I called this company to get a price quote for transporting my vehicle from New York to California. During the conversation, I explained that I travel often and have shipped my vehicle multiple times, and that I had never paid close to $2,000 before. Instead of simply explaining the pricing, the representative became extremely rude and actually called me an “idiot.” I never once disrespected him or spoke to him in an inappropriate way, so being insulted like that was shocking and completely unprofessional. Customer service like this is unacceptable. Whoever owns or manages this company should be aware of how their customers are being treated. No one should be insulted for asking a simple question about pricing. Very disappointing experience.

I had a great experience with RoadRunner Auto Transport from start to finish. The company was able to secure a carrier for the exact date I needed, which made my move from California to Texas much less stressful. Communication was clear throughout the process, and everything was handled professionally. My vehicle arrived safely, and the entire experience was smooth, reliable, and well-coordinated. I would definitely recommend RoadRunner to anyone needing dependable auto transport services.

Roadrunner is fine if you are fine with service that is virtually all automated, no one at roadrunner to speak with, last minute arrangements for pick up and no set dates. Our car was packed for a week with no pick up – only research and speaking with customer service finally got us a much delayed pick up. We had to change travel arrangements at great expense and did not have our car for the first week of our vacation, causing additional expense. This is no reflection on the drivers, who do their best, but the organization was a disaster for us – despite successfully using roadrunner the previous year. Cannot recommend using roadrunner if time and money matter to you.

Amazing value for the money. I’ve used RoadRunner twice now—first to move my vehicle from Tennessee to Chicago, and most recently to transport it to San Diego. Even with severe weather, including a snowstorm and freezing rain, delivery was only delayed by one day. My car arrived exactly as it was when they picked it up. I’ll definitely use RoadRunner again for my vehicle transportation needs.

Saw was amazing ‼️ Moe kept me in the loop regarding the status of my vehicle. Saw was able to deliver my truck to me in a timely manner and kept me updated and in the note the entire time. So I was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable of the entire process. I am so grateful for the accommodations and experience. I highly recommend RoadRunner services to transport your next vehicle!

First, I would like to thank Roadrunner for delivering my vehicles safely and ahead of schedule. I do appreciate the efforts of the driver and the overall completion of the transport. That said, I want to formally express concerns regarding your tracking system and communication processes. There are significant flaws in the tracking system that are actively promoted to customers. If the system does not function as advertised or does not provide real-time tracking, this should be clearly communicated. In its current state, the tracking system is misleading and creates unnecessary confusion and frustration. Additionally, I was initially assisted by Zack Zangle (EXT 526). He was helpful at the beginning of the process; however, over the previous weekend when weather delays occurred, I attempted to contact him multiple times and left a voicemail. I did not receive a response or a return call. At that time, I only needed confirmation that my vehicle pickup would be delayed due to weather conditions. A simple phone call or email with an updated pick up window would’ve suffice. Going forward, I strongly encourage Roadrunner to ensure its agents understand the importance of consistent communication and to address the shortcomings of the tracking system being promoted to customers.

At first I was a little nervous! But Melissa and roadrunner are very accurate and made it good experience! They delivered my son car on time as they estimated it would be! From NY to Washington, I would highly recommend them and definitely would be using them again if needed ! Thank you roadrunner an the whole team!

Update: Delivered early 1/21/26 in same condition. Excellent from pick up beginning to end of delivery. Belaz carrier called today 1/20/26 to inform early arrival 6am Wednesday was expecting Saturday. Past few months been in contact with Eric from RoadRunner to send car from Massachusetts to California. Sent yesterday evening. Excellent communication a representative called to arrange date and time of pick up. The(terms of service policy) sent via email. Party in California signed sent back. Carrier Belaz picked up this evening 1/15/26 the ?. The guys were professional, prompt and respectful. Rough estimate 9 to10 days to arrive without unforseen issues. Arrived earlier than expected. Carrier called night before. Arrived 1/21/26. Excellent service, professional, courteous!

Experience has been very good, all 3 trips to Nevada from New York ( confirmation must be reviewed for proper dates requested) and as a new customer using the transportation service they were always informative and helpful. Thank you Patrick and staff for your continued support and service.

I recently had a vehicle transported from corpus Christi to Columbia, South Carolina with RoadRunner. Pros: Very fair initial quote. Once picked up, the car was delivered in less than 48 hours. Vehicle was not damaged in transport. They found a carrier very quickly once the holidays passed. The carrier was fantastic! He kept me updated and was always available by phone once he picked up the vehicle. Customer service was very pleasant and efficient, once I was able to get in touch with them. Cons: Original quoted price went up by almost $200 the day of pickup. I was on hold for more than 30 minutes on more than one occasion to speak with customer service. Emails we're not answered in the timely fashion. I've used several other transport companies previously and I only had a better experience with one of them but that was closed transport for a very valuable classic Jaguar (and it cost quite a bit more.) The only two drawbacks were the change in their "Transparent" pricing and the difficulty getting in touch. Overall, this was a pretty good experience and I would consider using them again.

