Herrigs Auto Repair completed great work to my SUV. Brakes, tires, and oil change. Always quick friendly service that is always done correctly the first time.They are my go to repair shop and very professional in everything they do.
I found myself in a bit of a pickle with my car inspection—I had waited until the last minute to get it renewed on my Chrysler. I gave these guys a call, not expecting same-day service, but they were able to squeeze me in between other appointments.
Everyone there was friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. On top of that, they were fast, hardworking, and totally reasonable. They go out of their way for their customers- he offered to put on my new registration sticker as well!

Herrigs is great! On my way to a set appointment i had to have headlights installed i noticed a loud noise coming from under the hood so they fixed that too (about a hour labor) and price wasn't bad. I recommend Herrigs Auto Rome NY. Very friendly and efficient.
Herrigs auto is amazing. They were able to find the problem with an older vehicle, get the parts, and have the car fixed in a timely manner. So pleased with the mechanics!

My college age son brought his car to a chain store repair and tire shop in Rome for an oil change. They said he needed $700 worth of additional work to his car. He refused this extra work.
We then brought the car to Herrig's Auto Parts and Repair. During their assessment of the car they found that there was nothing wrong with my son's car. There were no repairs needed that the other shop said was necessary. Their honesty in a car repair place was very refreshing. We are bringing all of our family vehicles to Herrig's Auto.
Absolutely had to write this review .. I can’t say enough about how thankful I am to have found this place . I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and every single visit is met with respect and honesty - which in this business is very rare .

This shop has done a wonderful job. I have gone to them 3 times for my jeep, and everytime they fixed it right up, and got me back on the road in a resonable time.
The most honest! Also reasonably priced, in Rome. They try to get you right in. When ive had other places say they are 3 weeks out. This is the only place I'll go! Even if I had to wait that long! Thanks for being great guys!
Cannot say enough about this repair shop. My parents and I have gone here religiously for 30 years. They are the best at repairs, honest and save you the most money. Mechanics educate you on the best way to keep up your vehicles as well. Beyond excellence!!!
My engine decided it was going to have issues. Bill Herrig auto parts squeezed me in early the next day. Found out I had to replace two cylinders, spark plugs and thermostat. I had to wait for parts which wasn't a problem. They did me a favor getting me in and fixing my car. These guys are awesome and very cool for doing this for a customer. I recommend coming here I have never had any issues. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed and the prices are not bad. I wont go anywhere else. Thank you guys!!
