Worst experience ever….they over charge you for nothing at all and try to rip off your insurance for big big….their prices are totally ridiculous and their service is really poor …. I would definitely not recommend
My fiancé recently took his truck to Aimes Towing and Collision in Freeport and we could not be happier with the work done in such a timely manner. They went above and beyond our already high expectations and got the job done so quickly even on a holiday week. When we got the truck back it was in such great condition and better shape than it was before the vehicle was struck. Jojo and his team were communicative and reliable and really put care and skill into the work done. Highly recommend !!!
I’m not sure who this man is but he is only a driver and he felt the need to be in control of something he didn’t need to get involved in. The woman told me I could go to my car and grab my item. He not only refused to allow me in my car he refused to give me my item(which was in his hand). When I had the woman admit she gave me the authorization to enter my car he chose to argue with me. After hearing the words come out her mouth I was authorized to grab my own things. He is just a driver & was in control of nothing yet chose to cause me stress and anxiety and when I got upset he told me to calm down. In a situation he did not have to involve hisself in. This was a negative experience all around and I wish the police didn’t bring my car here. Oh and lastly he stated “these are police vehicles and a police only lot.” Which was in fact a lie.
I would highly recommend Aimes Towing. My car turned out better than I could have hoped for. I dropped the car off and it was down exactly when it was supposed to be. It looks great and Paul couldn’t have been nicer to deal with. Awesome job everyone.
Aimes is staffed with consummate proffesionals. l have a 2001 Lincoln LS that had rearend damage. They did an excellent job to repair it and well deserve 5 stars. I highly recommend them. Thank you very much Paul, Lisa and Junior.

After a very unfortunate accident my friendly tow truck driver suggested I take my car (E350 MB) to Aimes. It was a Sunday afternoon and one of the owners came to meet us at the shop to make sure everything was taken care of and even arranged to get me a rental on the spot. Very nice people and very helpful. Highly recommend them.
They are all very polite and care about your car. They took care of my car. They are amazing. Paul is a great person to speak to. I will forever bring my car there and refer any one to bring there car there.
