I recently came across the "Evi and Me" vendor booth in Eclectic Chic. It looks like they make great products, but I did have a concern though:
I saw a bunch of baby booties ?? ranging from 0-12mo (see image) with decorative costume jewelry attached to each one (i.e. all the baby booties had a little gem where the ankle would be, with a safety pin style clasp on the inside affixing each one to the booties).
I understand both the small gem and the sharpness of the pin (should it disconnect) might be something new parents may not know are potential hazards (and they may, as a result, fail to remove them).
Also, I've read that items for children under 3 are apparently not supposed to be sold with removable parts like this. ?
So even though the costume jewelry ? is really quite fetching on these baby garments, please remember to remove any small (potentially dangerous) removable parts if you acquire something you like at this vendor.
As for the store as a whole, it's really brilliant. ? It seems like every time I walk in, there's something new. Sometimes the store looks a little different with some new section, or there are new curiosities, or events, or what have you... it almost feels like Eclectic Chic is alive in a way a lot of vendor-based antique stores aren't.
They even have (at present) an old timey diner ? in the back left and an old timey ice cream shop ? in the back right.
They also boast a mini arcade area ?️ for any folks you bring along who are prone to get bored of shopping. And there's just SOOOOOO many vendor booths, some themed, some a bit more "eclectic", and many with straight-up vintage goodies and antiques!
I really love Eclectic Chic. If I had one complaint, it's that the staff tends to pronounce the name "eclectic /chick/", which is definitely not the French way to say the word "chic". ?? Bruh, just learn how to pronounce it already... (/sheek/)
Overall, a fantastic experience! Love going here! 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
HUGE store. You can get lost and spend hours here! I love to go and just look at all the beautiful antiques. They serve food, sell cheese and have a small boutique with new clothing items.
This was a hidden germ playground in the small town of Oneida. I was very surprised when I get to visit this place with our children’s. Spending almost over two hours in order to explore everything in here.
Highly recommend you to bring cash and if you need dessert or lunch, this place have two restaurant inside which is phenomenal. Everyone in here is very friendly. Kids are very welcome in here and you never know what you can find.
I was highly suggest to visit this place whenever you in town and it’s worse, even if you travel a long way to stop by Oneida
So much fun, but you really need all day to see everything. You never know what you're going to find here. We had a tasty lunch here and stayed until closing.
Wowza this place nailed it ! If you have a fine eye and are seeking a fabulous unique authentic antique piece - they have it. If you are looking for hard to find collectibles - they have it. Vintage & antique glassware, photos , paintings, jewelry, tools, instruments , maps … on and on and on - endless ….. they have it ! All this , and with a beautiful presentation , EXTREMELY welcoming and friendly upbeat atmosphere and - get this - when you get hungry you just go to the cafe right there and enjoy the best BLT and fries you’ve ever had in your entire life ! I absolutely LOVE this place !!!!!!!! And ps … the prices are just right too !
Absolutely love this place. Kind, welcoming staff that always helps me out. They even helped me look for vintage ornaments I wanted. Ive shopped here dozens of times and always gets better. Best thrift in Oneida by far.
Wonderful antique mall with ample parking, which is a huge plus. There are lots of vendors, each with their own unique style and selection, and pricing is very reasonable. There is truly something for everyone. It’s a great place to walk around and is wheelchair and stroller accessible, which is a rare find. Five stars all around — highly recommend!
My husband and I absolutely love a day spent wandering through this place. We always find a few treasures, including 3 pieces of furniture in 2025. Our favorite place for sure; we visit usually once or twice a month. Nice helpful people. Prices ok. Chose to spend a day here to celebrate my upcoming birthday! Cannot wait!
Best store ever!! I come here alot when I’m on the hunt for cute plushies and Beanie Babies. If you’re looking for a cool store that isn’t chaotic like Destiny Mall, this is the place for you. It’s like falling asleep in a giant garage sale almost.
I looked up time for sunset. Breakfast,drove 20 min. Out of my way to show up to a sign hand written saying open a hr. Later,thanks for wasting our time,change your hrs on website so people don't waste there time,very inconvenient and inconsiderate.
It was a great place with lots of variety various prices in something for almost everyone antiques to Modern and food in case you get hungry while you're there we drove over an hour to get there and it was well worth it
So Much Stuff, my wife and I wondered around looking at stuff for three hours and probably didn't see everything. We ate lunch at the food court restaurant and it was excellent, the price was reasonable,and the portions were large. I would definitely recommend going to shop or even just to eat.
