Very clean Staples. It would be so cool if they redesigned the print and copy section so allow students or users to lay out their projects or simply work on projects and just less chaotic feeling. But i love this Staples the associates are very kind and helpful.
I respect that everyone’s experience is going to be different, but my shopping trips to Staples have always been very good. Products are available as needed, staff is helpful & if something isn’t available, then I can either order it directly from Staples or go to another store - without having to rely on Amazon.
My neighborhood Staples is a fantastic resource for all my daily needs, electronics, printing, paper, art supplies, office supplies and even keys, goodies, kids' toys etc. really everything. Topped with the friendliest team of associates, I really feel at home there.
Store had everything we needed for back to school shopping. Cashier seemed stressed from coworkers or something from earlier in the day but that was about it.
Staples had what I needed, actually it was an item better than I expected, perfect for the job and everything about the experience was smooths an easy. Love this store near me!

Much improved customer service here over the last few years. Friendly and helpful. Can do TSA pre check, shipping, soda stream in addition to office stuff and my daughter loves the drawing paper and art supplies. Keep improving.
Staples, in Washington Heights, has been my go to store for over a decade; namely, for it’s price point on not only office/tech product offerings, but for household goods, as well. Great sales, location, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

I wanted paper and ink and got what I needed. Needed help finding the paper I wanted, and had to track down someone to assist me. The cashier, however, was excellent and very helpful. She gave me a double paper shopping bag as the paper packs were heavy. Staff here are often hit or miss when it comes to service, but this experience was OK.
The store is clean and organized. You are able to cruise all the aisles without clutter and there is always a customer service worker always available to help! I love that the Washington Height's Staples is able to provide all the needs for such a diverse community!
