The morning crew is AMAZING!!! Ken was absolutely wonderful, GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!! I had to come back in the afternoon to print more items and the afternoon crew is unprofessional and careless!!! I emailed over exactly what I needed, walked to the back and was trying to give the young Indian girl the release code and she brushed me off to SELF SERVICE. A very young skinny black girl with long braids asked what I needed help with, I told her, gave her the release code to print out my documents… SHE STARTED TEXTING FROM HER WATCH, walked to the back and stared into space! Thank you KEN for your service, support, leadership and professionalism…

Shopping at Staples was a revelation. Bought coffee, and ink for a printer. The person helping me explained the rewards program and I would up saving over $20 on my order and will get $20 in coupons for future purchases. Very happy.

Firstly, the guy upstairs was nice and helpful. This is why it isn’t a lower-star review. The guy downstairs with the black curly hair on Sunday, 8/10, however, was neither nice nor helpful. He saw us approach. No other customer was in site in the whole place. He completely ignored us. We were holding the item we wanted to purchase. Ignored. We asked if this is where we make purchases and he mumbled and pointed somewhere (no other employee in sight). So we left without buying anything. We had intended to ask Him about some other products and buy more things. Oh well! The whole place was sad and empty. We have lived in NYC for 15 years, and aren’t far from this store. We will never return. Bad job. All He had to do was greet us and say “one moment,” or literally anything. We worked in the service industry for over 20 years. We know BS when we see it.

I was here to place a batch of printing job and placed almost $400 worth of books (25) that were supposed to be picked up by EOD today and they had only printed one. I thought it was difficult to mess up because I had explicitly told them "I am here to print 25 books" and the receipt they have been using to make sure my order is proper said 25... How did they not notice during the entirety of a calm, laid-back afternoon? Later they didn't seem willing to interact with me nor were they willing to even apologize for their mistake. I had to ask them all the questions normal employers would tell me immediately--if they are going to print the rest of them, if they are going to make it on time (since it was going to be delayed), or if I can even have the printed batch so I can assemble them all by myself. Ellie only said "no you need to be here tomorrow because it's gonna take a while" I walked there half an hour to pick it up and was met with laziness and no proper response to take responsibility overall very disappointed and I wouldn't trust them to print any modest to large batch of materials.

Computer stations: don’t print to 11x17… self serve printers: 2 of 3 broken and can’t handle large files via email… last resort-human assistance: one poor woman alone behind the counter completely overwhelmed waiting 30min for the outdated technology to download my 40mb file… Failing to do even the most basic tasks of what the store was meant to do. Keep up the great work!

Staples has excellent customer service and an excellent easy Rewards program that helps reduce the price you pay. These days any price reduction made available is greatly appreciated so it's great that Staples has them in place when you shop either online or at one of their stores.

The staples here is great. Left my wallet and they let me use the printer and pay with a receipt after. So much better than going to a UPS franchise and paying $5 to use the computer. They even had tape for me to use. It cost me $2 for a box and to print the page. Thanks Chris and Marcos

Taking visa photos was a very disappointing experience. I paid $40 for 4 pieces, but the photos showed my hair messy, and the staff showed no concern for whether I was satisfied with the results.

I went in and asked for help with my fax. Mr.Saeed came right away to help me and everything went smoothly. He was also very helpful to others entering for prints, faxes. Mr.Saeed deserves a BONUS$$ This is my go to place for emergencies during lunch time.

I would give 0 if possible.Most of workers avoid customers, so every time I need to go around on myself. If you are lucky to catch them answer is always the same “ they don’t know “. Today I came to return something.Yong man first told me he cannot do it, then explained me incorrect policy,then I needed to google it to show him ,then he called somebody for help ,then again he didn’t know what to do and it simply just workers that you want to avoid when it comes to any retail business .Worst part is that they apsolutly dont care at all for not knowing to do they work.

