My tire blew on my way to work. I called Rocker's out of the blue and they said they would be right to me, which they were. I didn't catch the drivers name but he was so kind and courteous. He brought my car right where I asked and even offered to drop me off at work. Thank you so much!!!
Mr. Rocker went above and beyond helping me with my van after I couldn't get it to start. He kept me apprised every step of the way about what was going on with it. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time!! Mr. Rocker and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be calling him with any future vehicle needs!! I would highly recommend Mr. Rocker and his shop to everyone!!
On July 18 2025 my key fob broke and unfortunately after calling all over the place to find a fix it was apparent it had to be taken to a subaru dealership in Syracuse. Again after trying ways of getting it there myself and realized it was going to cost me more time and money I called Rockers. Billy in my opinion was polite and understanding and got my car there. Thank you sir.
Brian came to take care of my tow and performed amazing feats to get my car out of the situation it was in. Very helpful, polite, and professional. Highly recommend Rockers!
He's a good dude he pick up my dad's car when he got in accident up at wall greens in oneida an he kept in touch on all the upgrades just wish he would let me come to work for him
After getting two flat tires on the same road hazard,AAA sent Rockers out after another towing company would not accommodate two passengers in their truck. When the Rockers driver got to us after another job, he quickly put us on the flat bed. When we realized that the shop we were going to use was closed, our driver called the AAA dispatcher and changed the shop to one near our home- 40 miles away! He was kind and took excellent care of us.
Rocker's Automotive Rescue came through for us. Certain other towing companies in our immediate area of Rome (Mike Jrs) refused the AAA tow because of it breaking down near repair shops. Prompt pickup and delivery of vehicle and good communication throughout ordeal from Rockers Automotive, would highly recommend calling them over "other" towing companies. THANK YOU SO MUCH ROCKER AUTOMOTIVE .
I stopped in last week to see if they could help me out. One of my tires has a hole in it and my air pump died. The gentleman at Rocker’s, had me move my car around back and they gladly pumped my tire up for me. When I offered to pay them they insisted no need.
As a single female walking into a shop alone, they all made me feel comfortable, and were so pleasant!

I'm beyond lucky that he is located in the Rome area and was able to help me out, yet again. Thank you Billy for answering your phone and being able to get me a battery that I drained on the way to work from Syracuse. Which wasn't an easy battery to find. On top of it being able to get me parts that I needed because I did more damage while driving. He drove all over and found the parts I needed and then fixed my vehicle. All before I had to leave to get back home to my children. Thank you again for all that you do, you have gone above and beyond yet again.
John came out and assisted me with get my car started through AAA. He was super nice and even went out of his way to see if they potentially had a new battery he could install for me asap.

My car overheated while driving in a snowstorm last week. I tried to turn around to get to a gas station but was unable to make it. Rocker's Automotive was recommended to me by Oneida County Sheriffs. They arrived quickly, towed my car. They were communicative about the timeline and were able to get my car fixed and back on the road. I'm really grateful for their service. Thanks!
I needed my car towed after getting in an accident. Rocker's responded quickly, helped me locate a rental car, and drove me to the rental car office. They also helped me gather my things from the car and saved them for me until I could pick them up. Great service!
I got in to two accidents weeks apart and Billy was amazing he was so nice and compassionate and took care of everything for me. I give him a 10 out of 10!!
my crashed vehicle was towed here, they didn't even touch the car for 3 weeks because they didn't want to do a estimate, did not even have the courtesy to call and tell me that he wasn't gonna fix the car but collected daily lot fees plus towing, I recommend that ppl stay away.
Best auto service around. Jumped my car within 15 minutes of me calling. I will be using their services again if I am in the Utica area again with an issue.

Amazing service! Allow me to paint you a picture in words. It was cold and dark while I sat in my car which wouldn't make the trip home no matter how much she wanted too, I contemplated starting a new life in this town of Verona. After a brief conversation with a nice gas station attendant I realized that would be much harder than calling a tow truck. One quick call and they headed over to my stranded vehicle, upon arriving we both realized my car is way to low too just roll onto the flat bed. They used every tool they had in their inventory and she eventually rolled on damage free! A quick ride to the shop and she rolled off smooth as butter. (I'm very sketched out when I see others behind the wheel of my ride but the professionalism of the driver Mike had me at complete ease, as he is also a car enthusiast) when it's all said and done getting a tow is usually a painful and sketchy process but this was not. If my car ever has another issue which leaves her undriveable I will absolutley give them a call.
I was broke down in a busy intersection and the owner was driving by in his tow truck on his way to his child's open house at school and yet he stopped to check and see if I needed help and he towed me to the nearest parking lot. He was very polite and extremely reasonable. I would recommend his business to anyone. Thanks again!
Had a car crash and received excellent service from Billy. I would call him anytime for assistance. He defended me against other towing companies who were less than honest and was so accommodating to the insurance adjuster that the entire claim was handled with speed. This is how all companies should operate! Thank you!
