I’ve been taking my car to Jimmy for almost two years now. No one ever wants to take their car to the shop, but Jimmy makes you feel comfortable with the process. He’s quick, informative, and always fair with his prices. I won’t take my car anywhere else.
Called at 1:20pm on New Year’s Eve, Jimmy was able to squeeze me in at the last minute for an oil change. I’ve been pushing it off longer than I should due to the dealership being so out of my way and them always being booked up. Great service, I will be back!
My car broke down on a weekend visit to chittenango with some big issues. I called Jimmy at 445 on a Friday and he hsd me back in the road first thing Monday morning. My hero! When the temps started climbing into the 90s, the AC in my car stopped working. I called Select Express Auto late in the day on Monday, dropped my car off for service Tuesday night, and by Wednesday afternoon I was back in action, cooler than ever. It’s refreshing to find a local auto mechanic who provides honest and reliable service, where you don’t feel like you are being nickel and dimed. Jimmy is excellent and I highly recommend Select Express Auto if you run into car troubles too!

I called Select Express Auto on a whim because I had an issue with a tire. He said to just bring the car in (instead of having me make an appointment), and he pulled it into the shop and found/fixed the problem right away.

Jimmy is truly the best, I drove to the garage in a snowstorm and needed a tire fixed. He dropped what he was doing and fixed my tire on the spot. When I tried to pay him he said “We are good” I had to force him to take a $20. Just like the good old days. This is where I want my car fixed from now on. Thanks Jimmy!
These guys are good at selling cars and makeing things happen for the ones that can't get credit or have credit problems I just purchased a kia from them but it needed work done and they got behind in there garage so in stead of letting me walk away they gave me a loaner off the line up to they catch up and get mine fixed so I wasn't with out a vehicle tony the owner is a awesome guy just one problem with the idea the loaner is priced lower then mine and even thou I haven't driven mine far I'm falling in love with the loaner wish I would have got this one instead of the kia lol thanks brian for getting me finance and tony for being forward and getting me a nice price and keeping me happy as a customer great place to get a used vehicle *****

Mark and Tony and both stand up guys they very helpful throughout my whole vehicle purchase and made the experience very enjoyable. Most of our conversations were by phone being that I was in Ithaca Mark was up front with me the whole way. It was a tough situation with me being an hour away I had to put a great deal of trust in these guys and they came through big time. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful truck and could not be happier. I would highly recommend using these guys if you are looking for a vehicle never once did I feel that I was just a number to them they were personable and accomondating.
