Was recommended by a friend to come here when I needed to have my car fixed after an accident. So glad they were recommended, they were fantastic at communicating with me and taking care of everything! They made the whole process very seamless for me to get into a rental And if I ever happen to need worked on again on my vehicle, this is the place that I will go!

I just had my first service with Brookside, as I was sadly in a car accident (was rear ended by 2 SUV cars, with 1 impact) in my BRAND NEW 2025 Mazda CX-30! I was so upset, but working with Brookside has put me at ease! I first called Wantagh Mazda, as that’s where I got my car, and they recommended Brookside. At first I was unsure how the repairs would go, but the outcome has been FANTABULOUS! Both Laura and Paul have been so nice, informative, and they took care of everything for me in regards to working with the insurance company, and even TAKING BACK MY RENTAL from Enterprise in Bellmore!!! They have made the process so smooth. Upon picking up my RED Mazda, I saw the beauty of my car and fell in love all over again! They detailed her very well both inside and out. My car has never looked this good even when I took it to the car wash for full detail cleaning!!!! It is safe for me to say that I HIGHLY recommend coming to Brookside for your Mazda car repairs and needs! PAINT JOBS TOO!!! You know how hard they say it is to COLOR MATCH THE RED?! I’m shocked and so incredibly happy, that they were able to match the paint on the trunk to the car!!! Overall, I usually have went to Al’s Tire World with the other cars my family has, and my previous car, but I’ll be now coming to Brookside for all of my Mazda needs! **INCLUDED ARE PHOTOS AFTER AND BEFORE REPAIRS!!! Paul and his team did a great job restoring my car after a collision. It looks better than before the accident. Great communication, fast turnaround and Paul is a good guy. Highly recommended!

Had my fixed here and took 3 days for them to get it back and even cleaned it top to bottom for me. Couldn’t have asked for a better job to be done would 100 percent recommend using and definitely will be back here if I ever need repairs again.

I can’t recommend Paul and everyone and Brookside Auto Center enough! This was my first time going through insurance so I had a lot of questions, Paul walked me through the process and kept me updated from start to finish. From starting the claim to the day my car was ready I was never left in the dark. Thank you guys again for everything!!

Paul and his team did a great job rebuilding my car that was needlessly totaled by the insurance company and restoring it to full use better than it was before the accident. At pickup I found that they had compounded and waxed the whole car making it look even better in places not even involved in the accident. I highly recommend Brookdale Auto Center.

Had a poor experience with them back a few years ago. Took advantage of me, a kid out of highschool. Sold me a broken car that needed repair soon after purchase then hung up on me after I mentioned them taking advantage. Refused to give the car back at first because I begged to knock 300 dollars of a 1300 repair after I just bought the car. I can speak on them now but I can never forget the experience I had about 10 years ago

Paul and crew, as always, did a great job. Not only making my car feel Like it was brand new again, but dealing with all the insurance issues for me. I highly recommend Brookside for any auto body work.

Everybody at Brookside went over and beyond to help me. Let me start with being a women it is hard to find somewhere to go where you feel comfortable and you don't have to worry about being taken advantage of. From the second I walked in I had no idea what to do, Paul helped me with everything and explained it all step by step from filing my claim, my rent a car and took me to get my rent a car(he also explained to me what to look for so they don't add anything on my bill). After some time I called and spoke to Joanie and explained the insurance company wants me to return the rental, She reached out to the insurance company and handled it, she called me back within 5 minutes and told me don't worry about it she took care of it. Later that day she went out of her way to bring me my car since I was stuck at work and took back my rental for me. My car looks ABOSULETY AMAZING...... Everyone there is amazing Did I mention how Amazing my Car looks like I never had an accident :)

Rich and Elmer saved me THOUSANDS of dollars on both vehicles I took to them (2015 Maserati Ghibli & 2018 Ford Edge). They are honest and will not oversell you for the benefit of their own profits. You can go to them with the confidence that they will get you back on the road in a timely fashion. I trust them with all things under the hood and they don’t cut corners. My auto shop Forever!

I had the guys over at Brookside Auto Center to detail my 2007 pick up truck that was an absolute disaster thanks to my 2 big dogs shedding like crazy. I didn’t have the proper tools to really clean the truck to the point I wanted it so I brought it in. I can’t speak highly enough of the job they did on my truck. My truck hasn’t looked this good since the day I bought it 7 years ago. I will definitely be returning to them to do it again because I was that impressed with the job they did. Thanks again to the friendly, hard working staff that got this what seemed like an impossible task done for me!

They did a ok job and and ok job I say they did 2/4ths of the job. The interior looked conditioned but the seats still had dust and particles in it the a/c vents was still dirty. When I told the person what they vacuumed he said he did the best he could and walked away and started talking on the phone. I picked up some stuff with my hands if it was the best they could i don't know how I picked up dirt myself. Him not even talking to me and giving me that answer was just rude enough. The outside looked like they just washed it. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone unless you want the job half done. I also have pictures to prove it. These were taken after they had done the job.

