Bought a 2017 Kia Soul from them earlier this year. Was a pain-free process and they handled all the paper work with no addition dealer fees. They also provided a free 3month warranty. I’m very happy with the car and I would really recommend this dealership! Update: I’ve had the car for 3 years and no major issues and everything has been so smooth. I have also bought another car from them 2 years ago which is also running great! Will be going to them again when I need another car! I recommend this place to all my friends!

I traveled from the Rochester area to purchase a car from Andy at Viking Auto Group. He was responsive, accommodating, and honest.

Can’t say enough great things…a real class act. No haggling no non sense. Brought a 2012 Hyundai Sonata limited couldn’t be more happy with the car. I had a small issue a few week after I brought it, and without any problems they took care of it. Also after I brought the car the original owner found the extra set of keys and called me to come grab them, they didn’t have to do that. The process was quick and easy, also no pressure to purchase and non of those b.s fees.

If you dont pay cash they charge you an extra $1.50 there is a sign that states 3% but thats not the case. It is illegal to change the price to 15% more the then receipt

I cannot put into words how amazing this business is. Tommy and Andy are good people, and in the used car business, that isn’t always the case. Both men are kind, honest and fair. They will take as much time as needed to make you feel comfortable and safe. They are smart and only buy cars they trust, meaning they only sell cars they trust. Over a full year after purchasing my vehicle from them, I could not be happier. Come here. Seriously. If you need a used car, this is the place on Long Island. I would leave a 50 star review if I could.

Just completed a transaction at Viking Motors for a 2001 Crown Victoria. EVERYTHING was smooth in the transaction, including paperwork done, avoiding extra time at DMV. Registration, license plates etc all done through their Company. I dealt with Tommy, an extremely pleasant individual along with being THOROUGHLY professional and a gentleman. There was NO false advertising and they were very accommodating in my requests: having car checked by a mechanic, allowing my to drive before completing deal. I got tired of dealing with used car dealer gimmicks, almost gave back on my search for a used Jeep until I came across Viking Auto Group, they happened to have the one I was looking for at a great price. They don't have internet prices and then raise it $2000 when you arrived, One price is what they show and is up to you to check the vehicle out and decide if you want to buy it. I dealt with Tom who is a great guy, straightforward person, no lies, no pressure and listen to all my concerns and address them before I picked up my jeep. This is my third car i bought from them they all worked out great the last one was a 1999 jeep and had no issues my whole family has been coming here for car for the last 10 years, very satisfied with all cars we have purchased.............great customer service,...........has cars for all budgets!

Purchased a 2003 Infiniti G35 with 94k Miles for almost $6000 I’ve had the car now for maybe 2-3 months I’ve put almost $3000 in repairs to the vehicle had mentioned to the owner I had issues with this vehicle and he clearly just didn’t care because he made his money... never buying a vehicle from this dealer ever again very disappointed with the outcome of my purchase turned more into a headache then I thought it was going to be.

Purchased a 2003 gmc Yukon and has had continuous issues with transfer case, they slip the bill to fix it and in the process had to add a transmission mount and now i have no ac went to get it fixed only to be told there was not ac belt purchased that then told it was probably removed because the whole system is no good im better off getting a whole new vehicle because itll cost more to repair it the compressor is not good there is a leak of frion and there is electrical problems . . . . *Update* after calming down I reached out to Andy and we worked it out Thanks Andy

Wish I could give more Stars! Let me start off by saying Andy and his staff were the most respectful and generous group of people. Really made you feel like they knew you for a long time and treated you as family! I am so happy with the car I recently purchased! The body and everything in between was spectacular! A week into getting the car I thought I had an issue. So I contacted Andy. He came to my house took care of the situation which ended up being a bad battery and replaced it he went well and beyond. I will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle and recommending him to anyone in search of one. I like to call it a family car dealer. Where they really put there customers first with care. Thank you guys!!!!!! 10/10

if you looking for a honest sale man its Andy and good quality cars i got my 2006 ford focus June 2018 and put 4000 miles over the summer no breakdowns Andy told me is a good running car and it is he will not steer you wrong

We stopped by Vikings after stumbling across a craigslist ad, as soon as we arrived we met Andy and he was absolutely welcoming, kind and was able to answer any questions my hesitant mother had, he was personable and it felt like I was talking to an old friend not just a car salesman I just met. He was knowledgable on the cars history and its recent work. Buying a car is a nerve wrecking process but Andy and the Vikings brand made it so easy and smooth! Thanks again!!

I was happy with my purchase from Viking. I had one sensor come on in my H3 after I purchased it and the guys had taken care of it after I contacted them. I felt they were customer first oriented people and most importantly honest. I recommend them all the time to friends or co-workers who are looking for a car.

I learned my lesson. I will never buy a car from a small dealership again.