RoadRunner is a terrible company. They are very dificult to contact. They only comunicate by telephone. I tried to cal them twice and wasxon hold for 51 and then 40 minutes. In August we arranged for them to pick up our car anytime before January 6 when we were flying to Miami from Boston. They agreed in writing to pick up our car before January 2-5 and deliverto Miami Beach for $895. They finally commuinicated a car pick up time on January 9 (4 days after we left) for January 11. They also said that to do so they would have to charge $300 more than the previously agreed upon price. We cancelled and are appalled by Road Runner's behavior. Some people have given Road Runner good reviews but others have had expereieces similar to ours. I guess it is a crapshoot to deal with Road Runner to be experienced only by the ill informed or risk takers.

I chose Roadrunner because they provided the cheapest instant quote in my initial search for a car shipping company. However, come to find out, they are not a car shipping company, but a car shipping broker, meaning they just outsource the job to drivers that have their own rates. The final cost they charged me was about $200 more than the instant quote. When I asked for clarification on why the final cost was much higher than the quote, the rep assisting me was rude and condescending. Once I confirmed the job, I was told my car would be picked up Friday and delivered Tuesday. Friday came and no pick up. I called the driver on Saturday and no answer. Finally on Sunday, I got a text saying the car would be picked up Monday afternoon. My car was finally delivered on Friday - four days after I was told it would be delivered. There was no acknowledgement, communication, or apology for the delay. If I was to do it over, I would choose a different shipping company and wouldn’t use the cheap quote as the basis of my decision. Those higher quotes from other companies were most likely the true cost of the service and not the bait and switch that RoadRunner pulled. I would also prioritize a shipping company with better communication, better customer service and a track record of timely delivery.

Excellent communication on everything and received my vehicle from California to Indiana a day early. Delivery driver was very helpful. He called often and got as close to my house as he could (one block away) with his large truck in a large parking lot. I walked back to my other vehicle that I came from work with, but he even offered to drive it to my house, and I could drive him back to the truck then in my other car. But I didn't have to since nice day to walk. Very satisfied with everything. I used an enclosed carrier. People in California were very happy with the driver also.

This transport company is AWESOME. The level of communication went above and beyond. Their price was terrific to ship from the south to Wisconsin. I couldn’t have flown down south and returned with the car for the same price. VERY glad I went with these folks. Very professional and got my new to me vehicle here safely, even with ice covered roads. Great job team!

The driver kept me updated on where he was and when he would arrive at the house to pick up the car. Loaded it carefully and safely! Advised me when it would be delivered about 3 hours prior which was perfect! Car arrived in perfect condition and I’m very appreciative of the care to my dad’s 66 VW bug that I inherited! Excellent process. Comminication through the website is adequate. Road Runner functions similar to a broker to allign hauler with customers, never the less, good service. The only issue was the 2-3 hour window for pick up was more like 20 mnutes. Do expect to meet the truck. Ours was not true door to door.

Super service. My ML350 was picked up on the 15th as promised. The driver was very friendly. It was delivered to Miami actually a day early because the recipient just arrived on a flight and it worked out for both of them to make the transfer at midnight. Sweet!

I don’t see why this company has so many bad reviews. They transported my cousin‘s car and they transported my car and I just received my car today. The guy was very nice although there was a language barrier. He was efficient enough to understand. He got here a day later but that’s understandable. Most car shipping companies cost $1500-2000 This company was $1100, My car was in an enclosed trailer He waited at my house for me to go to the bank and get the remainder balance I owed. Overall, it was a nice experience Considering my situation.

I transported 2 Jeep Grand Cherokees from CA to PA and could not have been more pleased. Equipment was top notch, driver was professional and exceedingly courteous, prices were in line and fair and vehicles arrived on time and in perfect condition. It was evident the driver went out of his way to protect my equipment while in transit. I’d use Roadrunner again without hesitation.

RoadRunner was excellent. They provided a quote for service quickly. They answered all my questions about their service and managed both the pickup and delivery on the days promised. The driver was courteous and professional. He took extensive pictures during pickup and delivered the car in the same condition. Email and text notifications of the process appeared throughout. My grandsons watched the unloading. It was better than cartoons!

Great service. My car was shipped from Maryland to California, and everything went smoothly. The first driver called to meet me at a different location because his trailer couldn't enter my community, but he was very sweet and professional. Once the car arrived in California, they called me the day before to let me know the delivery time. The shipping tracker never worked, and I was worried, but besides that, everything went well. Thank you!