The entire process was incredibly easy. From getting the rental car to dealing with the insurance company, the guys at Brookside do it all! My car came back looking better than new.

Funny things I was rear ended and Brookside took care of all my needs including transportation, rental and claim paper work my car was completed in a timely fashion matter. Then my car was front ended 4 days later and again Brookside took care of all my needs again. Then my mothers car was rear ended and once again I put my trust in Brookside. Great company great caring and trust worthy company.

I brought my Mazda in about a month ago let me tell you, Ritchie and Paul were amazing my car came back like it was brand new. They were so helpful kind and friendly I would recommend brookside auto to anyone .

I just received my car back from Brookside Auto Center after getting a significant amount of work done to the back half of my Jeep. Not only did they properly fix my car, but it looked and felt like the day I picked it up from the dealership. The crew at Brookside treats you like family, and is willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy. John was a pleasure to work with and is incredibly knowledgable about cars and what needs to be done.

Great experience this past week. I hadn’t had an accident in years and wasn’t sure where to go or what to do. My neighbor recommended Brookside because she uses them regularly for her maintenance. I called them, scheduled a same day appointment and was in a rental by the end of the day. I was updated on my repair weekly and my car looked better than it did when I bought it. Thank you Richie for guiding me and making it simple. Highly recommend

They did the job I needed not the one I wanted. The exterior of my car was the best I've ever seen it after the full detailing from Brookside Auto. Surface scratches I thought might be permanent were buffed out and my Audi's body was returned to a brilliant shine. The interior seems to have received less detail (pun unintended). Air vents were dusty, door panels appeared wiped but not scrubbed clean, mats and carpet were shampooed but remained stained and visible traces of sand were present in the center console and trunk. The back seating area seemed lightly wiped at best. The convertible top's vinyl also seemed washed but less than thoroughly cleaned and a grease stain on the rear deck was untouched. The cleaning of the engine bay was adequate. The cleaning and restoration of the headlights was literally brilliant. The lamp covers were yellow-brown before and crystal clear when complete. Overall, I would highly recommend Brookside Auto to do an EXTERIOR detailing. The body of my car never looked better in the time I've owned it. I do wish equal attention was given to my car's interior during this detailing job.

Outstanding service and assistance. Made what could have been a more painful experience almost pleasant. Most importantly, when I was told my car would be repaired in a week and a half it was done in EXACTLY that time. I can't say that about other major repairs I've had done. I would definitely recommend Brookside.

Can't believe the service I received at Brookside Auto! From the moment I arrived they were very helpful and informative. They explained the whole process involved in making my claim and then arranged a rental car to be delivered right to the shop! Dropped my car off to get body work done. Ritchie and Paul helped me out and did an amazing job they handled everything with no problem even got me into a rental on the spot. Got the car back looking brand new. Highly recommend them!

If you me looking for a decent car wash then go for it or just do it yourself because I'm pretty sure anyone could do the job they did themselves. The windows were left with a bunch of water marks, parts of the rim that were obviously dirty were ignored, everything under the hood was at most passed over with a wet rag , the wax was horrible because dirt and water is already settling , and the head liner wasn't even touched at all ...the worst part is the mats were completely soaked and I had to dry them myself. I got this in Groupon but if I knew I would have to do so much it myself I would have just did my own detail the best I could probably would have ended up being the same turnout. Probably the other worst part about this is I dropped my car off at 8:30amand did not get it back until around 8pm so it took them nearly 12 hours to do pretty much what any wash would do in one to two hours.

I went to Brookeside Auto after my 2012 Mazda was hit by another driver at fault. This was my first accident and I was uninformed. I had spoken to the other guy's insurance and was being strongly encouraged to use certain mechanics. I gave Brookeside a call and they explained everything to me, made me feel more involved in the process, and took care of most of the repair steps saving me a lot of time and aggravation. The team did a great job working with me and keeping me in the loop on the repair progress and timeline. They made the car look good as new. I highly recommend Brookeside Auto! Great job, everyone! My experience with this shop was extremely disappointing. Car was brought in for superficial body repairs after an accident. The inspector issued them the check directly which I signed off for in their office. When the work was done they swore to me that insurance never gave them the check and that if I wanted my car back I would simply have to give them a personal check for the amount (roughly 5k). I told them I don't have 5 grand readily available and the insurance inspector left the check with them and they said "well we just talked to the insurance and they said they mailed it to you.... wait a few days and you know... oh well." I had to call the inspector directly myself and he told me 1. No one ever called him and 2. he would issue it over the phone if they lost it right now but they do have the check. "Tell them to look in their files" so I called brookside right back and they said "well, we're closing the shop so I guess you know we'll check tomorrow." Next day they called left a voicemail saying they did have it. Cars ready... no apology no nothing. They fixed the damage... but left my the interior mats in my trunk half gloss polished the dashboard... you can see the line where they stopped. Would not use them again. Poor service. And no apologies.
