They were kind enough to remove my front window tint for me so I could pass inspection and also replaced both headlights because 1 was out they were quick and efficient and price was very reasonable thank you guys so much I'll definitely be coming back whenever I need work done to my car

Oil change done here , oil leaked out in a day and engine almost blew because their supposed best mechanic never tighten the oil pain bolt, she swore that her best mechanic would never make a mistake like that, brought it in and he admitted he did mess up and they gave me a new oil change but not without causing harm to my engine first. Wouldn’t trust this place or any other garage in Hyde park , they all have been terrible with excuse after excuse. And I’m not slandering you guys I have receipts. Are you willing to bet your business on it that you guys didn’t change my oil and it was leaking and I brought I back in and the mechanic even admitted to not tigenting the bolt and said Toyota rav 4 you can’t tighten too much because they strip so he admitted to it and fixed it. As for Scotty he knows the rav4 I’ve brought it in to him 3 times after his didn my shocks and struts and never fixed them even after I brought it to Toyota and they said it’s leaking oil it’s a bad part brought it in again he said he fixed it and he did not. Take me to court if you think I’m lying because I’m not. Please I beg you take this to court so I can prove to you and the town of Hyde Park how shady y’all are.

I wish there was an option for 6 stars. You always hear about so many mechanics taking advantage of people because they don't know better and you think: "I wouldn't let that happen to me". Well I thought that too until I had to start looking for a replacement shop a few years ago after finally realizing the shop I was going to was taking advantage of my me because of my age (I was 19 when I switched), and my unfamiliarity with working on cars. They charged astronomical fees, told me I was getting upgraded parts when they were actually the cheapest they could find, and the last straw was casually being told they would buy my mint condition modified 2000 4Runner for $1000. Once I found Hyde Park Auto, I haven't even considered using another shop. I deal with Maddie quite a bit - since I'm in there quite a bit - and she is just amazing. She is so funny and she doesn't take shit from anybody. The mechanic Jordan is the one who works on my 4Runner the majority of the time so he is familiar with what my car needs and how my specific car works. Everyone there is just... genuine. They tell you exactly what they will be doing, and most of all explain it to you. They always make sure you get the best service for the lowest price they can give you. I will recommend Hyde Park Auto time and time again. It is SUCH a pleasure working with them.

As a female I was nervous when I brought my prized KIA in, but Maddie the owner sat me down, offered me Skittles and calmed my nerves by discussing 80s hard rock and guys she had crushes on. She runs a tight shop, relaxes you, is a dog lover (that's a plus) and even though she forgot to leave me keys, she had her tow truck driver run immediately back to get them out of the office. I cannot thank Maddie enough for helping me. She might seem like a tougher version of Gemna from SoA, but she is a complete delight.

Maddie and Mike are the best , care about their customers and will go above and beyond for their clients. Honest and do great work . Based on my experience, there are very few businesses that operate that way. Honest, fair prices, admittedly I only take our bikes here. They have become known tho, the wait time on things has gone up, but still worth the wait when you know your stuff is getting fixed right. Only comment, how come my girl got a free shirt but not me?

My experience at Hyde Park Auto Repair was amazing. They fixed my vehicle at an amazing price and even helped me understand more about what happened to my car. The worker are super nice and professional, and know exactly what they are doing. Unlike other repair shops, Hyde Park Auto Repair is super honest, and will tell you correct information.

Got a flat tire on my way to Marist College. I stopped into Hyde Park Auto Repair and I'm glad I did. The Mechanic and I noticed I had a nail in my front right sidewall tire!! On further inspection, my left front tire tread was worn past an acceptable level. I bought 2 new tires and they balanced and mounted them at an extremely LOW PRICE!! Thank you to Maddie and her Crew at Hyde Park Auto Repair!!!!

This is the MOST honest mechanic shop.. I always get right in, they always give me the best prices (I’ve shopped around in the past but they have won my heart) they get my truck in and out. I feel comfortable there and I really trust their word. I will never go to anyone else. The lady at the front desk is SO sweet and the guys are great honest workers. 10 stars.

Incredible service. I was really in a jam today needing to drive to the airport tomorrow and realizing that my inspection expired yesterday. Of course the first of the month is the worst day possible to get a car inspected and the lovely people at this shop not only fit me in but with a smile!!! And my drivers side door had a loose bolt that was clicking and they tightened that without charging me a thing. It’s hard to find personal service like this now a days. 10/10 recommend.

These folks are fantastic. Maddie is great on the phone. They don't rush you on the phone or in person. I took my motorcycle in and it turns out the previous mechanic at a different shop put the rear tire on backwards, meaning, it was drawing water towards the bike. So glad I brought my to Mike who took great care of me and even put both tires on correctly. Thanks again.

I can't say enough about Hyde Park Auto Repair. Mike and Mattie go above and beyond for me eveytime I have a problem. Mike is the best mechanic I've ever dealt with and is so knowledgeable and honest about what you need. He explains things very well, and has so much patience. Mattie is so kind and fits me in whenever I need an appointment. She's very knowledgeable, and answers all my questions as well. I wouldn't go to any other garage. You're in the best hands when you come here.

After Zacks V-Twin closed, I was frantic trying to find a new mechanic for work on my Victory. The locals recommended Hyde Park Auto. I was glad that I called. The staff and owner were very kind and knowledgeable. The work was great and the prices were fair. I would highly recommend Hyde Park Auto.

Brought my 45 year old motorcycle here for a service and wasn't disappointed. The price was fair, the communication was good and the bike runs great. Really glad I called and looking forward to working with them again soon.

I took my 2017 Harley Davidson Ultra Limited to them to get my front forks changed. Also put on new exhaust system. Not only were they very pleasant to deal with but what a beautiful job they did.
