My second time going to them confirmed for me that it is the best way to sell your car. Eric, a genuine "car guy", was a pleasure to work with. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable and above all, honest and fair! He was very thorough in evaluating our car in order to give us the best possible offer (and that made my wife happy :)! Was helping a relative sell a car here. On email, Joe seemed friendly and kept perusing us and quoted up to $5k and in person they only offered $2k. Why not look up the car history before or ask for car pics to save customers a trip? Anyway, the man behind the counter (I believe Mike) was sweet and upfront, which was appreciated. The other person (don’t know his name) was quite rude and said to Mike, “don’t bother, the car is junk, it’s a disaster.” He didn’t even look at us but was saying this in front of us. Fair enough considering the car’s history of accidents but I felt it was rude customer service. Anyhow, my relatives were able to get a much better deal on Carvana (twice the offer of this place) and those folks even came to pick the car up from home.
Mike and Eric are honest gentleman. The entire process was smooth and easy. More than a fair price for my car. If you are thinking about selling a car do not do so until you speak with Mike and Eric.

Just traded my car for cash. Good honest deal. They were true to their word on the phone. No bait and switch. After the deal was done they helped me track down a lost cell phone onbmy cab ride (long story short my fault) which I appreciate. They didn't have to help but they did. I recommend these guys.
Eric and Mike were wonderful! Great guys who explained everything thoroughly, & knew their stuff. If I had 1,000 cars I’d sell them all to Eric & Mike :-). They even got us a cab home. 10 out of 10.
Eric was a pleasure to work with as always. I’ve bought and sold cars to him numerous times and will continue too. He always gives you the best price possible and even arranges a ride home if needed. The cars I have purchased gave me no problems and very well maintained. Highly recommended.

It's always very hard to sell your own car. Mike and Eric are very helpful and knowledgeable. They made the process of selling much easier. They took there time and explained to me the value of my car. We both came to an agreement for the value of my car.

I went there this week to sell my used car. Michael was the rep I worked with. He was polite, professional, & straightforward. As others have said, the process is quick & painless; no haggling or trying to get you to a lower price. In fact, after I sold the car, I'd forgotten something of value in the inner recesses of the glove compartment; I called Mike & he made sure the car was available the next day for me to retrieve the item. Joe called from my online inquiry. Mentioned a price range he would offer (based on inspection). Showed up, he looked up info on his pc, inspected in and out, took a test drive. Offered me a fair price within the range he said on the initial call. All done in about 20 mins with check in hand. Joe offered more than a place who sends a truck with a check to your house. Of course had some doubts but it all worked out and totally legit.
