We got into a bad accident a few weeks ago. Andrew showed up to tow my car with such professionalism & was very polite. He kept my wife calm while walking her through her whole process as well. We picked our car up and it looks brand new! Everybody at the shop is friendly & helpful. | Highly recommend & would use again for anything.

These people are not only incompetent but also rude and act like bullies. I should never have trusted a company that was not referred to me..., I did not approve additional work and they insisted I pay anyway, then instead of being understanding and fair about it they threatened to keep my car hostage I strongly suggest you do not use this company.

My son got in to his first car accident, Andrew and Kyle came and towed the car and spoke to us both like we have been friends forever, helpful doesn’t even begin to describe how both of them were with us, the car was a total loss and they even helped us get a new vehicle… they have new customers for life and will be urging my friends and family to use them also… class act all the way!!

Unfortunately I was recently in a car accident. But I’m thankful the police called this towing company! They were beyond helpful. From picking up my car to making sure it was brand new when I got it back. I’d definitely recommend these guys. As a woman , I’m so thankful they treated me with respect and didn’t try to jerk me!!!

Nick and hailey where very professional from the first phone call they treated me like family. All of the interactions were easy. I took my tuned Volkswagen for some diagnostic work and maintenance. Ej was extremely transparent with the diagnosis ranging from my headlights to my CEL and the recommended steps necessary to get the car back to its optimal performance. The customer service was absolutely phenomenal and the communication is exactly what you want from a shop, quick replies via text and phones calls with Hailey. I was confident leaving my car under their care and will most definitely be one of the first choices for any other work that needs to be performed.

I’ve use the guys at Villa for a few different jobs and they never disappoint! They always get the job done in a timely manner, they are quick, reliable and I won’t take my truck anywhere else! Highly recommend!

They were able to solve an issue with my Jeep, rather than replacing the whole sunroof as others advised. They fixed it in an hour or so, and so far it’s working much better than expected 🥇

Would highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone with a need for towing or auto body repair! Penelope was extremely helpful from the first phone call through the entire process. There tow truck arrived at my accident very fast and there tow driver timmy was very helpful in making sure my car was safe and I got on my way home Before he left! They handled the entire process for me and made sure my insurance handled the entire claim and didn’t cost me money out of pocket!

Worst shop ever they held my car for over 1 year and refused to give me a quote on the repairs I'm still make payments to the bank and paying insurance. The bank tried contacting them and the insurance company was ready and willing to pay. The shop claimed it was a total loss but would not provide anything in writing. Boycott this business they are thieves. A bunch of bullys they don't deserve to be in business.

Very helpful during a tough time with my vehicle. Communication was great. The guys took care of all the contacting the insurance agent and got me the answers very smoothly and quickly.

If there were ZERO stars, that's exactly what they deserve. Never, I repeat never use them. Our car was towed and we accepted them for our collision work. They held the car for two months with no work done, than charged the insurance company 11,000 for storing fees. That money was taken away from our work being done. They are a SCAM!!! Never let them tow your car!

This place was the best experience I have ever had with a collision company. They took care of all the details with my insurance company, arranged for my rental and did everything they said they would and more. My car was ready when promised, their work was impressive and my car was immaculate when I got it back. I definitely give them a 5 star rating and would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

Had a car accident a few years ago and Nassau county called them to tow my car… been using them since. Just had a simple oil change and tire plugged last week 😊 always nice and quick. No complaints.

Unfortunately had an accident in the middle of the night they arrived quickly and made sure I had a way to get home. Was contacted by Nicole first thing in the morning and was in a rental car before lunch. Car came out perfect with zero imperfections can’t be happier thank you Villa crew!!

This shop will scam you be careful!!! 11/13/21 I was in a motor vehicle accident the Nassau county Police called Villa towing to pick up my van. 11/16/21 I informed them that I was having my vehicle moved to a different body shop What they did was hold my vehicle Ransom by charging $800 a day for storage and $1500 for a tow from Merrick to Freeport. So by the time I had my vehicle picked up and moved I had my insurance pay them over $5,000 for 4 1/2 days of storage.
