Matt and crew helped us out with our tires when we were in a tight jam. Matt as a store manager had our back and took the time to make things right. Matt as store manager gave us full transparency and honesty. We will definitely will be giving them our future business from now on!!!!
I called for an appointment. Showed up waited an hour . The tech come out and said it's going to be a bit longer. Literally watched him just stand there and watch the other tech. So I left. Went to another facility the day. I was quoted 49.99. This tech Tom never gave me a quote. I told him I was in a pinch and hurry. All I wanted was a oil change and air in a tire. 45 min later the tech is checking my brakes. I directly told them oil change only. I refused other services. I approached Tom and ask what the hell is he doing. Never added air. Then Tom said ill cash you out. $129.98 later . Never told me that this was going to be the price. I will never ever go back.
Our car's battery died in the parking lot of our church in the middle of a major snow storm this past Sunday. Someone jumped our battery and we drove to Monroe. The service we received was outstanding
Matt & Steve at this location are two honest and hard working people. They have gone above and beyond for myself and my family. I plan to regularly come here for service.

We got stuck on the thruway coming home. Unfortunately right before most places closed on a Friday night, and the start of some bad weather. We called around to multiple stores with no luck finding our size tire.
Finally Steve at this Monro said they could get the right tire in by the morning (even after another Monro in a similar location didn’t seem to try to look at inventory).

Visited this location and had the most unpleasant experience. The associate Matt was extremely rude and kept trying to pressure me into getting work done at “his shop”. Said he could do the same job for cash. It was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable to do business here in the future. Stay clear!

District manager was unwilling to replace NAPA battery, within warranty period, at no charge! Wanted to replace battery with a Monro battery, with NO warranty, at $100 discount!
Steve the shop manager was great and completed the job in a timely manner, however I think he over charged me because he new the vehicle need to be repaired in order for me to drive it. I had two front struts replaced and no alignment was done on the vehicle I was charged $1899.08, Google says I should have been able to get that same job done anywhere's between $700. - $1200.
229 to start with after he gets done punching stuff into the computer system it's over 740 dollars. that is ridiculous just to have rear brakes put on my 19 Ram
Didn’t give me any tire options as far as price and/or mileage warranty. Probably sold me the most expensive tires. Can buy similar tires on tire rack for about $80 less. I should get a refund or credit.
I had an alignment done they did an excellent job on time appointment it was great-great Christ great people can't set off and they mounted a tire for me spare tire for free another time so I would go back there and know how to run a business to my close to my hometown but they're close to the casino
They were friendly and quick. I went online to schedule my inspection and they had open appointments. About 30 minutes later they called to confirm it. I was very satisfied. My new go to place for anything vehicle related.
We had our car towed here when it broke down and no one else in town could fit us in the same day. We Suspected bad alternator but it turned out to be the battery which was good news. The guy at the front desk was friendly and they got it diagnosed and repaired quickly. We were very thankful it could be done as we were traveling from out of state. My only negative feedback would be the price. $300 to change a dead battery is a lot and could definitely have been done cheaper elsewhere. But we were in a bind so we were ok with paying for convenience in this situation.
They lost my business for good. I made an appointment a week in advance online for 8am back in February for an inspection, alignment and to get tires mounted on some spare wheels. 2 days before my emails said it was changed to 3pm so day of I call to see what time it was, the guy said 8am, I rush to get down there only for him to tell me they can’t get me in. WHY NOT TELL ME THIS WHEN I CALLED?! . In may I walked in to make an appointment to drop my car off for an alignment on my work break, I drive down and the same guy in the snap on hoodie, acted like I just showed up to sit around and do nothing and he had no interest in the appointment I had, gave me a hard time about my car being low, I offered to take the bumper off and sign paper they wouldn’t be liable for scraping and he still pushed me to the side and basically said they’ll get to it if he feels like it even though I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a company 2xs in a row. The guy with the glasses and who feels the need to always wear his black snap on hoodie is a tool.
Monro has always been my go to for oil changes and brakes throughout the last several years and have had no problems until this last time. One of the techs messed up my oil change and gave me one of the worst experiences in my life, with that said the situation was very quickly handled by Becky. After dealing with the issues i had following this oil changes mishap, becky and steve thoroughly took care of me and my car. The customer service was a 5/5 i did have to take away a star due to the stress i felt during this experience. I do have to commend the staff that really redeemed the situation and earned my trust back. Shout out to Becky, Steve, and Mike for taking care of everything.
During a recent family road trip, our car battery gave out at the worst possible time. Thankfully, we found Monro Auto Service and they came to our rescue in record time! Their team was incredibly professional, diagnosing the issue and replacing the battery within minutes. We were back on the road in just 5 minutes, all thanks to their efficient and friendly service. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
I bought a 2019 Kia from United Auto my tires are 5 years old I was told to bring it for new tires only to sit there 30 minutes to find out my tires still have 50 percent use . THESE ARE NOT EVEN THE TIRES THAT COME WITH IT AT KIA I WENT BY KIA TO CONFIRM THIS ...
They usually can get you right in and can do things in a timely fashion with quality work. Justin and the entire staff is very down to earth friendly and understanding and will go out of the way to help you out the best they can.
