In my entire histroy with this awesome company I have never met such a bad employee who was unwilling to help. I walked into your store needing a replacement battery because mine was defective in the cold ( ive needed to jump my car twice in the last day and did a test on my alterantor which prived it was the vattery )
which I explained to the worker He did a battery test and said the battery was good and he couldn't help me because of company procedure despite me informing him that it might show good charge because the battery is hot now and he said he was the manager and that they couldn't do anything for my battery( despite it being under warranty ) i got irate and asked for his name to write a review which he refused to give me.
I made a big ordeal and he went and got a suprrvisor ( which he shouldve done from square one instead of insisting nothing could be done ) the supervisor then told him to simply swap my battery. This worker is not someone who should be working at a helpful place like autozone
I dont know his name but he said he started a month ago (which makes me think he lied about being a manager ) and he was indian also about 55 to 60 years old
He is the least helpful worker ive ever met at autozone and in my opinion doesnt fit the atmosphere autozone represent and cultivates
I had the best experience with AutoZone. I had to have my battery replaced and the Manager was very knowlegeable, professional and personable. The man who replaced my battery was so pleasant and happy, even though he was changing my battery in 30 degree weather. He was very efficient and had my car back on the road in such a short period of time.

I went here to buy several items, but when I got there they had a landscaping crew blowing toxic gasses and microparticles around the parking lot, so I never got out of my car. What was worse is that one of the members of the poison squad started blowing his cancer machine right at my car for some bizarre reason. Cancer rates are up 89% and these machines are one of the biggest reasons. I have never not gone into a store because their parking lot was a bit dusty, but I will not patronize a store that hires people to literally poison their customers and employees. The government really has to educate people about how toxic it is to walk across a commercial parking lot where these things are used. They emit high levels of benzene, formaldehyde and butadiene, which are essentially the same gasses that were the issue at Love Canal. Then add the airborne toxic microparticles to the mix.
Joe was really helpful and genuine. Helped me get the best deal on the parts I needed and even gave me tips on how to work on my car. Highly recommend!

The manager Phillip is one great guy, he was so helpful with all the questions I had, patient, and above all, kind. He’s very knowledgeable of the automotive industry and if there’s anyone that I can count on to help me out, it’s him. Very sincere man, Looking forward to working with him again!

This shop has the best team, any issues make sure to see Phillip.C . He Always greets you with a smile and goes the extra mile to try and figure out what the problem is and if he can fix it or recommend how to get it fixed. Cliff is also a great addition to the team at this store.

Today 4/11/2025 I purchased all new rotors for my two vehicles at Bethpage, NY AutoZone, 4191 Hempstead Tpke., NY, and I was helped by "Raphael Aguilar" and another employee, (but I didn't get his name). Both Raphael and this employee were so knowledgeable, patient, helpful and caring that I felt compelled to write this review. They assisted me through the entire process checking and rechecking to be sure all that I was requesting was correct. They also alerted to the "special" they were having where I got all the brake pads, free of charge. Also, they labeled all the "rotors, brake pads" etc. as to which automobile they go to so I did not make any errors. I can not say enough how much I appreciated their help and want to say what outstanding customer representatives they are and hope they are recognized for their outstanding customer service. I always find my self coming back to this AutoZone. The staff here are amazing and hard workers… it can get a little busy for them I noticed so please be patient because once they help they HELP. This one older gentleman gave me some tips and tricks for the car… if you want to know them I’d say come on in!! I even learned some new facts about trucks while I was there.
Not the best morning, but moment I walked into AutoZone and met Phil my day changed. What a great human. I can’t express how grateful I am to have met him. He helped me with all my questions. Phil thank you so much for today and up flitting my day 😁

Went in to buy windshield wipers and get a battery for my car key, Fraya stopped what she was doing to look up the size wipers, and put my battery in my key. Eric came up and asked if I needed my wipers put on, I did! He went into the pouring rain to replace my wipers, with a smile! Excellent friendly service. Give them a raise!
Tyler S helped me with my battery today. Not only was he very knowledgeable, but my stressful morning was resolved instantly. Great customer service and overall great experience!
Nick C was the sales associate who helped me out with my car battery. He told me about the warranty and offered the extra stuff that comes with it to keep the battery lasting longer. Nick also put the battery in my car for me as well helped me look at my oil and other fluid to determine whether or not it was low when I asked him. He was very nice and informative and did a great job installing my battery. When you think about customer service someone like Nick is the person I think of. He has excellent customer service skills.

My car needed a rear window wiper blade, which had not been removed since 2009. I walked in and met Phil, who I believe is the manager. He said he would be more than happy to install the blade for free. It was a bit difficult since the part looked like it was frozen on and ready to crack. However, with Phil's expertise, I was in and out of the store in about 10 minutes. Phil is a happy and comical man who is proud of his store. Dealing with him is like dealing with a member of the family. I have always used Auto-Zone for parts for many years and have always been pleased with the products and the counter service. i always received excellent advice and saved quite a bit of money.
On top of an already good experience, I offered Phil a little something for the service. He politely refused and explained his desire is to help people and make them happy about using Auto- Zone. Forget the box stores. This is the place to shop! Peter Z.
Bought a car battery and was worried because we had never replaced it ourselves. Luckily, Phil was incredibly helpful and swiftly replaced our old battery with the new one and even took the time to walk me through each step of the process so that next time I can handle it myself! Highly recommend! Phil is great!