There’s no heat in the store on the first floor for their employees. It is freezing cold I feel sorry for them. What kind of company is this? I shop here all the time and every winter, it’s the same thing no heat. Going to file a complaint with the city and I’m going to the news outlets and social media with this. The manager seems like he doesn’t care. Well we’re gonna see what the city says about this and the law. I’m going to contact human resources if nothing is done about this ASAP! The employees are afraid to speak up! Can someone get this fixed for them? It’s so cold I walked out. I didn’t even want to shop anymore.

The staff were very quick and friendly. I came in here to drop off a UPS package, I saw they also have a counter for Amazon returns and the usual staples stuff all around the store.

Addie was very helpful when I needed a poster printed for work. She walked me through the entire process and answered my many questions to ensure it was properly printed. When I went to pick up the poster, Hector and Addie were both very friendly and professional. Hector even helped me download the staples app for savings. Top notch customer service.

I went in because I needed a single piece of paper printed. I didn't realize there would be an email indicating when to pick up the print job—okay, my bad. But the employees were super rude even though there was no one else in the store and I needed literally 1 piece of paper printed. They took 5 seconds out of their day to print for me but also gave me a lecture on waiting for the notification email and gave me the biggest attitude and side eye about it. I understand if it was super busy or I needed a ton of pages printed but felt that the attitude given was over-the-top.

Convenient location with many services. Order ahead for pick up. Use applications for discounts and promotions. Found everything needed, aisles are properly labeled. Elevator onsite is quick. Staff upstairs (cashier) was very pleasant and polite. In March 2023, heavy construction work next door carried heavy noise into first (ground floor) of Staples.

Best Staples ever! I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. I receive my mail and have all my printing projects made here. They also give you rewards for e-waste recycling. Great prices and selection of products.

Absolutely incredible staff. On my way out a team member asked if I'd found everything I was looking for (I hadn't), and seamlessly and quickly ordered it for me with free next-day in-store pickup. By far the absolute best customer service experience I've had. I really appreciate the extremely helpful staff, thank you Antoine!

Marked as favorite. This Staples location has some of the best employees. The printing team is incredible. They go out of their way to help you as much as they can. I’ve worked with them for quite some time and their level of patience and professionalism deserves recognition.

The most seamless printing experience ever. There were three different t ways to print something and everything was smooth. I ended up using the printer that works with your phone. The paper was high quality as was the color. The rest of the store is well stocked and people are helpful.

I had a pretty good experience here but I also only went on here for two items, the lady at the register was very nice. I like that this staples is 2 floors, it has a very nice selection of products from what I’ve seen and is very well organized too. Would definitely come back.

I was here this morning for my business card. I thought it’s all set and ready to pick up same day like every time. But unfortunately afternoon I got called from someone to order it again online. Why?? It should be done since I was here in the morning. It’s fine, I’ve been trying whole day to place an order online but something would be wrong with system I could not go though with payment. Waste my time a lot to do it. I did not know what to do. So I decided to come here for help and I don’t think I gonna get it today definitely. Gods!! Jasmine she helped me everything and did it for me in hour. Incredible service. I do love it. Thank you so much Jasmine. You safe me.

we went to this location for my brother's school supply. The upstairs customer service was nice. But when we cam r to downstairs for checkout, the behaved very rudely. First of all, when we entered the store, we thought the store was closed because there was no customer and i have seen long lines on other locations before school. So when we were checking out, there was only one customer behind us. My mother forgot something so she sent me twice upstairs to bring the items. The cashier was getting irritated and laughing on us with another cashier. Then my mom asked the price for a binder and they denied to tell that. Then when we tried to return some item after all customers were gone, they started to laugh on us again and started to eye roll. That was a really bad customer service and that was not our fault that they had only one checkout point while there were three cashier just standing and laughing at us. Also there were like three customer so i did not understand why they were so irritated.

A pretty large, well stocked store. I went in to pick up a very basic office product and was told that they didn't carry it. Another clerk directed me to the appropriate location. When I couldn't find the Staples brand, I was told "I don't think they make it." Well-stocked store but totally indifferent clerks.
