This mechanic is outstanding. My daughter's car received an urgent warning light as she was driving home from school and still had three hours to go. She pulled off the highway and randomly went to this shop. It was towards the end of the day. He quickly determined the issue and went above and beyond the call of duty to find the part that she needed. He stayed late to fix the car and then charged her what was an extremely reasonable price. I am very grateful that he was so kind and took good care of her so that she could get home the same evening.
We were travelling home from vacation in Massachusetts back to Ohio. About 3 hours into the trip, we were having trouble keeping the car on the road. I looked up auto service near us and found Whitestown. They agreed to look at our car, diagnosed the problem as worn wheel bearings, and had us back on the road in 3 hours. They were very friendly and efficient and didn't price gouge us. The car ran great the rest of the trip home.

The technicians here did so well by me when I came in at 4:30 on the Friday after Christmas (on a 5 hour trip to visit more relatives) with a flat snow tire. They gave a quick assessment, showed me the damage, sold me a used tire that would suffice better than my own spare (till I returned home from my weekend away), and charged me a super reasonable fee for their time and the tire. I really appreciated their excellence and honesty!
These guys are great. I knew them from a previous shop. They know their stuff. Even though the location is a little outlying, it is quick and easy access from most anywhere in the area. Very reasonable rates, and service with integrity.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. The team there are true professionals. I had an SUV with a bad head gasket. I had been given an estimate that was ridiculously high where I reside. Then I spoke to Steve at Whitestown Auto. He gave me a great rate, over $700 better than my last estimate. I brought the SUV in and he started working on it right away. I got the SUV back few days later and could not have been any happier. The team there are friendly and courteous and work on your vehicle until it is running right. Take your car, truck or SUV to this place. You will not be disappointed.
Anytime I have an issue with my 2003 tahoe or my 89 Firebird these guys get me in fast and get the job completed with excellent service and great knowledge. There is nothing they cannot fix . I highly recommend this auto repair facility for any auto repairs . Thank you Whitestone auto !