Soo much to look at. Prices are mostly fair to decent. Employees are friendly. Has a nice cafe/restaurant and it's a convenient location. What more could you ask for??? The only gripe I have is that they can be expensive depending on the item or how old it is.
I’ve updated my review because my previous experience at the eatery doesn’t reflect the store as a whole. Eclectic Chic is awesome! I visit 2–3 times a month and always find treasures—vintage postcards, skeleton keys, old photos and more. This store has everything and there something for everyone. You name it this store has it! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the deals are great. Out of all the antique stores I’ve been to, this is my favorite! (The only issue I mentioned before was the sandwiches at the eatery were primarily lettuce but that doesn’t change how much I love this store.)
There’s really something for everyone here. Just wish their vendors put out a bigger variety in clothes sizes couldn’t find any shirts bigger than a large…(so if your reading this please keep us plus size people in mind.. especially you witchy vendor lady I like your shirts!) overall though I like it. Only real downside is it’s VERY over stimulating though. If you go here make sure you have a few hours of free time because I spent 3 hours walking through the store and still didn’t make it to the other side!
First time there and absolutely loved the experience! It was clean, but each booth felt so quaint and unique. Found so many great things to fill my new cottage. Staff was so helpful - everyone seemed to be happy and like their job. So willing to help! The ladies at checkout were especially patient and took care to wrap items. Bob and another very helpful woman didn’t bat an eye when I decided to put a whole bench on top of my sedan! Just totally on board and helpful. Love the coffee station, can’t wait to go back. Really think a token for kids at the entrance that they could redeem at the end would be super cool. My little guy wanted tea, but think something more kid focused would be nice. However lots of booths with things for kiddos too <3 love it
Awesome place with lots to see from antiques to soap it's got a little bit of everything plus it's got a little ice cream shop in the back. It's a huge store!
Adorable place. Ice cream shop in the back, like the 50's. Very good. There is also a restaurant in the back. There are hundreds of vendors, some I thought were very high priced. I did find some cute things. We Loved the ice cream shop.

Have been here a 4 or 5 time in past few years. Have had the pleasure of engaging with a handful of full of vendors that are willing to accept reasonable offers for items.
The Eclectic Chic, makes Zero effort to contact any vendor on reasonable offers so many items sit overpriced.
Are there deals to be found, yes there is, you have better done your research.
Are there items overpriced, yes there is.
My opinion.
Best antique store I have ever been to. Seriously.
You can get lost in just how much stuff there is to look through, it's baffling!!
Not much else is needed, just read the room and the reviews!
Will definitely be visiting again sometime!!
This store is wonderful! However, that wonderful DOES NOT come from the owner VAL. The magic comes from EVERY single one of the vendors that make the place what it actually is. ✨️ Customers enjoy that magic! VENDORS BEWARE!!!
I, as well as the other 2 vendors that bought items from me who were also UNAWARE of your made up rules as you go...I've bought lots of items from vendors there...some through the store some not. ITS WONDERFUL to live in FREE MARKET country. Val you should probably pay the vendors MINIMUM WAGE to work for your store not $5.00 an hour!
The place is amazing, it like a giant garage sale filled with many exotic and hard to find items. Many deals, some things overpriced. You need to know the value of the things you want and you'll leave happy.
I can always find something I want here. My mom loves coming to find treasure too. I decided to buy a small collectible today. I wanted to see if I could photograph it, and my kid thinks it's adorable. They just added another section recently, and it is worth browsing, in my opinion. There is plenty of nice furniture throughout the store to purchase, and many booths to roam. I give it 10 out of 10 very unique place. They have discounts for military service members 10%!
We liked it. We will have to go back when we have much more time to go through all of the items. Perhaps we'll try out the little food place they have there. I purchased the bear with sunflower for my wife for $32.
My wife and I absolutely adore the place, and our small little dates here. The one thing I must say is- we really really wish there were a water fountain or dispenser in the food court. The bottled water is too expensive and we like to have water with our meals. This doesn’t stop us from coming in and enjoying ourselves here, but it does make it a little difficult to enjoy our meals.. hope you guys can change this soon. Thanks.
Staff is always amazingly helpful, nothing is too overpriced. Never had a bad experience whilst shopping. Also love their large furniture collection, great booths. Excellent place for Christmas shopping. They also have an awesome vintage toy booth!
