I’ve been coming here for years for oil changes and inspections on all my vehicles and have never had an issue. When my truck started leaking oil, Alp told me to come right in and made time to service it at the last minute. Great service every time — I’ve never had a problem here.
Charged me for a new battery and other related service, car started dying when it was hot a month later. Took it back 3 times, they kept my car for 3 days one of the times, put 100+ miles on it running errands “test driving”, then decided over the phone it had to be the starter motor. I decided to go to a more expensive but highly rated mechanic who told me they never changed my battery, just wrote “2025” on it. I brought this to their attention and hit accused of scamming them, told not to ever come back after I demanded my refund. Got my cash for the battery and called it a day.
I would like to thank the old head here. He wasn’t trying to let me come back a different day to get my car checked out because I didn’t want to leave it there, so he sent me to Jiffy Lube. Guess what? The old man was right—I got a checkup at Jiffy Lube and they gave me way better service than him. So I recommend you do your business elsewhere.
I had the displeasure of speaking to one of the staff who was so nasty and rude that I left the experience shell shocked. I will never even consider doing business with these people even if they were the last on earth.
Brought my Jag to RVC due to service lights on dashboard and convertible top.
Car was at station for approximately 4 weeks, called numerous times,I was promised a call back with updates which I never received.(I physically had to go there on two occasions and was told my car would be finished by next week. Which of course was B.S.
When I finally did receive a call back I was told the repair of the top would be $5000.00 and I was getting a deal that Jaguar would charge me $10,000.(I had this repair done on another Jag some years ago the cost was $2500).
They also said they changed the battery which I found to be strange since, the battery was replaced 2 months ago.
They also attempted to charge me for a motor in the top, not to fix the problem but just to get it to where it was originally.
All the service lights are still on, and the top still doesn't work. In their defense they did repair the CD player part of the radio.(who uses CDs)
My final bill was $1256.00. NOT ONE OF THEIR PERSONNEL COULD LOOK ME IN THE FACE, WHEN I WAS HANDED THE BILL.
Brought the car in to get an estimate on the cost of work and when I made a comment about the cost, guy said “why don’t you go to the jiffy lube?”
What an unprofessional person to work with, would not recommend. Maybe others here are more professional
The team here is great. I had issues starting my 2005 Honda Accord and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue in less than 24 hours (needed a new starter). They called me prior to doing any work to let me know exactly what they needed to fix and how much it would cost.
Lots of places are dishonest and will take advantage of those that may not know all the ins and outs of cars, but that’s not the case here. This will be my go-to auto shop from now on.
I have been using this auto repair shop for years. It’s my go to place for all of my auto care. Always kind and courteous and best of all top notch work at a very fair price!!!
I never write reviews, especially bad ones but felt compelled in this case to post my experience. I brought in my XJ8 for a many issues including a transmission leak. After getting the car back the leak continued. I brought the car in for a second time and was told there was no leak. I brought back the car a third time and was told they could not find a leak. As you can see from the pictures, there’s a big leak. At this point I have the take the car to another mechanic in order repair an issue I paid for several weeks ago.
Let me put it this way . If my father was a mechanic I would still take my car here. They are very reliable and provide excellent service at reasonable prices .
Was refferred by a friend, definitely satisfied with my servjce, they were fair and timely, had a clanking noise front of my car a couple people couldnt figure out, they fixed it in a ciuple days, car is driving much hetter and no noise , solid guys
Wonderful crew of guys. They know their stuff and are happy to share their knowledge. Stopped in for an oil change and checkup, 75 bucks for synthetic with fluids topped off, tires checked, etc.
Definitely pay them a visit.
Me and my family have been using Irfan for over 30 years. Can't say enough good things about him and his crew. Extremely honest and trustworthy mechanic. Just does what needs to be done and charges very fair prices. Can't find a better mechanic and person
Because my car’s engine light was blinking and my car was loosing power, I picked a mechanic unfamiliar to me but near where I was breaking down -RVC Auto Repair. Everyone was warm and friendly. And they immediately went to work on my car as I had to pick my father up from a senior center. I had the same problem recently but that mechanic (a different mechanic) did not successfully repair my car. RVC, however, successfully fixed the problem - it has not reoccurred. And they were very pleasant and helpful. I don’t live near them but would consider going back as I believe they would figure out the problem and fix it! They are excellent and I highly recommend them!
Excellent repair shop! Irfan and staff are honest, reliable, and courteous! If he says he can make the repair he will go above and beyond to make that happen!!! My go to auto shop!!!
