Had a flat that needed immediate attention. 2 other places could not accommodate me. Luckily I was able to drive to Rockville. They squeezed me in with a smile & humor!!

One of my tires lost a lug nut. The part was ordered for me right away and I was able to go on my lunch hour for it to be put on. All the lug nuts were then checked (without me asking) to make sure it was safe to drive. Friendly, amazing service and so efficient!

I guess the owner Kevin doesn’t care about his customers anymore. There’s a lady named Nancy who talks to people in such disrespectful way. We brought our vehicle 9ish a.m for rotors and pads replacement and Nancy called at 2:00 to pick it up. We got there at 2:30 because you would think that if they need to leave they would call ahead of time to not wait for a customer. Not happy because we got there 20 min. after she called she yelled and threatened my husband to leave the vehicle outside and in a disrespectful tone demanding money knowing very well that we are long time customers. It’s sad that someone who doesn’t own the establishment treats customers like that. I would never spend a dollar at this shop. $600 worth job.

I’d have to say if you don’t wanna feel any pressure in buying and hear the straight facts with no cuts and corners Kenny Lambert is the guy to talk to. I went in with the intentions on looking at the product I wanted and winded up purchasing the vehicle I was looking for. Despite the long process it was well worth the wait!!!! Years ago I considered this a reliable shop but I’m not exactly sure whats happened since. Was having a power shortage problem, they try telling me the headlight bulb socket just needs to be replaced (?). This obviously doesn’t fix the issue, then they attempt to sell me on a $1500 job to replace a very specific power supply module. Turns out all I needed was a new battery, which another shop identified and replaced at a tenth of the cost within a day. I’ll also note the power supply module they told me needed to be replaced for $1500? It still operates fine to this day, over 2 years later. Ive struggled to determine if RVCAR was trying to rip me off, or if they were simply that incompetent that they get a customer complaining of power shortage and don’t check the battery. Either way, good riddance.

I recently took my vehicle in to get serviced for an oil leak, this shop returned my vehicle back to me with the same issue I brought it in for. RVC Auto company were disingenuous in their effort to deliver; stating they can repair the Mercedes Benz 400 E class coupe. and to make matters worse the company charged over $3,500 without rendering the proper services. The staff seemed eager to help, giving me lip service with a smile leaving me with a problem still unresolved.

RVC auto repair does not deliver on proper repair service or customer service . I had to bring my vehicle back two times and the problem I brought it in for still existing. They had the car sit on the lot for 12 days and collected from insurance who now have to send me to another repair shop. Please stay clear of doing business with unethical practices like this one. Kevin Sr and Jr don’t even return a courtesy call to discuss poor management relating to their business practices.

They got the best service ever. People are so nice. Explain things when asked. Take cares other small details on the house. even you dont ask. Thats so awesome

Telling me I have to change brakes and tires to pass inspection when it’s an emission inspection horrible business trying to rob people. It’s not cool.

Went in for an oil change and inspection. They were kind to me and offered free advice on repairs I should consider to prevent long term damage, but weren’t too pushy and let me make my own decision. Staff was personable and professional.

My first time here, the staff was professional, courteous, efficient and did their best to have my inspection performed in the shortest period of time while I waited. I will definitely be back, there aren’t many shops like this that professionalism and integrity are the primary things the organization wants you to see. It also feels like if they couldn’t do business this way, they wouldn’t do business at all. It’s not just about money, but providing a truly great service.

They seem like an authentic genuine auto repair shop. It’s small and convenient. I do like their customer .service but their prices are a little bit high but not unreasonable

I called to get a quote and spoke with someone who claimed to be a supervisor named Emily. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the conversation. I simply asked for a price on a car horn, and not only were the prices overpriced, but the customer service was completely unacceptable. I expected a basic level of courtesy and respect, and instead I was met with attitude and disrespect. Very disappointed with the experience.

I had a great experience with this auto repair shop. They got my car in the same day I called, quickly diagnosed the issue, and ordered the necessary part right away. I really appreciated how communicative they were throughout the process, and they even held my car for a few days when I wasn’t able to pick it up immediately. Excellent service all around—I definitely prefer them over going to the dealer. Highly recommend!

Very very pleased with this place. My car had a small issue after getting an oil change from something not being bolted back on properly, and they saw me right away this morning even though I'd initially been told there would be a wait. Larry took the time to show me around underneath my car, explaining what the problem was and what he was doing about it. He also put my (unrelated) fears to rest about encroaching rust, showing me all different places where it might be appearing and that everything was in great shape. I really appreciated the confidence he instilled in me by explaining everything so thoroughly and answering all my questions. Everyone here has always been really friendly and polite and I was grateful to have the minor problem sorted out so quickly today. Larry is excellent! This place is a gem and I've been recommending them to friends and family for years!

My experience was excellent!!! Everyone was very nice. Price was kind of high and I brought in my own part. However, my car was suppose to be diagnosed but what I was told my car needed was not completely true. That kind of disappointed me.

Unfortunately, my experience with this place has worsened, and I can no longer recommend their services to anyone. Here’s what happened: I called at 7 a.m. to inquire about towing my non-starting car to their shop for inspection and repair. During the call, I was told they would get back to me within an hour. While this timeframe was acceptable, I ended up waiting an hour and a half with no follow-up. When I called again to check, I was informed that the driver typically arrives around 3 p.m., which was already much later than I’d hoped. Still, I agreed to wait. By 4 p.m., I called again, only to encounter a dismissive attitude and a lack of willingness to address my request. It became clear that this business does not prioritize customer time or demonstrate basic principles of customer service. In summary, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Their disregard for communication and professionalism suggests they do not value their customers or their business.

Went in for a simple oil change and came back with a survey of the all the issues of my car (just wanted a simple oil change). Many of these so called issues were completely fine such as air filter and wipers. They found an issue with my coolant hoses and gave me a very high quote. I picked the car up and brought to my usual auto repair place and saved a ton of $$$$ Be very very careful taking your car here. They will find non-existent issues in your car. And the labor/parts here are on average 30% more compared to any other auto repair place within a 10-15 minute drive.

I started using RVC Service and Repair recently. I bought tires about 3 months ago and I just returned from getting a state inspection. The service was INCREDIBLE! The inspection took less than 2 hours (I waited for my car and was expecting a long wait). Emily, the service manager said I would have about a 2 hour wait. I waited less than 2 hours. RVC Service and Repair is outstanding.

Update: Just had my daughter's Rio repaired and as always very professional service. The previous review I did below , still stands. If I could I would give RVC Auto Repair 10 stars. They are a breath of fresh air when it comes to having work done on your car! Glen and Emily stayed in touch and handled the warranty company issues. Thank you for getting my car repaired, something a local dealership couldn't do!

I was visiting in Long Beach and my car broke down. I have a little blue Hyundai Accent 2011. A friend recommended Rockville center auto and told me the mechanic there are very good. I could trust them and they would do a great job. my car was towed there and I spoke to the manager Glenn Who couldn’t be nicer. He was very knowledgeable about what was wrong with my car. And I trusted that he would do a great job and he did. I recommend Rockville Center auto highly.. Very friendly and patient people. I was More than satisfied with the work that they did. I picked up my car yesterday and happily headed home to New Jersey. Thank you so much!

Brought my 87 XJS to them after reading online that they do a lot of Jags and the Senior Mechanic was a Jaguar Master Mechanic. Saw a lot of Jags on their website and other searches, so I decided to give RVC a shot. Just doing a Coolant replacement. They were fast, friendly, decent pricing and helpful as I had many questions since im new to the Jag world. Kevin Jr and Frank thanks and I'll be back!!!
