These guys have always helped out when I really needed it and if it wasn't a part that they carried in store or on there website they were able to 3rd party order one so I am super great full they have helped save me so much money were as the dealership wanted to drain my wallet so I definitely recommend people to this store.
Beware of their "limited lifetime warranty". I paid extra for that warranty 5 years ago and it quit working with 60,000 miles on it. The factory alternator lasted 85,000 miles for 8 years. The average alternator lasts 8-10 years and 80-120,000 miles. The "limited" part must mean the manager can say it's normal wear and tear even though it's inferior parts that could last no longer. They should take the "lifetime" out of it and just call it a limited warranty. I miss the old days when a company would stand behind their products and will never buy parts there again

I went in tonight to get wipers. The 2 guys in there were so nice (Ryan and ?). They offered to put them on for me. I was thrilled as I knew nothing about this. I chatted with Ryan after for a bit. It was a great conversation. It's so nice to have a small town store treat the customers the old fashioned way. I will highly recommend your store to others . Thanks!

Stopped in for a check engine light at the Chittenango location. Todd helped me out, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I'm always skeptical and have low expectations of good service but Todd represents your company very well!
I have never had a bad experience at this store. The prices are decent, the store is easy to navigate, but honestly, I have never had to try to find something because the employees are so willing to help. The customer service has been amazing every single time I have visited. Today I was helped by an employee named (Dr) Dan. He couldn't have been nicer!!
Can not thank them enough. The battery in my Kia Soul was bad and Walmart told us it wasn't the battery. They fix the problem and were overall amazing people, cant thank them enough.
I recently had to replace my battery as mine had pretty much had its day. I wasn't too thrilled to spend what I knew I was going to have to spend but what can you do?
I turned up on a slightly less than blizzard day as their first customer.
I was greeted so nicely with warm smiles and great vibes. It was honestly a pleasant surprise.
The older gentleman who I'm sure owns the place was wonderful and while we joked about random things back and forth, gave me a discount to the battery I needed to get. I didn't even know until I got home.

Since they deleted my review TWICE now, I'll keep going. There is no AC. Its getting way too hot in the store. Every time I come in to get parts its muggy and feels like it's 80 in here. Get the AC working. Quit being cheap.
We were returning home from a 2 week camping trip when our exhaust pipe broke (after the muffler). We figured it out and stopped at Advanced Auto.The staff loaned my husband the tools he needed to cut the pipe and install the turn down needed to keep the hot exhaust from burning up the back seat of our Armada. They were friendly, helpful and amazing. Way to go above and beyond Advanced Auto Staff.
I had my windshield wipers replaced. Great Price on great wipers was great, and they put then on for free. Very nice gentlemen was so fast. Perfect service.
I like advanced auto in Chittenango and Oneida. They seem to have every part for cars and trucks. The staff is pretty knowledgeable on many levels of autos. Friendly and ready to help in many different ways!! The prices are pretty reasonable as well!! Open early and open late and weekends hours are good as well!! 5 Stars 🌟
Waste of time at this store....waited and waited with 1 cashier while other stocked shelf ...Wanted a battery for my car and ignored ...Nobody wore masks except for me so i left and bought a battery at Napa who are always perfect to work with and have been in Chittenango for years and years ..Never will I waste any time at Advance auto again.
EXCELLENT PARTS KNOWLEDGE AND BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND...they put on my new windshield wipers for me, in the rain, which, at bgg 5 ft tall with a much taller truck, would have been an ugly show if I had been doing it!! Guys were great to work with, never tried to just automatically sell me the most expensive of everything either. That's a big plus for me, esp when I have often experienced sales men seeing me as a chick target. Thanks guys!! My go-to auto parts store from now on!
Pricing is gimmicky. Need a coupon to get a discount. At one time we got a predetermined discount. It's a clean store, helpful employees and if they don't have the parts in stock, they usually can get them from another location.
I always use Advanced Auto for my auto needs. It's open till 9:00pm, it's clean & the employees are VERY helpful. Had to buy a swaybar link, new rotors & pads. Prices are very reasonable.
Needed to get my car battery replaced. Not only was the staff helpful and knowledgeable, they were done with the entire process in about 10 minutes! Their store is full of all your auto needs for a great price! I will definitely come here again
Helpful, friendly staff and easy store layout to navigate. If they don't have a part available on hand, they can usually have it there by the next day. Usually order online and pick up in store the next day with no problems or wait time.
