I planned to have my car inspected at this repair shop, but when I arrived, the staff told me it would be a few days later. I asked if I could get it done today, and the staff kindly recommended nearby repair shops to see if they could do it. They even installed the license plate screws on my car for free. I'm really grateful to this shop and this gentleman. In the end, I decided to book the inspection at this shop. This shop is worth having and trusting.
I’m a newer customer to Cranes but on my few visits to them I have been very impressed. Old school shop with great customer service and reasonable pricing. On my most recent visit, Anthony did an oil change and mounted and balanced a set of snow tires for me for an upcoming road trip. Unfortunately I didn’t give myself a ton of time to get those things done but they were able to take care of my vehicle the next day! Price was very reasonable which you can almost never say anymore. I will definitely be returning to Cranes for my future services and repairs.
I went to them on a referral from a friend. I was not disappointed. They gave me honest advice & I replaced my tires at a reasonable price. I loved the receptionist Terry, she was friendly and a great person for the job. I will go back again for any other issues with my car.
These guys are great. (Anthony) got my Chevy Colorado in before my appointment Knowing I had a busy schedule. They have very fair pricing (best pricing I’ve seen compared to any other shop) and are very knowledgeable of the industry. After my oil change and inspection. (TY) found out I needed an extra part in order to make my wheels fit. We worked out the problem. And Found a solution. I’m very satisfied. I will be coming here for years to come.
Cranes was great they were able to get me in, and get my brakes done on my 1972 ford, they are 30 min away from me but well worth the drive, will definitely go back again!
Competitive prices and friendly, honest staff. Note that if you take it there for a specific service, they will only take care of that service. In other words, they won't automatically do a multi-point inspection to try to find things that need repair like other garages do (unless you ask).
I can depend on Cranes to do work on my vehicle at a very reasonable price. It is hard to find a repair service you can trust, I trust their judgement, Cranes is my place to go you would not be disappointed
Friendly, knowledgeable, reliable staff Capable of diagnostic and repairs to your vehicle in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Everything from an oil change to new gas or break lines to an engine rebuild. I trust them.

Very informative, pleasant to work with, not pushy at all, explains everything to a T that an average customer can understand. The paperwork is so organized and filled in with the basics. So helpful with a list made out for you of what you need to make the transaction complete. This will be my go to place and recommend them highly.

The owner is very nice, one of the mechanics on the other hand is rude and judges people for getting a car on the side of the road. Well not everyone in this world has money for a brand new vehicle. People are very judgemental and rude.

I bought a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan there. All the staff were wonderful! The vehicle is great and seems to be in good shape. I have been driving it for several days now. This was an excellent deal for me all the way around.
Got insurance photos done here for free. Nice folks. The kind of garage that's going extinct. It's near my work so a bit out of the way for me, but if I was closer I'd probably bring my car here for work whenever I could.
DO NOT BUY A CAR OR DO ANY SERVICE WITH THESE PEOPLE, sold my Mom an over priced car with a misrepresented warranty that will not cover any of the many problems she has had with it the 11 months she has owned it. BAD PEOPLE dont make the same mistake!!
Ed and the crew went the extra mile to do a quality job on my truck. Their pricing is more than fair. When I picked the truck up it looked like it had just come off the showroom floor.
Great place! I have been going there for 19 years! Anthony recommended tires for my truck and I have about 10,000 miles on them. We tow a camper and they still have good tread.

Will never step foot here again and I advise anyone who reads this to not shop here. There are many other car dealers around who won't get on your face for asking a simple question. You have lost our business forever.
