min later. they charged me 80 bucks plus the 125 for the tow. 205 plus tax...221.00. It should be a crime for what they did to me...cleane rip off
We needed warranty work done to our truck so the warranty company called Abandoned Auto for the tow to their facility. This was about 8am on a Friday morning, before leaving for work. I explained to the warranty receptionist that we would not be with the vehicle when the tow truck arrived and she said she let the tow company know. Just as a follow-up I decided to call Abandoned Auto to explain the situation to them directly.
A person named "Ray" answered the phone - he was slurring unbelievably and sounded drunk. I hesitated a bit because I wasn't sure I wanted this guy towing my vehicle by the sound of it. To confirm I had the right place, I asked if my warranty company had called to arrange a tow. This was a question, to which his response was: "ok". Not sure what question "ok" answers, but I explained twice that I would not be with the vehicle for the pick-up and I wanted to make sure that would be fine. He clearly let me know his disgust with that situation, slurred speech and all, and he asked where the keys were.
By this point, I am pretty sure I don't want this guy towing my vehicle OR knowing where my car was parked with the keys in it. So I asked... "If you're towing it, do you really need the keys?" This was an honest question and I meant no disrespect to him by asking it.
His response to me was: "What the f--k, are you a f---king tow guy?" and hung up on me. Then he wouldn't answer my calls back. After leaving a fairly heated message on his voice mail, I assured him that he should relieve himself of the cumbersome task of towing my truck, which clearly interrupted his binge-drinking.
I'm not totally sure of what capacity "Ray" serves at Abandoned Auto, but I believe he is the owner of this fine establishment. My recommendation to you, "Ray"? Change the business name to "ABANDON YOU Auto" - you suck and it's a much more fitting description of you, your company and your customer service.
