Went in with an issue was given other option for the problem we were having. Along with parts that were on hand. Picked up some other items for the garage also with the sale was going on. Prices were great.
Between the main store manager and the commercial manager, this is one of the best stores I’ve ever been to and dealt with for my business. They’re always great on top of everything and make sure that I get the parts that I need whether they’re delivered or I picked them up. The customer service. Here is amazing and it’ll be forever my main hub for parts
My car battery died and I called several places that said they would install a battery. Most wanted $100 or more over what I could afford. Some of the service staff were not very knowledgeable about their products. But at Auto Zone they knew exactly what I wanted, didn’t try and talk me into a more expensive one and installed my new battery immediately. I highly recommend them.
This place is an absolute joke problem trying to order a stater so I call to give them the courtesy because they close in 45 min lmfao so I don’t walk in 2 min before. So there absolutely lazy employee not only tells me we close in 30 min now I’m 5 min away btw he did not want to get it and I hint nothing but a snobby attitude. Had 400 in 2 parts just going to get cheaper on amazon then deal with that stupidity
I completely forgot that there are company's and people out there that give and care about customer service because I hadn't experienced any in many years. A couple.of weeks ago I had a battery issue with my car and I drove to our local Auto Zone to get one, I paid for one and the gentleman brought one out and installed it in my car Apparently something happened and my car wouldn't start, so after a few technicians tried to no avail to get it started they decided I needed to be taken home by one of the techs and they towed my car to a neighboring garage that they work with on a regular basis, Ralph's on rt 5. The gentleman there seemed to know what could of happened either when I had the car started at home OR when they installed the battery it must of blown some fuses so he took care of the problem. Then an AutoZone tech picked me up at home and took me to get my car, now you know all this could of cost me a pretty penny. I couldn't believe what happened next. AutoZone picked up the cost of the whole thing. So if your looking for some auto parts or any service to do with your auto don't hesitate to go to our local store they are the greatest !!!
PS The gentlemen working there are the most helpful ,courteous employees that anyone could ask for, thank you again.
Great location. Multiple friendly and knowledgeable employees visible and ready to help. Clean and organized inside. Austin was very helpful, assisting in identify the parts I needed, and calling another location to get the one they didn’t have on hand.
Omg....this was Not Good...Disrespectful and rude!!! First time at this store . Bought 3 for 12.00 fluid ...I said I get the veterns discount..he said no you don't not on these...I said since when ?? All the other AUTO ZONES does....for 1.24.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful people, Rick and Amy genuinely cared and were willing to help. I have a 2003 Tacoma and couldn’t find much information regarding Toyotas rear brake distribution block and after calling multiple stores for help, no one even knew what I was talking about, really frustrating because you can’t just pull these off the shelf it’s a factory only part. Rick knew instantly what I was referring to and how they worked over the phone at that point I knew I had to stop in. Shortly after our call and some research on their end, he gave me a call back which really meant a lot, ive been having a tough time with all the issues and complications due to rust and some of the ride height tech Toyota was doing on those TRD’s and just needed this problem solved. He had given me a call back already done all the reasearch with diagrams, felt like I wasn’t alone and had intuitive problem solving people by my side. Highly recommend seeing these guys and gals if you want the best service. Thank you!!
I was traveling thru there with my boat trailer and had an issue. They were excellent and went above and beyond to get me fixed up and rolling again. Thanks again!!!
Came in for a spark plug, I received the wrong one and when I returned the item the employee made it like it was my fault and then REFUSED to give me the correct one.
Wow, these guys are the greatest! I had a light issue, and they got me the part and helped me out so fast. Try this store. I just wanted to give thanks to the gentleman and Austin who helped me out today.
This business literally allows a pitbull to run loose in the store. I am sure your 'snookums' is a great dog, but anyone with even 2 functional brain cells will understand that its not a good idea to let a pitbull run loose in public spaces.

