I received a notice in the mail from Hino manufacturer. I called Gabrielli truck Service department in the Bronx. Spoke with Kirk Who advise this was a recall, covered under warranty. They were able to source the part, repair the truck with a three day turnaround. I also spoke with Alexander, who was very professional and thorough. Overall, it was very happy with the service I received. I’ll be servicing our fleet with them on the next round. Much appreciated.!
This doesn't actually belong to Van Buren any longer. The new owners were actually very helpful when I went there to pick up my company's truck though.
This are the most racist people around . The parts manager named butch is up there with them and so are his employees they couldn't even answer simple questions. I was told I was bothering them by asking questions please if your Spanish don't go to them go anywhere else but them don't spend your hard earned money there