The response from the owner is very polite and courteous. I will give them another shot sometime and update my review if the irresponsible behavior has been addressed.
I like dogs, but entitled 'dog people' ruin it for everyone. These type of people believe their pets are entitled to go everywhere with them. They are not.
Other people exist in this world, and we all have to share a public space. If people just take a brief moment to think about small things like: sanitary conditions around food, potential crippling allergies, or worst case scenarios with violent encounters between your dog and another dog or person...
Maybe then you can keep your dog out of the supermarket, out of the restaurant, out of the shared public indoor spaces that are not designed for animals. No one cares if your pet is nice, or not. That's not the point.

Went there today 8/19/23, and worked with a younger gentleman that helped me save almost $85 compared to another parts store down the road for brakes and Rotars ! Great customer service and super easy to deal with! Thank you!
A big thank you, my girlfriend had an issue with her van, you guys came in clutch and took care of her issue fast when advance auto told her to go to a junk yard. Excellent customer service, I can tell you work for the customer before you work for autozone!

Sean at autozone here in oneida is amazing. He hooked me up stayed after hours to help place an order !! AND DONT EVER go to advanced auto after reading this !!!!!!
Drive 30 minutes one day to rome my to be told they can’t find an item in stock (1) instock and go to the other rome store on the opposite side of town. They have 2 in stock and can’t find.
The next day I call to have them to have it ready , another 30 minute drive each way and nothing and John who works at the BLVD store by moes was rude and said nothing he can do when Erie BLVD store said they would call and have them ready there. Wasted 2 hours of driving 40$ in gas for a 5$ plastigauge to help rebuild a motor. They don’t know how to pump gas no wonder they don’t know what the part is.
Autozone hooked me up and Sean stayed after hours to help me !!
The three gentlemen who were working when I stopped in with my dead battery were beyond helpful. They worked together and tried many different avenues to help me get it covered under the car warranty. Even if it would cost them a cash sale. They referred me to the dealership down the street (where I bought my car) after they called and spoke to them on my behalf to see if it would be covered. It was under warranty, but since I didn't have the vehicle (only the battery) they wouldn't cover it. So back to Auto Zone I go! If I'm going to have to pay for a new battery, I'm more than happy to spend my money here. Thank you for your kind and helpful service. Keep up the good work!
Thank You Corey and the other Dude. Sorry didn't get name. Bought Fuses for my JD 770 and got Rock Solid Advise on what could be the problem !!! It was accurate and now have my JD tractor ruing like a Champ !!!!! Can Not Overstate How Awesome Auto Zone & its Staff is. If you need parts for any motorized machine Auto Zone is Truly your Best Option ! Thank You Call Again !!!!
That was the type of service I wish all stores could have! Walked in, by the time I started to lookup wipers, the staff was there offering to look it up. He gave me his recommendations, signed me up for the rewards program and I was out! Great customer service!
I normally don't leave reviews but, in this case I felt it was more than warranted. I am very impressed with this store. I have been in the store different times. The store is clean, the employees are very courteous and helpful. I have had to call a couple times to ask about parts for my car. Again I was met with polite and knowledgeable people. Thank you all at Oneida AutoZone!!!
I went in to buy a belt and a tensioner pulley for my Jeep as I was standing there waiting for my parts. I was in there looking at the other employees who were sitting on carts in front of the counters and just cashing customers out while sitting on the carts and one employee was sitting there eating her food on the cart at the counter when I know they have a break room. Very unprofessional to cash out customers while sitting on a cart and eating at the counter. While customers are walking around? I used to manage at Advanced Auto parts and Napa and I know I would never allow my employees to be just staying around. When I know there's work to be done stocking the shelves scanning outs cleaning or helping the customers walking around. The worst part it was the sales manager that was helping me out and he didn't say anything to the other employees about getting off the cards and finding something to do. I don't know how long he's been managing but I think he needs some more training or not being that position I also noticed that a couple of the employees took money out of the registers and was looking at them and joking about them or trying to find something on them. You never pull money out of the register and start looking at them or messing with them unless you give money to the customer or you depositing money into the safe. Never do that. As I said the store is very unprofessional
